The jig further comprises a control panel 26, the control panel is provided with a cradle head button 26-1 for driving the electric cradle head to rotate, a driving switch 26-2 for driving the driving motor to rotate and an illumination button 26-3 for driving the positioning light source to be switched on and off, and the control panel is electrically connected with the lithium battery.
The working process and working principle of the invention are as follows:
the jig body comprises a first sliding groove, a first metal rod, a second sliding groove and a second metal rod, wherein two ends of the first metal rod are fixed on the first sliding groove, two ends of the second metal rod are fixed on the second sliding groove, the first metal rod is connected with the first sliding groove in a sliding mode, the second metal rod is connected with the second sliding groove in a sliding mode, the first sliding groove is located above the second sliding groove, two ends of the first metal rod are respectively provided with a first connecting terminal and a second connecting terminal, two ends of the second metal rod are respectively provided with a third connecting terminal and a fourth connecting terminal, the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal are respectively in threaded connection with two ends of the first metal rod, the third connecting terminal and the fourth connecting terminal are respectively in threaded connection with the second metal rod, the first metal rod and the second metal rod are respectively provided with a plurality of self-locking spring needles which are in contact with a test hole of a circuit board, and a needle cap of each self-locking spring needle is located on the first metal, The self-locking spring needle is pressed down, the needle body of the self-locking spring needle is reliably contacted with the test hole, and meanwhile, the self-locking spring needle is self-locked, so that the accurate positioning of the test hole is realized;
the jig is provided with auxiliary detection equipment, and comprises a positioning light source and an industrial magnifier, wherein the jig body is provided with an electric pan-tilt, the upper end of the electric pan-tilt is provided with an inverted L-shaped fixed rod, the inverted L-shaped fixed rod comprises a longitudinal rod and a transverse rod, the positioning light source is vertically suspended on the transverse rod of the inverted L-shaped fixed rod, the industrial magnifier is fixed at the end part of the transverse rod, the electric pan-tilt is electrically connected with a lithium battery, the longitudinal rod is fixedly connected with the transverse rod through a bent pipe, the longitudinal rod is provided with a longitudinally telescopic first switch, the transverse rod is provided with a transversely telescopic second switch, the transverse rod is hinged with the end part of the industrial magnifier, the positioning light source is irradiated without dead angle, the industrial magnifier is free and flexible;
the jig body is also provided with plate grooves for the circuit board to pass in and out, two sides of each plate groove are respectively provided with a fixing plate for fixing the circuit board, two ends of each fixing plate are provided with a through hole, the inner wall of each through hole is carved with threads, the through holes are in threaded connection with fixing screws, the notches of the plate grooves are provided with pulleys beneficial to the circuit board to slide, the peripheral surfaces of the pulleys are paved with anti-skidding layers, the pulleys are driven to rotate by a driving motor, the driving motor is electrically connected with a lithium battery, the sum of the radius of the pulleys and the thickness of the circuit board is smaller than the height of the notches, the height H of the notches is 0.8cm, the radius R of the pulleys is 0.2cm, the left end and the right end of the notches of the plate grooves are;
the jig of the invention can realize the fault detection of the circuit board by using any one of the following four test connection modes:
the first method comprises the following steps: the first main alligator clip is electrically connected with one connecting terminal of the multimeter, and the second auxiliary alligator clip is electrically connected with the other connecting terminal of the multimeter;
and the second method comprises the following steps: the first main alligator clip is electrically connected with one wiring terminal of the multimeter, and the second main alligator clip is electrically connected with the other wiring terminal of the multimeter;
and the third is that: the second auxiliary alligator clip is electrically connected with one connecting terminal of the multimeter, and the first auxiliary alligator clip is electrically connected with the other connecting terminal of the multimeter;
and fourthly: the second main alligator clip is electrically connected with one connecting terminal of the multimeter, and the first auxiliary alligator clip is electrically connected with the other connecting terminal of the multimeter;
the jig further comprises a control panel, the control panel is provided with a cradle head button for driving the electric cradle head to rotate, a driving switch for driving the driving motor to rotate and a lighting button for driving the positioning light source to be switched on and off, and the control panel is electrically connected with the lithium battery.
Starting a power supply, pressing a driving switch and an illumination button on a control panel, enabling a roller at a notch to rotate, enabling a circuit board to enter a board groove slowly when the circuit board is completely inserted into the board groove, closing the driving button, screwing a fixing screw and a fixing plate, simultaneously pressing the bottom of the fixing screw to press the upper surface of the circuit board, manually buckling buckles on two sides of the circuit board, and realizing the purpose of fixing the circuit board, wherein the bottom of the fixing screw is provided with buffering rubber, so that the circuit board is not scratched, pressing a pan-tilt button to drive an electric motor to rotate to an optimal test position, respectively moving a first metal bar and a second metal bar to be right above a target test hole, simultaneously adjusting a transverse rod and a longitudinal rod of an inverted L-shaped fixing rod, realizing that a positioning light source and an industry are positioned at the optimal test position, pressing the illumination button, and enabling naked eyes to penetrate through an industrial magnifier, and aligning the self-locking spring needle to a test hole on the circuit board, pressing the self-locking spring needle to the test hole to make the self-locking spring needle fully contact with the test hole, and executing fault detection of the circuit board by adopting any one of the four test connection modes.

the self-locking spring needle is in contact connection with the first metal rod and the second metal rod, and the first metal rod is not in contact with the second metal rod.

and fourthly: the second main alligator clip is electrically connected with a connecting terminal of the multimeter, and the first auxiliary alligator clip is electrically connected with another connecting terminal of the multimeter.
