发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抗病毒病菌熏香及其制备方法。本发明采用水提制备药汤,再以具有高吸水能力的多孔无机材料膨润土储存并保护活性药材有效成分,大幅度减少高温燃烧时有效成分被氧化失去活性,配伍木粉及粘结剂等辅助材料制成抗病毒病菌熏香,可以有效提高中药材的利用率。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案;
一种抗病毒病菌熏香的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份分别称取忍冬藤2~5份、千年健1~2份、马齿苋4~7份、威灵仙3~5份、小柴胡5~7份、鱼腥草8~10份、连翘3~5份、夏枯草7~10份、薄荷12~15份、广藿香3~6份和枳实1~3份,混合粉碎、过筛制得中药材药粉;
2)把中药材药粉与水按重量比1:6~10混合,在搅拌下加热至80℃,并在此温度下浸渍6~10小时,然后过滤把药渣与药汤分离开来;将药渣置于风箱中于120℃下风干8小时,备用;
3)把药汤与钙基膨润土按重量比5~8:1混合,搅拌1~3小时后,置于室温下熟化2~3小时,制备成膨润土吸附药汤活性材料;
4)按木粉、步骤2)风干后的药渣、榆皮粉、助燃剂及水的重量比为100:10~20:50~100:0.08~0.2:140~200分别称取各物质,搅拌1~2小时以进行充分混合,制成辅助材料;
5)将步骤3)的活性材料和步骤4)的辅助材料按重量比1:8~12混合,搅拌2-3h,制成香药泥,再通过制香机制作线香或盘香,并通过晾晒或风干最终制备成为熏香。
步骤4)所述的助燃剂由氯酸钾、二氧化锰、纳米铝粉按重量比100:3~6:0.1~0.3混合而成。
优选的,步骤1)中按重量份分别称取忍冬藤3份、千年健1.5份、马齿苋6份、威灵仙4份、小柴胡6份、鱼腥草9份、连翘4份、夏枯草8份、薄荷13份、广藿香5份和枳实2份。

2)把中药材药粉与水按重量比1:6混合,在搅拌下加热至80℃,并在此温度下浸渍6小时,然后过滤把药渣与药汤分离开来;将药渣置于风箱中于120℃下风干8小时,备用;
3)把药汤与钙基膨润土(400目)按重量比5:1混合,搅拌1小时后,置于室温下熟化2小时,制备成膨润土吸附药汤活性材料;
4)按木粉、步骤2)风干后的药渣、榆皮粉、助燃剂及水的重量比为100:15:100:0.08:200分别称取各物质,搅拌1小时以进行充分混合,制成辅助材料;
5)将步骤3)的活性材料和步骤4)的辅助材料按重量比1:8混合,搅拌2h,制成香药泥,再通过制香机制作线香或盘香,并通过晾晒或风干最终制备成为熏香。

1)按重量份分别称取忍冬藤3份、千年健1.5份、马齿苋6份、威灵仙4份、小柴胡6份、鱼腥草9份、连翘4份、夏枯草8份、薄荷13份、广藿香5份和枳实2份,混合粉碎、过150目筛制得中药材药粉;
2)把中药材药粉与水按重量比1:8混合,在搅拌下加热至80℃,并在此温度下浸渍8小时,然后过滤把药渣与药汤分离开来;将药渣置于风箱中于120℃下风干8小时,备用;
3)把药汤与钙基膨润土(400目)按重量比6:1混合,搅拌2小时后,置于室温下熟化2.5小时,制备成膨润土吸附药汤活性材料;
4)按木粉、步骤2)风干后的药渣、榆皮粉、助燃剂及水的重量比为100:18:75:0.12:160分别称取各物质,搅拌1.5小时以进行充分混合,制成辅助材料;
5)将步骤3)的活性材料和步骤4)的辅助材料按重量比1:10混合,搅拌2.5h,制成香药泥,再通过制香机制作线香或盘香,并通过晾晒或风干最终制备成为熏香。
步骤4)所述的助燃剂由氯酸钾、二氧化锰、纳米铝粉按重量比100:4:0.2混合而成。
实施例3
一种抗病毒病菌熏香的制备方法,具体步骤为:
1)按重量份分别称取忍冬藤5份、千年健1份、马齿苋7份、威灵仙3份、小柴胡7份、鱼腥草8份、连翘5份、夏枯草7份、薄荷15份、广藿香3份和枳实3份,混合粉碎、过150目筛制得中药材药粉;
2)把中药材药粉与水按重量比1:10混合,在搅拌下加热至80℃,并在此温度下浸渍10小时,然后过滤把药渣与药汤分离开来;将药渣置于风箱中于120℃下风干8小时,备用;
3)把药汤与钙基膨润土(400目)按重量比8:1混合,搅拌3小时后,置于室温下熟化3小时,制备成膨润土吸附药汤活性材料;
4)按木粉、步骤2)风干后的药渣、榆皮粉、助燃剂及水的重量比为100: 20:50:0.08:140分别称取各物质,搅拌2小时以进行充分混合,制成辅助材料;
5)将步骤3)的活性材料和步骤4)的辅助材料按重量比1:12混合,搅拌3h,制成香药泥,再通过制香机制作线香或盘香,并通过晾晒或风干最终制备成为熏香。
步骤4)所述的助燃剂由氯酸钾、二氧化锰、纳米铝粉按重量比100:6:0.3混合而成。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗病毒病菌熏香的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份分别称取忍冬藤2~5份、千年健1~2份、马齿苋4~7份、威灵仙3~5份、小柴胡5~7份、鱼腥草8~10份、连翘3~5份、夏枯草7~10份、薄荷12~15份、广藿香3~6份和枳实1~3份,混合粉碎、过筛制得中药材药粉;
2)把中药材药粉与水按重量比1:6~10混合,在搅拌下加热至80℃,并在此温度下浸渍6~10小时,然后过滤把药渣与药汤分离开来;将药渣置于风箱中于120℃下风干8小时,备用;
3)把药汤与钙基膨润土按重量比5~8:1混合,搅拌1~3小时后,置于室温下熟化2~3小时,制备成膨润土吸附药汤活性材料;
4)按木粉、步骤2)风干后的药渣、榆皮粉、助燃剂及水的重量比为100:10~20:50~100:0.08~0.2:140~200分别称取各物质,搅拌1~2小时以进行充分混合,制成辅助材料;
5)将步骤3)的活性材料和步骤4)的辅助材料按重量比1:8~12混合,搅拌2-3h,制成香药泥,再通过制香机制作线香或盘香,并通过晾晒或风干最终制备成为熏香。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗病毒病菌熏香的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4)所述的助燃剂由氯酸钾、二氧化锰、纳米铝粉按重量比100:3~6:0.1~0.3混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗病毒病菌熏香的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中按重量份分别称取忍冬藤3份、千年健1.5份、马齿苋6份、威灵仙4份、小柴胡6份、鱼腥草9份、连翘4份、夏枯草8份、薄荷13份、广藿香5份和枳实2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗病毒病菌熏香的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中所述的过筛为过150目筛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗病毒病菌熏香的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)所述的钙基膨润土的粒径为400目。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的制备方法制得的抗病毒病菌熏香。
