Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for moving a support of a fully-mechanized coal mining face, in particular to a method for moving a support after welding and fixing a stand column pressing plate fixing block of an H-shaped caving coal support.
Background
Along with the propulsion of the fully mechanized coal mining face, the H-shaped caving coal support moves forward along with the coal mining machine, and in the frame moving process, the support upright posts lift back and forth, the base is lifted by the upright posts, and the support is pulled forward, so that one working cycle is completed. The stand mainly uses the fixed block as the fulcrum, and clamp plate and fixed pin are main, and the stand circular arc nest on the dead stand of pressure is because the fixed block of fixed stand is plane welding with the support base, and long time causes fixed stand fixed block welded part atress tired easily, causes the open welding, can not move frame or lifting frame. Particularly, the fixing blocks of the upright post pressing plates of the ZF6200 bracket in the H-shaped caving coal bracket are welded, so that the bracket cannot normally move. The analysis causes are that the fixed block is welded on a plane, and the strength is insufficient; secondly, the overload operation causes the opening welding of the stand column fixing blocks of the bracket; thirdly, the underground environment is moist, and the fixed block is corroded. The fixed block falls off or is lost due to various reasons, the pressing plate loses the pivot, the stand column cannot be effectively lifted to push the support, inconvenience is brought to the normal pushing of the team, the labor intensity of the team workers at the post is increased, and the yield is seriously affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a method for fixing and moving the H-shaped top coal caving support upright post pressing plate, which can effectively prevent the support upright post pressing plate fixing block from being welded and ensure the support to move normally.
The method of the invention is as follows:
(1) Cutting off the original small fixed block protrusions on the side plate of the support base by oxygen welding and cutting the small fixed block protrusions with the side plate of the base;
(2) Cutting a through hole on the base side plate at the original small fixing block by oxygen welding, wherein the size of the through hole is slightly larger than that of the original small fixing block;
(3) A long fixed block is inlaid in the through hole, one side of the base side plate is exposed for 5mm, and the long fixed block is inlaid, fully welded and fixedly connected with the inner side and the outer side of the base side plate by electric welding; the long fixing block presses the pressing plate on the long fixing block, and the pressing plate is pressed on the circular arc nest of the upright post base;
(4) The long fixing block is taken as a fulcrum, the fixing pin sequentially passes through the round hole on the pressing plate and the round hole on the side plate of the base, and the upright post base of the bracket is pressed by the pressing plate so as to strengthen the strength of the upright post base and the bracket base;
(5) The base is lifted by the upright post, and the movable support is pulled out forwards.
The extension length of the long fixed block at one side of the pressing plate is slightly larger than the thickness of the pressing plate. The fixed pin is installed with the round hole on the pressing plate and the round hole on the base side plate in a clearance way. The pressing plate is of a triangular structure, and is simple and stable and does not deform.
The method is mainly suitable for the brackets with similar models and structures such as ZF6200, ZY5000 and the like in the H-shaped caving coal bracket. The support stand clamp plate fixed block that can prevent effectively that the stand from welding is thereby prevented that the stand from coming off and the separation of support base, ensures that the support can normally move the frame and provide safe production guarantee, lightens intensity of labour, improves equipment work efficiency.

Detailed Description
Embodiment 1:

(4) The long fixing block is used as a fulcrum, the fixing pin 6 sequentially penetrates through the round hole of the pressing plate 7 and the round hole on the base side plate 5, the upright post base of the support is pressed by the pressing plate 7, and the strength of the upright post base and the support base is enhanced. The fixing pin 6 is installed with the round hole in a clearance way. The pressing plate 7 has a triangular structure, is simple and stable and does not deform.
The thickness of the base side plate 5 is 30mm, the thickness of the pressing plate 7 is 20mm, and the total length of the long fixing block 2 is 60mm with errors, gaps and welding positions. The dimensions of the long fixed block 2 are 40×30×60mm. Two base side plates 5 are arranged on the base bottom plate 10.
(5) The support modified according to the method of the invention is lowered into the well, the base 8 is lifted by the upright post 9, and the movable support is pulled forward.
After transformation, the ZF6200 bracket can normally move, and the open welding fault of the long fixing block 2 does not occur; in order to ensure safety, the support operation process flow and support working principle training of the post construction site are also trained, the long fixing blocks 2 on the ZF6200 support upright post are periodically disassembled and inspected monthly, the working efficiency of equipment is improved, and direct contribution is made to high yield and high efficiency of enterprises.
Embodiment 2:
in 2017, 2 months, a ZY5000 bracket is installed on a working surface of a male coal group, and the bracket is reformed according to the method of the invention, because the bracket has the same problems as the ZF6200 bracket in structure, and the reforming process is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
After transformation, the ZY5000 bracket can be normally moved, so far, the open welding fault of the overlong fixed block 2 does not occur.
Claims (4)
1. A method for fixing and moving an upright post pressing plate of an H-shaped caving coal bracket is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Cutting off the original small fixed block protrusions on the side plate of the support base by oxygen welding and cutting the small fixed block protrusions with the side plate of the base;
(2) Cutting a through hole on the base side plate at the original small fixing block by oxygen welding, wherein the size of the through hole is slightly larger than that of the original small fixing block;
(3) A long fixed block is inlaid in the through hole, one side of the base side plate is exposed for 5mm, and the long fixed block is inlaid, fully welded and fixedly connected with the inner side and the outer side of the base side plate by electric welding; the long fixing block is pressed on the pressing plate, and the pressing plate is pressed on the circular arc nest of the upright post base;
(4) The long fixing block is taken as a fulcrum, the fixing pin sequentially passes through the round hole on the pressing plate and the round hole on the side plate of the base, and the upright post base of the bracket is pressed by the pressing plate so as to strengthen the strength of the upright post base and the bracket base;
