本发明公开一种提高视觉作业OLED台灯性能的优化方法,OLED台灯上面安装有一亮度传感器,优化方法包括以下步骤:根据亮度传感器采集到的背景光的亮度、色温和色坐标,调节OLED台灯的光谱,使得在使用OLED台灯视觉作业时,提高了视觉舒适度,同时OLED台灯的一般显色指数Ra>90,特殊显色指数R9>60,提高了对物体颜色的还原性。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别涉及一种提高视觉作业OLED台灯性能的优化方法。
背景技术
OLED是一种面光源,由于其发光均匀、光线柔和、无蓝光危害(表面亮度低)、无频闪(直流驱动)等优点,已越来越多应用于视觉作业台灯。为了提高舒适度,视觉作业时还需有充足的背景光;而背景光的色温、光谱往往与台灯不一致,视觉舒适度差。
现有的LED台灯,有些有调光调色功能,但未考虑背景光的影响。
现有的LED台灯,大多是蓝光芯片激发黄色荧光粉产生白光,一般显色指数Ra>80,特殊显色指数R9>0,对于视觉作业的台灯来说,对物体颜色的还原性不够好,影响视觉舒适度。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提出一种提高视觉作业OLED台灯性能的优化方法。
本发明的目的可以通过下述技术方案来实现:一种提高视觉作业OLED台灯性能的优化方法,所述OLED台灯上面安装有一亮度传感器,所述优化方法包括以下步骤:根据亮度传感器采集到的背景光的亮度、色温和色坐标,调节OLED台灯的光谱:
当背景光亮度<10cd/m2,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温4000K,色坐标中心值(x=0.380,y=0.380),色品容差SDCM≤5;
当背景光亮度≥10cd/m2,且背景光色温<2700K,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温2700K,色坐标中心值(x=0.458,y=0.410),色品容差SDCM≤5;
当背景光亮度≥10cd/m2,且2700K≤背景光色温≤6500K,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温与背景光色温保持一致,且光源与背景光的色差Δ(u’,v’)≤0.004;
当背景光亮度≥10cd/m2,且背景光色温>6500K,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温6500K,色坐标中心值(x=0.313,y=0.337),色品容差SDCM≤5;
进一步地,所述OLED台灯的一般显色指数Ra>90,特殊显色指数R9>60。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:考虑到背景光,根据背景光亮度、色温和色坐标,调节OLED台灯的光谱,在使用OLED台灯视觉作业时,提高了视觉舒适度,同时要求OLED台灯的一般显色指数Ra>90,特殊显色指数R9>60,提高了对物体颜色的还原性。

所述优化方法包括以下步骤:
根据亮度传感器采集到的背景光的亮度、色温和色坐标,调节OLED台灯的光谱:
当背景光亮度<10cd/m2,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温4000K,色坐标中心值(x=0.380,y=0.380),色品容差SDCM≤5;
当背景光亮度≥10cd/m2,且背景光色温<2700K,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温2700K,色坐标中心值(x=0.458,y=0.410),色品容差SDCM≤5;
当背景光亮度≥10cd/m2,且2700K≤背景光色温≤6500K,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温与背景光色温保持一致,且Δ(u’,v’)≤0.004,这里的(u’,v’)是指CIE 1976均匀色空间的色品坐标,Δ(u’,v’)是OLED台灯光源与背景光的色差,即

其中,OLED台灯光源的色品坐标为(ut’,vt’),背景光的色品坐标为(ub’,vb’);
当背景光亮度≥10cd/m2,且背景光色温>6500K,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温6500K,色坐标中心值(x=0.313,y=0.337),色品容差SDCM≤5。
同时可要求OLED台灯的一般显色指数Ra>90,特殊显色指数R9>60,以提高对物体颜色的还原性。
上述优化方法,根据背景光的亮度、色温和色坐标,调节OLED台灯的光谱,在使用OLED台灯视觉作业时,提高了视觉舒适度。

1.一种提高视觉作业OLED台灯性能的优化方法,其特征在于,所述OLED台灯上面安装有一亮度传感器,所述优化方法包括以下步骤:根据亮度传感器采集到的背景光的亮度、色温和色坐标,调节OLED台灯的光谱:
当背景光亮度<10cd/m2,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温4000K,色坐标中心值(x=0.380,y=0.380),色品容差SDCM≤5;
当背景光亮度≥10cd/m2,且背景光色温<2700K,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温2700K,色坐标中心值(x=0.458,y=0.410),色品容差SDCM≤5;
当背景光亮度≥10cd/m2,且2700K≤背景光色温≤6500K,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温与背景光色温保持一致,且光源与背景光的色差Δ(u’,v’)≤0.004;
当背景光亮度≥10cd/m2,且背景光色温>6500K,则调节OLED台灯的光谱为:色温6500K,色坐标中心值(x=0.313,y=0.337),色品容差SDCM≤5。
