Abstract

本发明涉及一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,包括机架、工作平台、基材、涂布头、刮刀、厚度传感器、第一调节元件、第二调节元件、移动单元、驱动单元,移动单元上设置有涂布头、刮刀,涂布头、刮刀一起随移动单元运动;刮刀、涂布头分别通过第一调节元件、第二调节元件与移动单元连接,第一调节元件能够驱动刮刀作直线运动,第二调节元件能够驱动涂布头作直线运动,厚度传感器设置于刮刀侧壁,刮刀与涂布头之间具有间距P,该间距P是可调节的。能够实时检测并调节刮刀高度位置、水平位置以及刮刀与涂布头的间距,通过刮刀结构设计以减少刮除材料在刮刀上游处的堆积、黏壁,实现涂布厚度准确、均匀。

技术领域:
本发明涉及表面处理领域,尤其涉及一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置。
背景技术:
在基材表面进行涂布时,通常采用涂布头进行涂覆,刮刀进行厚度控制。现有的基材表面涂布装置涂布头与刮刀之间间距固定、自动控制的实时性较低、刮刀结构对膜厚的均匀性控制较差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,该刮刀式基材表面涂布装置能够实时检测并调节刮刀高度位置、水平位置,刮刀与涂布头的间距,通过刮刀结构设计以减少刮除材料在刮刀上游处的堆积、黏壁,实现涂布厚度准确、均匀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为 :
一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,包括机架、工作平台、基材、涂布头、刮刀、厚度传感器、第一调节元件、第二调节元件、移动单元、驱动单元,工作平台位于机架上,基材位于工作平台上,被工作平台吸附、定位,移动单元上设置有涂布头、刮刀,涂布头、刮刀一起随移动单元运动;刮刀、涂布头分别通过第一调节元件、第二调节元件与移动单元连接,第一调节元件能够驱动刮刀作纵向直线运动,以调节刮刀与基材表面的距离,第二调节元件能够驱动涂布头作纵向直线运动,以调节涂布头与基材表面的距离,移动单元设置于驱动单元上,驱动单元通过连接件与机架连接,厚度传感器设置于刮刀侧壁,其特征在于:刮刀与涂布头之间具有间距P,该间距P是可调节的。
其中,移动单元能够根据厚度传感器的检测结果调节该间距P,以使刮刀与涂布头之间保持合适的间距。
其中,刮刀的端部设有倾斜段(51)和刮刀刀缘(52),倾斜段设有多个弧形凹槽(53)。
其中,在沿涂布方向的相反方向上,弧形凹槽的弧形半径逐渐变小。
其中,倾斜段与水平线之间的夹角为25-45°。
其中,刮刀为橡胶或树脂材料制作。
其中,当厚度传感器检测到的厚度大于预设厚度时,刮刀向下运动,同时减小刮刀与涂布头之间的间距P。
该刮刀式基材表面涂布装置能够实时检测并调节刮刀高度位置、水平位置,刮刀与涂布头的间距,通过刮刀结构设计以减少刮除材料在刮刀上游处的堆积、黏壁,实现涂布厚度准确、均匀。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见附图1-3:该刮刀式基材表面涂布装置包括机架1、工作平台2、基材3、涂布头4、刮刀5、厚度传感器6、第一调节元件7、第二调节元件8、移动单元9、驱动单元10、涂布辊41、储料腔42、倾斜段51、刮刀刀缘52、弧形凹槽53。
工作平台2位于机架1上,工作平台2为真空吸附平台,其上具有基材定位元件、多个阵列式真空吸附孔;工作平台2具有旋转单元,旋转单元能够驱动工作平台2作旋转运动;基材3位于工作平台2上,被工作平台2吸附、定位。
移动单元9上设置有涂布头4、刮刀5,涂布头4、刮刀5一起随移动单元9作X向直线往复运动;刮刀5、涂布头4分别通过第一调节元件7、第二调节元件8与移动单元9连接,第一调节元件7能够驱动刮刀5作Z向直线往复运动,以调节刮刀5与基材3表面的距离,第二调节元件8能够驱动涂布头4作Z向直线往复运动,以调节涂布头4与基材3表面的距离。刮刀5与涂布头4之间具有间距P,移动单元9能够根据厚度传感器6的检测结果调节该间距P,以使刮刀5与涂布头4之间保持合适的间距,从而实现涂布膜厚的均匀。移动单元9设置于驱动单元10上,驱动单元10能够驱动移动单元9作X向直线往复运动,驱动单元10通过连接件与机架1连接,驱动单元10可以为电机+和螺杆式驱动单元或线性马达式驱动单元。各移动元件/组件、调节元件/组件、检测元件/传感器均与控制器电性连接。厚度传感器6设置于刮刀5侧壁,在涂布(coat)方向上位于刮刀5的下游侧,厚度传感器6用于实时检测涂布在基材3上的膜厚,根据膜厚的检测反馈值调节该间距P,刮刀5、涂布头4的Z向位置。控制器包括检测单元、比较单元、分析单元、驱动指令控制单元,检测单元用于读取厚度传感器6的检测值,比较单元用于将该检测值与预设膜厚值进行比较,分析单元用于根据比较结果进行逻辑运算并将逻辑运算结果发送给驱动指令控制单元,驱动指令控制单元用于控制各动作元件/组件的运动。
当厚度/膜厚传感器6检测到的厚度小于预设厚度时,刮刀5 Z向向上运动,同时增大刮刀5与涂布头4之间的间距P。当厚度/膜厚传感器6检测到的厚度大于预设厚度时,刮刀5 Z向向下运动,同时减小刮刀5与涂布头4之间的间距P。
刮刀5的端部设有倾斜段51、刮刀刀缘52,倾斜段51设有多个弧形凹槽53,在沿涂布方向的相反方向上,弧形凹槽53的弧形半径逐渐变小,能够减少刮除材料在刮刀5上游处的堆积、黏壁。在涂布方向上,刮刀5具有宽度h,刮刀刀缘52具有宽度h1,h1/h=(0.08-0.15),如0.1;刮刀刀缘52具有高度h2,h2/h=(0.12-0.2),如0.15;倾斜段51与水平线之间的夹角为30-38°,如34°。刮刀5可为橡胶或树脂材料制作。
涂布头4包括涂布辊41、储料腔42,涂布辊41位于锥形储料腔42下端开口部;锥形储料腔42通过供应管与定量泵、涂料源连接。
该刮刀式基材表面涂布装置能够实时检测并调节刮刀高度位置、水平位置,刮刀与涂布头的间距,通过刮刀结构设计以减少刮除材料在刮刀上游处的堆积、黏壁,实现涂布厚度准确、均匀。

1.一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,包括机架(1)、工作平台(2)、基材(3)、涂布头(4)、刮刀(5)、厚度传感器(6)、第一调节元件(7)、第二调节元件(8)、移动单元(9)、驱动单元(10),工作平台(2)位于机架(1)上,基材位于工作平台(2)上且被工作平台(2)吸附、定位,移动单元(9)上设置有涂布头(4)、刮刀(5),涂布头(4)、刮刀(5)一起随移动单元(9)运动;刮刀(5)、涂布头(4)分别通过第一调节元件(7)、第二调节元件(8)与移动单元(9)连接,第一调节元件(7)能够驱动刮刀(5)作纵向直线运动,以调节刮刀(5)与基材表面的距离,第二调节元件(8)能够驱动涂布头(4)作纵向直线运动,以调节涂布头(4)与基材表面的距离,移动单元(9)设置于驱动单元(10)上,驱动单元(10)通过连接件与机架(1)连接,厚度传感器(6)设置于刮刀(5)侧壁,其特征在于:刮刀(5)与涂布头(4)之间具有间距P,该间距P是可调节的。
2.如权利要求1所述一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,其特征在于:移动单元(9)能够根据厚度传感器(6)的检测结果调节该间距P,以使刮刀与涂布头之间保持合适的间距。
3.如权利要求1所述一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,其特征在于:刮刀的端部设有倾斜段(51)和刮刀刀缘(52),倾斜段设有多个弧形凹槽(53)。
4.如权利要求3所述一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,其特征在于:在沿涂布方向的相反方向上,弧形凹槽的弧形半径逐渐变小。
5.如权利要求4所述一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,其特征在于:倾斜段(51)与水平线之间的夹角为25-45°。
6.如权利要求4所述一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,其特征在于:刮刀(5)为橡胶或树脂材料制作。
7.如权利要求2所述一种刮刀式基材表面涂布装置,其特征在于:当厚度传感器(6)检测到的厚度大于预设厚度时,刮刀(5)向下运动,同时减小刮刀(5)与涂布头(4)之间的间距P。
