Abstract

本发明公开了醋酸纤维卷曲预处理装置、预处理液及预处理方法,通过与纤维卷曲工艺相配套的醋酸纤维丝束预处理方法,使丝束在接受卷曲工艺时降低本身卷曲模量,提高纤维断裂延伸率,减轻卷曲损伤,增强卷曲定型效果。该预处理包括喷雾装置、温度控制***、微流量控制单元、雾化气体循环装置,以获得丝带进入卷曲机前均匀稳定的喷雾。本发明提供的预处理液配合喷雾***,能够针对卷曲工艺存在的问题,有目的地加入各种添加剂,达到传统蒸汽喷雾无法达到的效果,如增加润滑、调节外油含量、改善集束性能、防止玻璃化倾向、降低卷曲损伤等。

技术领域
本发明涉及醋酸纤维纺丝领域,具体涉及醋酸纤维卷曲预处理装置、预处理液及预处理方法。
背景技术
醋酸纤维卷曲过程十分重要,对其性能与应用有着至关重要的影响。一方面,卷曲使醋酸纤维获得更大比表面积、更好的吸附过滤性能、更高的滤棒吸阻;另一方面,卷曲又使纤维表面受到强烈摩擦和剪切而形成卷曲损伤,对其物理性能和后继应用产生负面影响;更重要的是,对单旦较高的的醋酸纤维丝束而言,没有恰当的预处理,卷曲工艺几乎无法实施。酸味和霉变是醋酸纤维另一种容易发生的现象,虽然可以在纺丝油剂中添加诸如双氧水之类的抑菌剂,但往往不能彻底解决问题。二醋酸纤维切片本身,带有一定酸味,某些嗅觉灵敏的人讨厌这种味道。如果能去除丝束酸味,用户是非常欢迎的。另外卷曲后的醋酸纤维丝束需要经过干燥、摆丝、打包等工艺过程,丝束集束性能的调节有助于克服丝带运行过程中产生的发散、缠辊、丝带过宽、静电等问题。适当的丝带预处理,可以帮助解决或改善醋酸纤维以上种种缺陷,是一种新颖的技术处理手段。
干纺工艺通常使用的卷曲工艺比较简单,将上过油剂的丝带送入卷曲机即完成工艺路线,对于某些卷曲模量较大的丝束规格,这种简单做法是不恰当的,这样的卷曲是不稳定的,回弹大,卷曲波不够牢固,丝束比表面积不够大,丝带外观差,卷曲能达不到工艺要求。通过恰当预处理,完全可以避免上述问题。另一方面,我们尝试并比较了其它降低卷曲模量的方法,如蒸汽喷射,蒸汽喷射或因蒸汽流量微小易产生凝结水堵塞,造成喷汽不均匀,或因蒸汽流量偏大产生超温,从而造成丝束品质不稳定。
发明内容
本发明提供一种醋酸纤维卷曲预处理装置、预处理液及预处理方法,以获得去酸味、降低卷曲模量、软化丝束、降低卷曲损伤、抗菌防霉、调节丝带集束性能等多重目的。
本发明采用这样的技术方案来实现:一种醋酸纤维卷曲预处理装置,包括预处理液罐,底部通过管道经流量计连接到喷雾***,喷雾***包括喷雾箱体和喷嘴,喷嘴还连接有压缩空气管道;待处理的醋酸纤维丝束贯穿喷雾箱体;预处理液罐内还设有温度传感器和电加热管,温度传感器和电加热管均连接到温控器。
进一步地,喷雾箱体内设有两个喷嘴,其安装在喷雾箱体醋酸纤维丝束进入侧,位于醋酸纤维丝束上、下方。
进一步地,压缩空气管道上设有调压阀。
进一步地,所述预处理液罐位于高位,喷雾箱***于低位。
进一步地,预处理液罐上方设有浮球阀。
本发明还涉及醋酸纤维卷曲预处理液,按质量浓度计,其中根据需要选择增塑剂为2-5%、纺丝油剂1-3%、碱10-50ppm、油膜增强剂100-500ppm、抑菌剂50-500ppm中的一种或者几种,其余为去离子水。
水本身具有冷却和润滑功用,可以有效防止丝束在卷曲时玻璃化;其它添加剂可以根据不同的需要取舍,也可以同时使用;譬如:生产单纤线密度较高的丝束时,可以添加增塑剂;原材料的游离酸偏高时,可以添加碱;需要改善丝外观或抱合性时,可以添加纺丝油剂和油膜增强剂;丝束销往高温高湿在区或存储期跨梅雨季节时,可以添加抑菌剂。
进一步地,所述的增塑剂为丙酮,碱为食品级碳酸钠,油膜增强剂为烷基封端无规聚醚,抑菌剂为尼泊尔金酯类食品级添加剂。
本发明还涉及醋酸纤维卷曲预处理方法,在醋酸纤维卷曲前,通过雾化***,将醋酸纤维卷曲预处理液雾化,喷射在醋酸纤维上,使醋酸纤维进入卷曲机前充分润湿即可。
进一步地,所述雾化***的喷雾粒径为100μm,喷雾液体的温度控制在35-65℃。
进一步地,所述的雾化***将卷曲预处理液加工成稳定雾团,雾化量为10-60ml/min。
本发明中的预处理装置通过雾化***,形成温度、粒度和喷雾量受控且稳定的的雾化气流,准确喷射在醋酸纤维上,并在丝束周围形成雾团,使醋酸纤维进入卷曲机前充分润湿,拥有恰当的卷曲模量、较强的抗卷曲韧性和均匀的纺丝油剂涂层和稳定的温度。
在预处理液中加入增塑剂,可以降低卷曲模量;加入碱,用于调节pH值,还可减轻醋酸纤维丝束的酸味、软化丝束;加入油膜增强剂,可以减轻卷曲损伤;而加入抑菌剂,可以防止霉变;加入纺丝油剂,可以调节集束性能,尤其是加入专利201610151069.3中的纺丝油剂。优选的方案中,预处理液中选择丙酮作为增塑剂,由于丙酮是醋酸纤维纺丝的溶剂,能溶解醋酸纤维素,本发明采用浓度2-5%的丙酮将丝束表面微溶,使丝束获得较好的卷曲韧性,并减少丝束卷曲时表面的皲裂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)醋酸纤维卷曲模量降低,原本卷曲困难的品种卷曲质量改善;
2)卷曲后醋酸纤维外观提升:卷曲定型好,卷曲波均匀,卷曲定型牢固;
3)醋酸纤维酸味减少;
4)醋酸纤维卷曲损伤减小;
5)醋酸纤维长期抗霉变能力增强。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做更详细的描述。
实施例1:如图1所示,一种醋酸纤维卷曲预处理装置,包括预处理液罐1,底部通过管道经流量计6连接到喷雾***,可以准确地控制喷嘴流量,喷雾***包括喷雾箱体8和喷嘴9,喷嘴9还连接有压缩空气管道;待处理的醋酸纤维丝束10贯穿喷雾箱体8;预处理液罐1内还设有温度传感器4和电加热管3,温度传感器4和电加热管3均连接到温控器5,可以准确地控制预处理液的温度。
优选方案中,喷雾箱体8内设有两个喷嘴9,其安装在喷雾箱体8醋酸纤维丝束10进入侧,位于醋酸纤维丝束10上、下方。通过上下位置同步对醋酸纤维丝束进行处理,喷射效果好。尤其是喷雾箱体8的采用,有助于预处理液在其内形成雾化气团,对醋酸纤维丝束的处理更为均匀。
进一步地,压缩空气管道上设有调压阀7。可以准确的控制压缩空气的压力,来调整喷嘴粒径。
进一步地,所述预处理液罐1位于高位,喷雾箱体8位于低位。可以减少泵的投入。
进一步地,预处理液罐1上方设有浮球阀2。
实施例2:
一种醋酸纤维卷曲预处理液,主要为去离子水,其中抑菌剂为100ppm。该预处理液用于常规产品,其它工艺条件不变,喷雾后,丝束的卷曲能不变,断裂强度增加2N/ktex:如果调整卷曲机维持断裂强度不变,则卷曲能增加20g.cm/cm左右。其中“卷曲能”和“断裂强度”为丝束的质量指标。
实施例3:
一种醋酸纤维卷曲预处理液,按质量浓度计,其中纺丝油剂3%,油膜增强剂为100ppm,碱为40ppm,其余为水。该配方适用于常规产品、原材料醋片的游离醋大于70 ppm时,调节pH值,以祛除酸味。
实施例4:
一种醋酸纤维卷曲预处理液,按质量浓度计,其中增塑剂为5%,纺丝油剂1%,抑菌剂为100ppm;其余为水。该配方用于生产单纤线密度较高、在常规工艺条件下不能生产的部分丝束产品。
如单纤线密度6.67dtex的产品,在常规工艺下,其“断裂强度”和“卷曲能”很难同时达到规定的要求,通过采用实施例4的预处理液处理后,就可以不改变其它常规工艺,生产出合格的产品。
实施例5:
一种醋酸纤维卷曲预处理液,按质量浓度计,其中增塑剂为3%,纺丝油剂2%,碱为40ppm,油膜增强剂为350ppm,其余为水。
实施例6:一种醋酸纤维卷曲预处理方法,在醋酸纤维卷曲前,通过雾化***,将醋酸纤维卷曲预处理液雾化,喷射在醋酸纤维上,使醋酸纤维进入卷曲机前充分润湿即可。
进一步地,所述雾化***的喷雾粒径为小于100μ,喷雾液体的温度控制在35-65℃内选定。
进一步地,所述的雾化***将卷曲预处理液加工成稳定雾团,雾化量为10-60ml/min。

1.醋酸纤维卷曲预处理装置,其特征在于,包括预处理液罐(1),其底部通过管道经流量计(6)连接到喷雾***,喷雾***包括喷雾箱体(8)和喷嘴(9),喷嘴(9)还连接有压缩空气管道;待处理的醋酸纤维丝束(10)贯穿喷雾箱体(8);预处理液罐(1)内还设有温度传感器(4)和电加热管(3),温度传感器(4)和电加热管(3)均连接到温控器(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:喷雾箱体(8)内设有两个喷嘴(9),其安装在喷雾箱体(8)醋酸纤维丝束(10)进入侧,位于醋酸纤维丝束(10)上、下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:压缩空气管道上设有调压阀(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述预处理液罐(1)位于高位,喷雾箱体(8)位于低位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:预处理液罐(1)上方设有浮球阀(2)。
6.醋酸纤维卷曲预处理液,其特征在于,按质量浓度计,其中根据需要选择增塑剂为2-5%、纺丝油剂1-3%、碱10-50ppm、油膜增强剂100-500ppm、抑菌剂50-500ppm中的一种或者几种,其余为去离子水。
7.根据权利要求6所述的预处理液,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为丙酮,碱为食品级碳酸钠,油膜增强剂为烷基封端无规聚醚,抑菌剂为尼泊尔金酯类食品级添加剂。
8.醋酸纤维卷曲预处理方法,其特征在于:在醋酸纤维卷曲前,通过雾化***,将醋酸纤维卷曲预处理液雾化,喷射在醋酸纤维上,使醋酸纤维进入卷曲机前充分润湿即可。
9.根据权利要求8所述的预处理方法,其特征在于:所述雾化***的喷雾粒径为10-100μm,喷雾液体的温度控制在35-65℃。
