本发明公开了一种以太网插头连接器,包括塑料主体、压板、屏蔽外壳、电路板、接触针、刺破针、塑料外壳和锁线螺母;屏蔽外壳包括上屏蔽外壳和下屏蔽外壳,上屏蔽外壳和下屏蔽外壳对扣安装,塑料主体后部安装于屏蔽外壳内,塑料主体后部开设有电路板导入槽,电路板安装于电路板导入槽内,电路板上表面一端设置有接触针,另一端设置有刺破针,压板一端通过轴孔配合结构旋转安装于塑料主体上,压板位于刺破针上方,屏蔽外壳后部套置安装有塑料外壳,塑料外壳尾端安装有锁线螺母。该插头连接器能够重复使用,大大节省了资源和成本,且该插头连接器在接线压接过程中对工具无特殊要求,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及电连接器领域,具体涉及一种以太网插头连接器。
背景技术
在商业和工业领域,以太网是当今最流行、应用最广泛的通信技术,如今已成为世界上广泛采用的网络技术,并以迅猛的速度向各个领域扩展,以太网插头连接器是以太网在应用中必不可少的零部件之一,目前,传统的以太网插头连接器接线比较困难,需要采用专门的压线钳进行接线压接,现场操作不方便,且传统的以太网插头接线器为一体式结构只能一次使用,大大浪费了资源和企业成本。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,我们提出了一种以太网插头连接器,该插头连接器能够重复使用,大大节省了资源和成本,且该插头连接器在接线压接过程中对工具无特殊要求,操作方便。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种以太网插头连接器,包括塑料主体、压板、屏蔽外壳、电路板、接触针、刺破针、塑料外壳和锁线螺母;所述屏蔽外壳包括上屏蔽外壳和下屏蔽外壳,所述上屏蔽外壳和下屏蔽外壳对扣安装,所述塑料主体后部安装于所述屏蔽外壳内,所述塑料主体后部开设有电路板导入槽,所述电路板安装于所述电路板导入槽内,所述电路板上表面一端设置有所述接触针,另一端设置有所述刺破针,所述压板一端通过轴孔配合结构旋转安装于所述塑料主体上,所述压板位于所述刺破针上方,所述屏蔽外壳后部套置安装有所述塑料外壳,所述塑料外壳尾端安装有所述锁线螺母。
优选的,所述压板为透明状。
优选的,所述上屏蔽外壳上中部设置有倒钩装置,所述塑料外壳上中部设置有卡孔,所述塑料外壳通过所述卡孔与所述倒钩装置的卡扣连接,进而固定安装于所述屏蔽外壳尾部。
优选的,所述压板上表面设置有八种不同颜色及编号的贴纸。
优选的,所述下屏蔽外壳尾部设置有挤压弹片。
通过上述技术方案,本发明为分体式结构,可实现部件更换,进而实现反复使用,大大节省了资源和企业成本,该连接器带有接线颜色提示,接线更加方便,提高了接线的效率,该连接器无需专用压线钳,现场操作方便,应用效果极好。

如图1和图2所示,一种以太网插头连接器,包括塑料主体1、压板2、屏蔽外壳3、电路板4、接触针5、刺破针6、塑料外壳7和锁线螺母8;所述屏蔽外壳3包括上屏蔽外壳9和下屏蔽外壳10,所述上屏蔽外壳9和下屏蔽外壳10对扣安装,所述塑料主体1后部安装于所述屏蔽外壳3内,所述塑料主体1后部开设有电路板导入槽,所述电路板4安装于所述电路板导入槽内,所述电路板4上表面一端设置有所述接触针5,另一端设置有所述刺破针6,所述压板2一端通过轴孔配合结构旋转安装于所述塑料主体1上,所述压板2位于所述刺破针6上方,所述屏蔽外壳3后部套置安装有所述塑料外壳7,所述塑料外壳7尾端安装有所述锁线螺母8。
所述压板2为透明状。
所述上屏蔽外壳9上中部设置有倒钩装置11,所述塑料外壳7上中部设置有卡孔12,所述塑料外壳7通过所述卡孔12与所述倒钩装置11的卡扣连接,进而固定安装于所述屏蔽外壳3尾部。
所述压板2上表面设置有八种不同颜色及编号的贴纸。
所述下屏蔽外壳10尾部设置有挤压弹片13。
通过上述技术方案,本发明为分体式结构,可实现部件更换,进而实现反复使用,大大节省了资源和企业成本,该连接器带有接线颜色提示,接线更加方便,提高了接线的效率,该连接器无需专用压线钳,现场操作方便,应用效果极好。

1.一种以太网插头连接器,其特征在于,包括塑料主体、压板、屏蔽外壳、电路板、接触针、刺破针、塑料外壳和锁线螺母;所述屏蔽外壳包括上屏蔽外壳和下屏蔽外壳,所述上屏蔽外壳和下屏蔽外壳对扣安装,所述塑料主体后部安装于所述屏蔽外壳内,所述塑料主体后部开设有电路板导入槽,所述电路板安装于所述电路板导入槽内,所述电路板上表面一端设置有所述接触针,另一端设置有所述刺破针,所述压板一端通过轴孔配合结构旋转安装于所述塑料主体上,所述压板位于所述刺破针上方,所述屏蔽外壳后部套置安装有所述塑料外壳,所述塑料外壳尾端安装有所述锁线螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种以太网插头连接器,其特征在于,所述压板为透明状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种以太网插头连接器,其特征在于,所述上屏蔽外壳上中部设置有倒钩装置,所述塑料外壳上中部设置有卡孔,所述塑料外壳通过所述卡孔与所述倒钩装置的卡扣连接,进而固定安装于所述屏蔽外壳尾部。
