Abstract
The invention discloses a paper pulp sewage treatment method for a paper mill, which comprises the following steps: introducing the paper pulp sewage into a primary filtering tank, and adding a flocculating agent into the primary filtering tank to reduce the concentration of the paper pulp sewage; introducing the sewage into sewage filtering equipment for filtering to realize secondary filtering and separation of the paper pulp sewage; fishing the precipitated paper pulp out of the water by using a fishing net; introducing the separated sewage into an aeration tank for aeration, adding hemp fibers or artificial fiber fibers into the aeration tank, and manually fishing out the floated hemp fibers or artificial fiber fibers gathered into a cluster; introducing the aerated sewage into an aerobic biological reaction tank and an anaerobic biological reaction tank in sequence for aerobic and anaerobic treatment; and (4) introducing the sewage subjected to anaerobic treatment into an open air drying pond for evaporation and drying. The invention adopts multi-stage filtration, aerobic and anaerobic treatment and evaporative treatment, greatly simplifies the sewage treatment process and has better application effect.
