Abstract
本发明提供了一种硅藻土复合布料,包括无纺布层,无纺布层的外侧设置有织物层,无纺布层的内侧设置有硅藻土复合层,硅藻土复合层是由硅藻土乳液喷涂在无纺布层的内侧后凝固而成。本发明一种硅藻土复合布料,制备方法简单、成本低,整合了墙布与硅藻土的优点,制备的复合布料耐潮防潮、不易发霉,外观可塑性好,易于清洁打理,剪裁容易,施工周期短。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种布料,尤其涉及一种硅藻土复合布料。
背景技术
现有墙面装饰材料一般为墙布、墙纸、涂料、砖和板材类,由于墙布和墙纸本身的外观可塑性,以及相对低廉的价格受到用户的普遍青睐。但是墙纸由于本身材质的特性存在诸多缺陷,容易磕碰破损,脱胶翘起,不耐潮湿,容易发霉腐烂,虽然墙布在以上方面略有优势,但是耐用性依然不理想。
硅藻土作为一种相对环保的涂料,近几年也得到广泛的使用。硅藻土涂料具有优秀的吸湿控湿、杀菌抑菌能力,但是在美观性上有局限性,所有纹理和颜色依赖现场施工人员的技术和手法进行创作,稳定性和可复制性低。而且墙面容易磕碰,一旦遇到,再次修补变得很困难,无法做到无缝无痕的衔接。另外,使用硅藻土墙面要避免可溶性污渍,比如油污,果汁,咖啡啧等,因为硅藻土的强力吸附作用很容易被渗透,难以清洁打理。
虽然现在市面上出现了一些将硅藻土作为夹层的复合墙纸或墙布,但是其制作工艺复杂,生产成本高,而且在施工时不易剪裁,施工周期长。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种硅藻土复合布料,制备方法简单、成本低,制备的布料耐潮防潮、不易发霉,外观可塑性好,易于清洁打理,剪裁容易,施工周期短。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种硅藻土复合布料,包括无纺布层,所述无纺布层的外侧设置有织物层,所述无纺布层的内侧设置有硅藻土复合层,所述硅藻土复合层是由硅藻土乳液喷涂在所述无纺布层的内侧后凝固而成。
进一步地,所述硅藻土乳液是由硅藻精土、粘土、甲基纤维素、提纯硅藻乳、光触媒、熟石灰和胶粉混合制成。
进一步地,所述硅藻土乳液中,各组分以质量份数计为:硅藻精土30一40份,粘土5一8份,甲基纤维素1一2份,提纯硅藻乳40一50份,光触媒0.2一0.3份,熟石灰5一8份,胶粉0.2一0.3份。
本发明一种硅藻土复合布料,制备方法简单、成本低,整合了墙布与硅藻土的优点,制备的复合布料耐潮防潮、不易发霉,外观可塑性好,易于清洁打理,剪裁容易,施工周期短。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种硅藻土复合布料,包括无纺布层1,无纺布层1的外侧设置有织物层2,无纺布层1的内侧设置有硅藻土复合层3,硅藻土复合层3是由硅藻土乳液喷涂在无纺布层1的内侧后凝固而成。其中,织物层可以根据实际使用需求选择不同面料,以达到不同的表面效果。
硅藻土乳液是由硅藻精土、粘土、甲基纤维素、提纯硅藻乳、光触媒、熟石灰和胶粉混合制成,各组分以质量份数计为:硅藻精土30一40份,粘土5一8份,甲基纤维素1一2份,提纯硅藻乳40一50份,光触媒0.2一0.3份,熟石灰5一8份,胶粉0.2一0.3份。
配方中硅藻土含量高,吸湿性强,防潮防霉效果更佳;加入光触媒可有效抑菌杀菌;乳液状态可直接喷于无纺布层上,凝固后不易析出粉末,无需用作夹层,方便剪裁;作为墙布使用时硅藻土复合层直接与水性胶水接触,其吸湿性可缩短胶水凝固时间,使施工更加方便快捷。
本发明在基于墙布本身相对优秀的耐潮耐磨的基础上结合硅藻土吸湿控湿的特性,以及其他辅料的杀菌抑菌能力,使得本发明的新型复合布料在墙面装饰的应用环境下有更好的耐用性,不仅耐潮防潮,还能主动调节控器湿度,即使墙体长时间受潮浸泡,也不易发霉。在维护打理时,可直接用各种清洁溶剂,污渍在溶解后会被快速吸收并锁定在硅藻土层内,布料表面快速干燥,不留痕迹。
本发明的新型复合布料,在保留了硅藻土的优秀特性的同时,很好的利用了织物层的特性以弥补其造型上和后期维护上的不足,两者相辅相成,缺一不可。同时,本发明并不局限于装饰墙面的应用,若将本发明的复合布料替代传统织物,可实现沙发坐垫等久坐不潮,透气舒适,易于清洁打理,无需拆卸清洗,以防变形脱色。若有烟雾灰尘等颗粒附着,仅需用吸尘器清洁,再用潮湿抹布去渍或用蒸汽挂烫机杀菌即可,在透气表面和吸湿硅藻土内衬的共同作用下,可实现快速去污干燥。由此可见,本发明的复合布料可广泛应用于其他织物面料的使用场景内,是一种具有更强功能性的新型替换材料。
本发明一种硅藻土复合布料,制备方法简单、成本低,整合了墙布与硅藻土的优点,制备的复合布料耐潮防潮、不易发霉,外观可塑性好,易于清洁打理,剪裁容易,施工周期短。

1.一种硅藻土复合布料,其特征在于:包括无纺布层,所述无纺布层的外侧设置有织物层,所述无纺布层的内侧设置有硅藻土复合层,所述硅藻土复合层是由硅藻土乳液喷涂在所述无纺布层的内侧后凝固而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻土复合布料,其特征在于:所述硅藻土乳液是由硅藻精土、粘土、甲基纤维素、提纯硅藻乳、光触媒、熟石灰和胶粉混合制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种硅藻土复合布料,其特征在于:所述硅藻土乳液中,各组分以质量份数计为:硅藻精土30一40份,粘土5一8份,甲基纤维素1一2份,提纯硅藻乳40一50份,光触媒0.2一0.3份,熟石灰5一8份,胶粉0.2一0.3份。
