Six oil ports are respectively connected to the valve body 2 of the automatic braking valve, namely a second oil inlet P2, and are connected with the first electromagnetic directional valve 1 and the braking valve block assembly; the third oil inlet P3 is connected with a left brake pump, the fourth oil inlet P4 is connected with a right brake pump, the first oil outlet B1 is connected with a left brake, the second oil outlet B2 is connected with a right brake, and the pressure measuring oil port G1 is used for measuring system pressure. The functions of the flow channel in the valve body are as follows: the first flow passage L1 is communicated with the second oil inlet P2, the fifth oil inlet P5, the sixth oil inlet P6 and the pressure measuring oil port G and is used for providing pressure oil for the electromagnetic valve in an electric control automatic braking mode; the second flow passage L2 is communicated with the first oil return port T1 and the third oil inlet P3 and is used for conveying hydraulic oil from the left brake pump to the left brake in a pedal braking mode; the third flow passage L3 is communicated with the second oil return port T2 and the fourth oil inlet P4 and is used for conveying hydraulic oil from the right brake pump to the right brake in a pedal braking mode; the fourth runner L4 is communicated with the first working oil port B'1 and the first oil outlet B1 and is a runner for communicating the automatic brake valve assembly and the left brake; the fifth runner L5 is communicated with the second working oil port B'2 and the second oil outlet B2 and is a runner for communicating the automatic brake valve assembly and the right brake.
The brake valve block assembly for the tractor provides two braking modes: a foot pedal braking mode and an electronically controlled automatic braking mode.
In the pedal braking mode, the first electromagnetic directional valve 1, the second electromagnetic directional valve 3 and the third electromagnetic directional valve 4 are not powered, the system principle is as shown in fig. 3, hydraulic oil provided by the hydraulic pump cannot enter the brake, and the brake pump is communicated with the brake through an oil pipe and an internal flow passage of the valve body 2 of the automatic brake valve, and at the moment, the brake pump is communicated with a brake oil tank. When two pedals are simultaneously stepped on to brake, the brake pump is disconnected from the brake oil tank, hydraulic oil from the brake pump enters the brake through the third oil inlet P3, the fourth oil inlet P4, the second flow passage L2 in the automatic brake valve body 2, the third flow passage L3, the first oil return port T1 of the second electromagnetic directional valve 3 and the second oil return port T2 of the third electromagnetic directional valve 4, so that the tractor brakes, and the system principle is shown in figure 4. In the pedal braking mode, one pedal can be independently pressed to perform unilateral braking.
In the electric control automatic braking mode, the second electromagnetic directional valve 3 and the third electromagnetic directional valve 4 are powered at the same time, the two electromagnetic valves are switched to work at the right position, the system principle is as shown in fig. 5, the incoming oil of the brake pump cannot enter the brake through the second flow passage L2 and the third flow passage L3, and the hydraulic oil P1 from the hydraulic pump enters the first electromagnetic directional valve 1 and is in a standby state. When the tractor is required to brake, the first electromagnetic directional valve 1 is electrified, the system principle is as shown in fig. 6, hydraulic oil P1 from the hydraulic pump enters the brake through a pipe joint 5 with an orifice, a first flow passage L1 in the valve body 2 of the automatic braking valve, a fifth oil inlet P5 of the second electromagnetic directional valve 3 and a sixth oil inlet P6 of the third electromagnetic directional valve 4, and the hydraulic oil enters the brake through the fourth flow passage L4 and the fifth flow passage L5, so that the tractor is braked. When the tractor does not need to brake, the first electromagnetic directional valve 1 is powered off, and the hydraulic oil P1 from the hydraulic pump is restored to a standby state.
The pressure measuring oil port G can monitor the braking pressure of the tractor during the electric control automatic braking at any time.
