本发明公开了一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯10‑30份、硅酸钠2‑10份、油酸三乙醇胺3‑12份、十二烯基丁二酸10‑20份、硼砂3‑10份、环氧乙烷环己胺1‑3份、聚乙二醇9‑20份、复合杀菌剂10‑20份、消泡剂0.1‑0.5份、去离子水20‑50份。本发明防锈性、润滑性、抗菌性好,并且使用寿命长,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液。
背景技术
金属切削液是指用于金属切、削、磨、铣等加工过程中常用的一种工业用液体,其可减少刀具与工件之间的摩擦,并及时带走加工区内因摩擦、材料形变产生的热量,从而达到提高加工效率、提高工件精度、降低工件表面粗糙度以及延长刀具寿命的效果。由于切削加工工艺是机械制造业的主要支柱之一,约占机械加工总劳动的30-40%,金属切削液的重要性可见一斑。
切削液的性能取决于它的组成成分,通常把切削液分为非水溶性(油基)液和水溶性(水基)液两大类。油基切削液的润滑性能较好,冷却效果较差。水基切削液与油基切削液相比润滑性能相对较差,冷却效果较好。但是由于油基切削液成本高并且污染相对比较严重,因而有着绿色环保型性能的水基切削液产品是切削液的发展方向,水的来源丰富,且无毒无味,是理想的绿色基础液,目前市售的水基切削液的防锈性、润滑性、抗菌性以及使用寿命不够理想且不够环保,从而限制了其应用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的问题,本发明提出了一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,本发明的水基金属切削液防锈性、润滑性、抗菌性好,并且使用寿命长,绿色环保。
本发明提出了一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯10-30份、硅酸钠2-10份、油酸三乙醇胺3-12份、十二烯基丁二酸10-20份、硼砂3-10份、环氧乙烷环己胺1-3份、聚乙二醇9-20份、复合杀菌剂10-20份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份、去离子水20-50份。
优选地,所述复合杀菌剂由硼酸铵和低毒酚按质量比2-7:1组成。
优选地,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚中的至少一种。
优选地,所述的使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯15-25份、硅酸钠3-8份、油酸三乙醇胺5-10份、十二烯基丁二酸13-16份、硼砂4-8份、环氧乙烷环己胺1-2份、聚乙二醇12-17份、复合杀菌剂13-17份、消泡剂0.2-0.4份、去离子水25-40份。
优选地,所述的使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯20份、硅酸钠5份、油酸三乙醇胺8份、十二烯基丁二酸14份、硼砂6份、环氧乙烷环己胺2份、聚乙二醇14份、复合杀菌剂15份、消泡剂0.3份、去离子水35份。
本发明防锈和润滑性能优异、使用寿命长、应用前景广泛。本发明将三乙醇胺硼酸酯、硅酸钠、油酸三乙醇胺、十二烯基丁二酸复配作为防锈添加剂,绿色环保、成本低廉,能显著提高本发明的防锈性能,增强工具的使用寿命;将三乙醇胺硼酸脂、油酸三乙醇胺和硼砂复配作为润滑添加剂,三乙醇胺硼酸脂具有油膜强度高、摩擦系数低等特点,其单独作为润滑剂使用时,润滑效果有限,而油酸三乙醇胺本身也是一种很好的水溶性润滑剂,且和硼砂、三乙醇胺硼酸脂复合使用时,有协同作用满足了切削加工对润滑、减摩、承载能力的要求;将油酸三乙醇胺,聚乙二醇作为表面活性剂,不仅不腐蚀工件,而且非离子型油酸三乙醇胺和阴离子型聚乙二醇复配可以起到协同作用,使本发明具有低的表面张力,具有良好的润湿性能,从而提高本发明润滑、冷却以及清洗性能;以硼酸铵和低毒酚作为复合杀菌剂,由于抑制水基切削液中细菌和真菌的生长,除了与杀菌剂自身的化学性质有关外,还与切削液体系中细菌和真菌构成的共生体系有关,当其中一种大量繁殖时便会影响到另一种的生长。若切削液中含有不同抑菌谱的杀菌剂,就可能同时对细菌和真菌起到抑制作用,两者将在低数量水平上达到均衡,本发明以硼酸铵和低毒酚复合,可以在较长时间内抑制细菌和真菌的生长,明显延长了切削液的使用寿命;以硼砂、三乙醇胺和环氧乙烷环己胺作为pH值调节剂,它们不但具有优异的pH调节能力和pH值稳定能力,而且可以增强切削液的防锈、防腐蚀性能,还具有抗微生物降解功能,一定程度上能延长切削液的使用寿命。本发明中三乙醇胺硼酸酯兼具防锈、润滑性能,油酸三乙醇胺兼具防锈、润滑和表面活性剂功能,硼砂兼具润滑和pH值调节剂功能,都起到了一剂多用的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯10份、硅酸钠10份、油酸三乙醇胺3份、十二烯基丁二酸20份、硼砂3份、环氧乙烷环己胺3份、聚乙二醇9份、复合杀菌剂20份、消泡剂0.1份、去离子水50份。
所述复合杀菌剂由硼酸铵和低毒酚按质量比2:1组成。
实施例2
一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯30份、硅酸钠2份、油酸三乙醇胺12份、十二烯基丁二酸10份、硼砂10份、环氧乙烷环己胺1份、聚乙二醇20份、复合杀菌剂10份、消泡剂0.5份、去离子水20份。
所述复合杀菌剂由硼酸铵和低毒酚按质量比7:1组成。
实施例3
一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯15份、硅酸钠8份、油酸三乙醇胺5份、十二烯基丁二酸16份、硼砂4份、环氧乙烷环己胺2份、聚乙二醇12份、复合杀菌剂17份、消泡剂0.2份、去离子水40份。
所述复合杀菌剂由硼酸铵和低毒酚按质量比3:1组成。
实施例4
一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯25份、硅酸钠3份、油酸三乙醇胺10份、十二烯基丁二酸13份、硼砂8份、环氧乙烷环己胺1份、聚乙二醇17份、复合杀菌剂13份、消泡剂0.4份、去离子水25份。
所述复合杀菌剂由硼酸铵和低毒酚按质量比5:1组成。
实施例5
一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯20份、硅酸钠5份、油酸三乙醇胺8份、十二烯基丁二酸14份、硼砂6份、环氧乙烷环己胺2份、聚乙二醇14份、复合杀菌剂15份、消泡剂0.3份、去离子水35份。
所述复合杀菌剂由硼酸铵和低毒酚按质量比4:1组成。
对实施例1-5制备得到的切削液进行性能测试,结果如下:
本发明产品经长时间的测试使用得出其使用寿命可达到3年。

1.一种使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,其特征在于,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯10-30份、硅酸钠2-10份、油酸三乙醇胺3-12份、十二烯基丁二酸10-20份、硼砂3-10份、环氧乙烷环己胺1-3份、聚乙二醇9-20份、复合杀菌剂10-20份、消泡剂0.1-0.5份、去离子水20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,其特征在于,所述复合杀菌剂由硼酸铵和低毒酚按质量比2-7:1组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,其特征在于,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯15-25份、硅酸钠3-8份、油酸三乙醇胺5-10份、十二烯基丁二酸13-16份、硼砂4-8份、环氧乙烷环己胺1-2份、聚乙二醇12-17份、复合杀菌剂13-17份、消泡剂0.2-0.4份、去离子水25-40份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的使用寿命长的环保水基金属切削液,其特征在于,按重量份包括如下组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯20份、硅酸钠5份、油酸三乙醇胺8份、十二烯基丁二酸14份、硼砂6份、环氧乙烷环己胺2份、聚乙二醇14份、复合杀菌剂15份、消泡剂0.3份、去离子水35份。
