The hydraulic service platform of a hydropower station flood discharge runner according to claim 1, wherein: the main lifting device comprises a main lifting oil cylinder (2), a base of the main lifting oil cylinder (2) is fixed at the top of a first top ladder stand (3), a piston rod of the main lifting oil cylinder (2) is hinged with a curved plate at the top of an inclined support leg (7) through a first pin shaft (23), the inclined support leg (7) is hinged on the side wall of a second top ladder stand (1) through a second pin shaft (24), an inclined support pulley (20) is mounted at the tail end of the bottom of the inclined support leg (7), the inclined support pulley (20) and a track (19) form sliding fit, the track (19) is fixed at the top of a base extension rod (6), and the base extension rod (6) is fixedly connected with the tail end of a base platform (17) through a flange.

step2: lifting the hydraulic overhaul platform of the flood discharge flow passage of the hydropower station to a bottom plate of a water outlet at the end part of the flood discharge flow passage (28);
step3: one end of the two traction steel wire ropes (30) is fixed on a gate metal structure at the inlet of the flood discharge runner, and the other end is fixed on a hoisting shaft of the hoisting machine (15);
step4: the main lifting oil cylinder (2) is regulated to be in a non-pressure free telescopic state through a hydraulic control valve, and auxiliary lifting oil cylinders (4) at two sides are started to enable the upper first top ladder (3) and the second top ladder (1) to rotate to a certain height;
step5: the main lifting oil cylinders (2) are connected into a pressurized working state through the hydraulic control valve, the auxiliary lifting oil cylinders (4) are adjusted to be in a non-pressurized free telescopic state, the main lifting oil cylinders (2) on two sides are started, the inclined support legs (7) are driven through the main lifting oil cylinders (2), the second top crawling ladder (1) is further lifted until the top of the crawling ladder approaches to the top wall (29) of the flood discharge flow channel (28), and then the inclined support pulleys (20) of the inclined support legs (7) and the tracks (19) are relatively fixed through bolts;
step6: then, a bottom width adjusting oil cylinder (14), a bottom tensioning oil cylinder (10) and a top tensioning oil cylinder (12) of the width adjusting mechanism are started, so that a base guide wheel (8) and an upper ladder guide wheel (18) of the overhaul platform compress two side walls of the flood discharge channel (28);
step7: the overhauling staff climbs on the base crawling ladder (5), the first top crawling ladder (3) and the second top crawling ladder (1) to overhaul the bottom and the side wall of the flood discharge flow channel (28);
step8: the winch (15) is controlled to enable the whole maintenance platform to be lifted and maintained from the bottom of the flood discharge runner (28) to the inlet in sequence.
