The chain transmission mechanism comprises chain wheels 4 sleeved on the locking nuts 3, transmission chains 5 arranged on all the chain wheels 4, a tension wheel mechanism 6 arranged on the transmission chains 5, a driving chain wheel 7 matched with the transmission chains 5 and in threaded connection with the box body 1, and a driving mechanism 8 connected with the driving chain wheel 7, wherein two adjacent chain wheels 4 are distributed on the transmission chains 5 in a staggered mode. When the transmission case is used, the driving chain wheel 7 is in threaded connection with the case body 1, so that the driving chain wheel 7 can be always matched with the transmission chain 5 and cannot be separated.
The driving mechanism 8 is a rotary hand wheel.
The tension wheel mechanism 6 comprises a mounting plate 61 in sliding fit with the box body 1, a tension wheel 62 connected to the mounting plate 61, and a spring 63 with one end connected to the mounting plate 61 and the other end fixed to the box body 1.
The axial length of the tension pulley 62 is greater than the thickness of the drive chain 5. When in use, the lock nut 3 can drive the transmission chain 5 to move along the axial direction of the long rod 2, and the excessive length on the tension wheel 62 can tension the transmission chain 5 all the time.
The long rods 2 in the vertical strip holes 1a are vertically slid together to form a push plate 9, and the push plate 9 is provided with strip holes 9a corresponding to and matched with each long rod 2.
When the box is used, an irregular part is firstly placed on the long rods 2, the part is pressed down to act on the long springs 10, a plurality of long rods 2 are distributed by surrounding the part, the rotary hand wheel is rotated, all the locking nuts 3 are driven to be screwed through the movement of the transmission chain 5, the long rods 2 are locked on the vertical strip holes 1a under the matching of the convex shoulders 2a, the part can be directly stored on the box body 1 without position dislocation and inclination, the push plate 9 slides along the long rods 2 during the placement of the part, the part can be squeezed together, and the final collection is facilitated.
