6. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after the user number encoding step, the steps of:
and a sub-user number coding step: and acquiring a user code, and adding an identification code behind the user code to generate a sub-user code.

A network management platform for an information push platform management system, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores an executable computer program for the processor to call, and the processor, when calling the executable computer program, implements the information push platform management code encoding method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
