The application provides a black single-sided adhesive tape with super-strong printing function, which comprises a stripping layer, a black acrylic adhesive layer, a transparent base film layer, a non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating which are contacted in sequence. The black single-sided adhesive tape has better printing force by arranging the black non-sticky printable ink coating as a printing layer. In addition, there is no need to provide a protective layer on the outside of the black non-tacky printable ink coating. The experimental results show that: the dyne value of the black single-sided tape provided by the application is 52-61.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a black single-sided adhesive tape with super-strong printing function, which comprises a stripping layer, a black acrylic adhesive layer, a transparent base film layer, a non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating which are contacted in sequence.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a black single-sided tape with super-strong printing function provided by the invention, wherein 1 is a release layer, 2 is a black acrylic adhesive layer, 3 is a transparent base film layer, 4 is a non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and 5 is a black non-adhesive printable ink coating.
The black single-sided tape provided by the invention comprises a stripping layer 1. The stripping layer 1 is a single-sided release film. The thickness of the single-sided release film is 23-75 micrometers.
The black single-sided tape provided by the invention comprises a black acrylic adhesive layer 2 in contact with the stripping layer. The thickness of the black acrylic adhesive layer is 5-50 microns.
The black single-sided tape provided by the invention comprises a transparent base film layer 3 contacted with the black acrylic adhesive layer. The thickness of the transparent base film layer is 1.9-25 micrometers. The transparent base film layer is preferably a transparent PET base film.
The black single-sided tape provided by the invention comprises a non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer 4 in contact with the transparent base film layer. The non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer is prepared by coating sizing materials comprising polyurethane resin of model Dari refined A-601 and/or Hongda HD-3268 polyurethane resin. The thickness of the non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer is 0.5-5 micrometers. The non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer has strong adsorptivity to the transparent base film.
The black single-sided tape provided by the application comprises a black non-tacky printable ink coating 5 in contact with the non-tacky polyurethane adhesive layer. In the present application, the black non-tacky printable ink coating is made by coating a black non-tacky printable ink coating, such as may be used with commercially available black non-tacky printable ink coatings. The thickness of the black non-tacky printable ink coating is preferably from 2 to 30 microns, more preferably 20 microns.
The invention provides a preparation method of the black single-sided adhesive tape, which comprises the following steps:
Coating a black acrylic rubber material on one surface of a transparent base film, and curing to form a black acrylic rubber layer; and sequentially coating a non-adhesive polyurethane sizing material and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating on the other surface of the transparent base film, curing to form a non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating, and then coating a stripping base material on the black acrylic adhesive layer to obtain the black single-sided adhesive tape.
In the invention, the black acrylic rubber compound can be prepared from a commercially available black acrylic rubber compound; it is also possible to use black acrylic compounds comprising the following components:
in the present invention, the black acrylic compound is preferably prepared according to the following composition:
75-85 wt% of acrylic adhesive, 1-7 wt% of black color paste, 11-21 wt% of ethyl acetate and 1-5 wt% of a first isocyanate curing additive.
The black acrylic compound preferably comprises a solids content of the first isocyanate curing additive of 15 to 45%, more preferably 20 to 40%, most preferably 30%. The first isocyanate-based curing additive is preferably selected from one or more of toluene diisocyanate, 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate.
In the present invention, the solid content of the black paste is preferably 18 to 23%, more preferably 19 to 22%, and most preferably 20%. The black color paste comprises carbon black.
The black acrylic gum is preferably prepared according to the following method:
And mixing the acrylic adhesive, the black color paste, the ethyl acetate and the first isocyanate curing additive to obtain the black acrylic sizing material.
In the application, the non-adhesive polyurethane sizing material can be polyurethane resin of a commercial product model of Dari refined A-601 and/or Hongda HD-3268 polyurethane resin; the polyurethane resin can also be prepared from a coating comprising the polyurethane resin of the model Dari refined A-601 and a second isocyanate curing additive; the mass ratio of the polyurethane resin of the model Dari refined A-601 to the second isocyanate curing additive is 100:7-9, and more preferably 100:8. The second isocyanate curing additive is preferably selected from one or more of toluene diisocyanate, 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate.
In the present invention, the black non-tacky printable ink coating may be a commercially available black non-tacky printable ink coating; black non-tacky printable ink coatings comprising:
In the present invention, the black non-tacky printable ink coating preferably comprises the following components:
88 to 94.9 weight percent of polyurethane resin, 2 to 8.9 weight percent of black color paste, 2 to 8 weight percent of printable functional auxiliary agent and 1 to 5 weight percent of third isocyanate curing additive.
The black non-tacky printable ink coating comprises 88 to 94.9wt% polyurethane resin. The solid content of the polyurethane resin is 25 to 35%, preferably 27 to 33%, more preferably 30%. The polyurethane resin is preferably a polyurethane resin of Dari refined A-601 and/or a Hongda HD-3268 polyurethane resin, more preferably a polyurethane resin of Dari refined A-601.
The black non-tacky printable ink coating comprises 2 to 8.9 weight percent of black paste. The solid content of the black paste is preferably 18 to 23%, more preferably 19 to 22%, and most preferably 20%. The black color paste comprises carbon black.
The black non-tacky printable ink coating comprises 2 to 8wt% of printable functional auxiliary agents. The printable functional aid is preferably selected from one or more of an anti-smudge agent, a film forming aid, a stabilizer, a preservative and an antifoaming agent; the anti-fouling agent is preferably selected from silica with a particle size of 18-45 microns and/or starch with a particle size of 15-40 microns; the film forming auxiliary agent is preferably selected from one or more of propylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether and ethylene glycol phenyl ether; the stabilizer is preferably selected from ammonia and/or ethanolamine. The preservative is preferably selected from one or more of 2, 2-dimethoxypropane, 2-dimethoxybutane, 2-diethoxypropane and 2, 2-diethoxybutane. The defoamer is preferably selected from one or more of 2-ethylhexanol, ethylenediamine distearate and diethylene glycol stearate.
The black non-tacky printable ink coating comprises 1 to 5wt% of a third isocyanate-based curing additive. The solid content of the third isocyanate-based curing additive is preferably 15 to 45%, more preferably 20 to 40%, and most preferably 30%. The third isocyanate curing additive is preferably selected from one or more of toluene diisocyanate, 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate.
In the present invention, the black non-tacky printable ink coating is preferably made according to the following method:
And mixing the polyurethane resin with black color paste, a printable functional auxiliary agent and a third isocyanate curing additive in sequence, and filtering to obtain the black non-sticky printable ink coating.
The invention preferably mixes and stirs polyurethane resin and black color paste for 15-25 min, then adds printable functional auxiliary agent, stirs for 15-25 min, finally adds third isocyanate curing agent, stirs for 15-20 min; more preferably, the polyurethane resin and the black color paste are mixed and stirred for 18-22 min, then the printable functional auxiliary agent is added, stirred for 18-22 min, and finally the third isocyanate curing agent is added, and then stirred for 18-22 min; in the specific embodiment of the invention, the polyurethane resin and the black color paste are mixed and stirred for 20min, then the printable functional auxiliary agent is added, the mixture is stirred for 20min, and finally the third isocyanate curing agent is added and stirred for 20min. The present invention preferably employs a metal filter screen known to those skilled in the art for filtration; the mesh number of the metal filter screen is preferably 400 mesh.
The invention provides a black single-sided adhesive tape with super-strong printing function, which comprises a stripping layer, a black acrylic adhesive layer, a transparent base film layer, a non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating which are contacted in sequence. The black single-sided adhesive tape has better printing force by arranging the black non-sticky printable ink coating as a printing layer. In addition, there is no need to provide a protective layer on the outside of the black non-tacky printable ink coating.
In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided to describe in detail a black single-sided tape with super-strong printing function and a method for preparing the same, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Mixing 89% of Hongda HD-3268 polyurethane resin and 6% of carbon black color paste with the solid content of 20% at 1000rpm for 20min, adding 4% of printable functional auxiliary agent (silicon dioxide, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and ethylenediamine distearate with the mass ratio of 1:1:2 and the granularity of 18-45 micrometers), and stirring at 1000rpm for 20min; finally adding 1% of epoxy resin type curing additive, stirring for 20min at 1000rpm, and filtering by using two layers of 400-mesh metal filter screens to obtain black non-sticky printable ink coating;
mixing 76% of acrylic adhesive, 6% of carbon black color paste with the solid content of 20%, 14% of ethyl acetate and 4% of hexamethylene diisocyanate to obtain black acrylic sizing material;
and mixing the model Dari refined A-601 polyurethane resin with the mass ratio of 100:8 and the hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent to obtain the non-sticky polyurethane sizing material.
Coating one side of the transparent base film with black acrylic rubber material, and curing to form a black acrylic rubber layer with the thickness of 16 microns; and sequentially coating a non-adhesive polyurethane sizing material and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating on the other surface of the transparent base film, curing to form a 3-micrometer non-adhesive polyurethane sizing layer and a 20-micrometer black non-adhesive printable ink coating, and then coating a single-sided release film on the black acrylic acid sizing layer to obtain the black single-sided adhesive tape with the super-strong printing function on the surface.
The invention tests the printing performance of the black single-sided adhesive tape prepared in the embodiment 1 by using a dyne pen, and the test result shows that: the black single-sided tape prepared in example 1 had a dyne value of 52.
Example 2
Stirring 89% of model Dari refined A-601 polyurethane resin and 6% of carbon black color paste with the solid content of 20% at 1000rpm for 20min, adding 4% of printable functional auxiliary agent (silicon dioxide with the granularity of 18-45 microns, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and ethylene diamine distearate in mass ratio of 1:1:2), and stirring at 1000rpm for 20min; and finally adding 1% of toluene diisocyanate curing additive, stirring for 20min at 1000rpm, and filtering by using two layers of 400-mesh metal filter screens to obtain the black non-sticky printable ink coating.
Mixing 80% of acrylic adhesive, 2% of carbon black color paste with the solid content of 20%, 15% of ethyl acetate and 3% of 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate to obtain black acrylic sizing material;
And mixing the polyurethane resin of the model Dari refined A-601 with the mass ratio of 100:8 with a1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent to obtain the non-sticky polyurethane sizing material.
Coating one side of the transparent base film with black acrylic rubber material, and curing to form a black acrylic rubber layer with the thickness of 15 micrometers; and sequentially coating a non-adhesive polyurethane sizing material and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating on the other surface of the transparent base film, curing to form a 2-micrometer non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and a 20-micrometer black non-adhesive printable ink coating, and then coating a single-sided release film on the black acrylic adhesive layer to obtain the black single-sided adhesive tape with the super-strong printing function on the surface.
The invention performs printing performance test on the black single-sided tape prepared in the embodiment 2, and adopts a dyne pen for test, and the test result shows that: the black single-sided tape prepared in example 2 had a dyne value of 59.
Example 3
2% Of carbon black color paste with 93% of model Dari refined A-601 polyurethane resin and 20% of solid content is stirred at 1000rpm for 20min, and 3% of printable functional auxiliary agent (starch, ethylene glycol phenyl ether, 2-dimethoxy propane and 2-ethylhexanol with the mass ratio of 1:1:1 and the granularity of 18-40 micrometers) is added and stirred at 1000rpm for 20min; and finally adding 2% of toluene diisocyanate curing additive, stirring for 20min at 1000rpm, and filtering by using two layers of 400-mesh metal filter screens to obtain the black non-sticky printable ink coating.
Mixing 76% of acrylic adhesive, 6% of carbon black color paste with the solid content of 20%, 14% of ethyl acetate and 4% of hexamethylene diisocyanate to obtain black acrylic sizing material;
And mixing the model Dari refined A-601 polyurethane resin with the mass ratio of 100:8 and a toluene diisocyanate curing agent to obtain the non-adhesive polyurethane resin sizing material.
Coating one side of the transparent base film with black acrylic rubber material, and curing to form a black acrylic rubber layer with the thickness of 15 micrometers; and sequentially coating a non-adhesive polyurethane sizing material and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating on the other surface of the transparent base film, curing to form a 4-micrometer non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and a 20-micrometer black non-adhesive printable ink coating, and then coating a single-sided release film on the black acrylic adhesive layer to obtain the black single-sided adhesive tape with the super-strong printing function on the surface.
The invention tests the printing performance of the black single-sided adhesive tape prepared in the embodiment 3 by using a dyne pen, and the test result shows that: the black single-sided tape prepared in example 3 had a dyne value of 61.
From the above embodiments, the present application provides a black single-sided tape with super-strong printing function, comprising a release layer, a black acrylic adhesive layer, a transparent base film layer, a non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating layer, which are sequentially contacted. The black single-sided adhesive tape has better printing force by arranging the black non-sticky printable ink coating as a printing layer. In addition, there is no need to provide a protective layer on the outside of the black non-tacky printable ink coating. The experimental results show that: the dyne value of the black single-sided tape provided by the application is 52-61.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A black single-sided tape with super-strong printing function comprises a stripping layer, a black acrylic adhesive layer, a transparent base film layer, a non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating which are contacted in sequence;
the black non-tacky printable ink coating is made with a black non-tacky printable ink coating comprising:
the black non-tacky printable ink coating comprises the following components:
88-94.9wt% of polyurethane resin, 2-8.9wt% of black color paste, 2-8wt% of printable functional auxiliary agent and 1-5wt% of third isocyanate curing additive;
the solid content of the black color paste is 18-23%, and the third isocyanate curing additive is one or more selected from toluene diisocyanate, 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate.
2. The black single-sided tape of claim 1, wherein the black non-tacky printable ink coating has a thickness of 2-30 microns.
3. A method for preparing the black single-sided tape according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the following steps:
Coating a black acrylic rubber material on one surface of a transparent base film, and curing to form a black acrylic rubber layer; and sequentially coating a non-adhesive polyurethane sizing material and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating on the other surface of the transparent base film, curing to form a non-adhesive polyurethane adhesive layer and a black non-adhesive printable ink coating, and then coating a stripping base material on the black acrylic adhesive layer to obtain the black single-sided adhesive tape.
4. A method of making as claimed in claim 3 wherein the black acrylic gum comprises the following components:
75-85 wt% of acrylic adhesive, 1-7 wt% of black color paste, 11-21 wt% of ethyl acetate and 1-5 wt% of isocyanate curing additive.
5. A method of making according to claim 3 wherein the black non-tacky printable ink coating comprises the following components:
88-94.9wt% of polyurethane resin, 2-8.9wt% of black color paste, 2-8wt% of printable functional auxiliary agent and 1-5wt% of isocyanate curing additive;
the solid content of the polyurethane resin is 25-35%;
The isocyanate curing additive is selected from one or more of toluene diisocyanate, 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the polyurethane resin is a polyurethane resin of model Dari refined A-601 and/or Hongda HD-3268 polyurethane resin.
7. The preparation method of claim 5, wherein the solid content of the black color paste is 18-23%.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the black non-tacky printable ink coating is prepared by:
And mixing the polyurethane resin with black color paste, a printable functional auxiliary agent and an isocyanate curing additive in sequence, and filtering to obtain the black non-sticky printable ink coating.
9. The method according to claim 5, wherein the isocyanate-based curing additive has a solids content of 15 to 45%.
10. The method of claim 5, wherein the printable functional aid is selected from one or more of an anti-smudge agent, a film forming aid, a stabilizer, a preservative, and an antifoaming agent.
