Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of voltage transformer overhaul auxiliary equipment, in particular to a special lifting frame for overhauling an outdoor voltage transformer, which comprises a fixing device connected with a base, support rods with telescopic lengths and cross rods connected between the support rods, wherein the tops of the support rods are vertically connected with the cross rods, the bottoms of the support rods are connected with the fixing device, and the support rods and the cross rods form a door-shaped structure; the cross rod is provided with a hanging point for hanging the lifting device, and the hanging point is arranged at the middle point of the cross rod. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of voltage transformer overhaul auxiliary equipment, in particular to a special lifting frame for overhauling an outdoor voltage transformer.
Background
At present, the power industry continuously improves the requirement on equipment standardization overhaul, and the workload and difficulty of equipment overhaul work of some outdoor substations are also gradually improved. The outdoor voltage transformer needs to be replaced because of the excess of micro water, the outdoor voltage transformer needs to be treated, the adsorbent inside the voltage transformer needs to be replaced, the voltage transformer cover needs to be lifted during operation, and the outdoor voltage transformer is manually replaced at the bottom. In addition, in some old substations, due to design defects, when the distance between two sections of buses is too close to that of a single section of bus, the crane boom and electrified equipment cannot be ensured to have enough safety distance. During operation, safe operation cannot be ensured, and a large operation risk exists; and when the task is executed, two sections of buses are required to be powered off simultaneously, the power-off operation task is complicated, the control precision is insufficient when the crane is used, and the swing is strong when the voltage transformer is lifted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a special hanger for overhauling an outdoor voltage transformer, which can complete overhauling work by using a single-section bus power failure on the premise of not using a crane and not needing another section bus power failure and can improve the working efficiency of operators.
