Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,其特征在于,按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维20‑28份、铜氨纤维13‑17份、棉纤维55‑60份、金属纤维5‑9份、亚麻纤维1‑4份、薄荷纤维4‑6份;本发明采用聚丙烯晴纤维、铜氨纤维、棉纤维、金属纤维、亚麻纤维、薄荷纤维的混合物制备出的混纺纱线,有效增加了混纺纱线的强度和耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,由于资源短缺和环境保护等问题的日益突出以及人们环保意识的增强和可持续发展理念的深化,不同种类的纤维混纺作为改善纤维性能的常用方法在纺织领域广泛应用,现有技术中通过将天然纤维与高性能纤维混纺进行混合,并来改善高性能纤维性能,虽然对混纺纱线的质量有了一定的改善,但是生产出混纺纱线的耐磨性能比较差,不能满足现有市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维20-28份、铜氨纤维13-17份、棉纤维55-60份、金属纤维5-9份、亚麻纤维1-4份、薄荷纤维4-6份。
作为本发明的一种改进,按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维 22-24份、铜氨纤维14-16份、棉纤维57-59份、金属纤维6-8份、亚麻纤维2-3份、薄荷纤维4-6份。
作为本发明的一种改进,按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维23份、铜氨纤维15份、棉纤维58份、金属纤维7份、亚麻纤维2份、薄荷纤维5份。
作为本发明的一种改进,包括如下步骤:1)称取聚丙烯晴纤维、铜氨纤维、棉纤维进行两次清梳联工艺处理,得生条;
2)将金属纤维、亚麻纤维、薄荷纤维进行两次清梳联工艺处理,得生条;
3)将经过步骤1)以及步骤2)处理后的生条采进行并条处理,得熟条;
4)将步骤3)生成的熟条进行纺纱处理,得纱线;
5)将经过步骤4)处理后的纱线表面喷涂PU溶液,并静置5-10小时,得到混纺纱线;
6)将染缸升温到60-80℃,并向染缸中加入过硼酸钠20-24份进行溶解;
7)将步骤5)生成的混纺纱线加入至经过步骤6)的染缸中,并放置30-40分钟;
8)将取出混纺纱线,水洗,烘干,即可制得耐磨抗热混纺纱线。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述步骤5)中PU溶液的黏度为25-25.7mPa.s。
由于采用了以上技术,本发明较现有技术相比,具有的有益效果如下:
本发明采用聚丙烯晴纤维、铜氨纤维、棉纤维、金属纤维、亚麻纤维、薄荷纤维的混合物制备出的混纺纱线,有效增加了混纺纱线的强度和耐磨性。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维20-28份、铜氨纤维13-17份、棉纤维55-60份、金属纤维5-9份、亚麻纤维1-4份、薄荷纤维4-6份。
一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维 22-24份、铜氨纤维14-16份、棉纤维57-59份、金属纤维6-8份、亚麻纤维2-3份、薄荷纤维4-6份。
一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维23份、铜氨纤维15份、棉纤维58份、金属纤维7份、亚麻纤维2份、薄荷纤维5份。
一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)称取聚丙烯晴纤维、铜氨纤维、棉纤维进行两次清梳联工艺处理,得生条;
2)将金属纤维、亚麻纤维、薄荷纤维进行两次清梳联工艺处理,得生条;
3)将经过步骤1)以及步骤2)处理后的生条采进行并条处理,得熟条;
4)将步骤3)生成的熟条进行纺纱处理,得纱线;
5)将经过步骤4)处理后的纱线表面喷涂PU溶液,并静置5-10小时,得到混纺纱线;
6)将染缸升温到60-80℃,并向染缸中加入过硼酸钠20-24份进行溶解;
7)将步骤5)生成的混纺纱线加入至经过步骤6)的染缸中,并放置30-40分钟;
8)将取出混纺纱线,水洗,烘干,即可制得耐磨抗热混纺纱线。
所述步骤5)中PU溶液的黏度为25-25.7mPa.s。

1.一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,其特征在于,按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维20-28份、铜氨纤维13-17份、棉纤维55-60份、金属纤维5-9份、亚麻纤维1-4份、薄荷纤维4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,其特征在于:按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维 22-24份、铜氨纤维14-16份、棉纤维57-59份、金属纤维6-8份、亚麻纤维2-3份、薄荷纤维4-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗热混纺纱线,其特征在于:按重量份数由如下各组分构成:聚丙烯晴纤维23份、铜氨纤维15份、棉纤维58份、金属纤维7份、亚麻纤维2份、薄荷纤维5份。
4.一种权利要求1-3所述的耐磨抗热混纺纱线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤: 1)称取聚丙烯晴纤维、铜氨纤维、棉纤维进行两次清梳联工艺处理,得生条;
2)将金属纤维、亚麻纤维、薄荷纤维进行两次清梳联工艺处理,得生条;
3)将经过步骤1)以及步骤2)处理后的生条采进行并条处理,得熟条;
4)将步骤3)生成的熟条进行纺纱处理,得纱线;
5)将经过步骤4)处理后的纱线表面喷涂PU溶液,并静置5-10小时,得到混纺纱线;
6)将染缸升温到60-80℃,并向染缸中加入过硼酸钠20-24份进行溶解;
7)将步骤5)生成的混纺纱线加入至经过步骤6)的染缸中,并放置30-40分钟;
