Compared with the prior art, the channel management method, the system and the storage medium provided by the invention have the advantages that the channel management system receives the personnel related information entering the channel port, which is sent by the detection equipment at the channel, the detection equipment at least comprises the biological characteristic acquisition equipment arranged at the channel, and the personnel related information at least comprises the following steps: electronic information of the biological characteristics of the person entering the passage opening is acquired and identified by the biological characteristic acquisition equipment when the vehicle or the person enters the passage opening; the channel management system sends the electronic information of the personnel biological characteristics to a third-party interest system, and the third-party interest system inquires whether the electronic information of the personnel biological characteristics has matched interests; the channel management system receives a query result returned after the third-party equity system queries; and if the inquiry result determines that the personnel has the passing authority, releasing the corresponding personnel or vehicles. Therefore, effective management of vehicles or personnel entering and exiting the passage is achieved, the identity checking efficiency of the vehicles or the personnel entering and exiting the passage is improved, and the intellectualization of the passage management system is achieved.

1. A channel management method, applied to a channel management system, the method comprising:
the method comprises the following steps that a channel management system receives personnel related information which enters a channel opening and is sent by detection equipment at a channel, the detection equipment at least comprises biological characteristic acquisition equipment arranged at the channel, and the personnel related information at least comprises the following steps: electronic information of the biological characteristics of the person entering the passage opening is acquired and identified by the biological characteristic acquisition equipment when the vehicle or the person enters the passage opening;
the channel management system sends the electronic information of the personnel biological characteristics to a third-party interest system, and the third-party interest system inquires whether the electronic information of the personnel biological characteristics has matched interests;
the channel management system receives a query result returned after the third-party equity system queries;
if the inquiry result determines that the personnel has the passing authority, releasing the corresponding personnel or vehicles; the number of the third party interest systems is multiple, and the detection device further comprises: the card reading equipment arranged at the passage, wherein the personnel related information correspondingly comprises: the method comprises the steps that an entitlement card number held by a person entering a channel port is obtained by reading the entitlement card held by the person entering the channel port through a card reading device; the equity card comprises an electronic card stored in the intelligent terminal of the person entering the passageway;
the step of the channel management system sending the electronic information of the personnel biological characteristics to the third party equity system further comprises the following steps:
the channel management system inquires the corresponding relation between the right card number and a third-party right system and determines the third-party right system corresponding to the right card number;
the step of the channel management system sending the electronic information of the personnel biological characteristics to a third party interest system comprises the following steps:

and if the inquiry result determines that the personnel has the passing authority, the passage management system correspondingly stores the license plate number information of the vehicle and the personnel entering and exiting information.

and if the inquiry result determines that the person has the passing authority and the inquiry result determines that the rights and interests content of the person has the parking fee compensation, the channel management system uses the compensation amount to the parking fee of the vehicle when the vehicle is out of the vehicle.

the channel management system sends the electronic information of the personnel biological characteristics to a third-party interest system, and the third-party interest system inquires whether the electronic information of the personnel biological characteristics has matched interests;
the channel management system receives a query result returned after the third-party equity system queries;
if the inquiry result determines that the personnel has the passing authority, releasing the corresponding personnel or vehicles; the channel manager when executed by the processor further performs the following:
the channel management system inquires the corresponding relation between the right card number and a third-party right system and determines the third-party right system corresponding to the right card number;
and the channel management system sends the electronic information of the personnel biological characteristics to a third party interest system corresponding to the determined interest card number.
7. The channel management system of claim 6, wherein the channel manager, when executed by the processor, further performs the following:
if the inquiry result determines that the personnel has the passing authority, the passage management system correspondingly stores the license plate number information of the vehicle and the personnel entering and exiting information; and/or
