5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the outer tub and the cabinet are connected by a shock absorbing member.
6. A laundry treating device according to claim 5, wherein the damping member is a spring member.
7. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet is provided at a front side thereof with a front sealing door provided with a lock member, and the door body is provided with an engaging portion engaged with the lock member.
8. A laundry treatment apparatus according to any of claims 1-7, characterized in that the laundry treatment apparatus is a washing machine or a washer-dryer.
