随着我国经济快速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,人们对肉类食品的需求量也越来越大。常见的肉类食品包括猪、牛、羊、免、鸡、鸭以及鹅肉等。肉类食品含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪和B族维生素、矿物质,是人类的重要食品。其中,羊肉是主要的肉类食品之一,非常受到人们的欢迎。羊肉营养丰富,对肺结核、气管炎、哮喘、贫血、产后气血两虚、腹部冷痛、体虚畏寒、营养不良、腰膝酸软,阳痿早泄以及一切虚寒病症均有很大裨益;具有补肾壮阳、补虚温中等作用。羊肉既能御风寒,又可补身体,对一般风寒咳嗽、慢性气管炎、虚寒哮喘、肾亏阳痿、腹部冷痛、体虚怕冷、腰膝酸软、面黄肌瘦、气血两亏、病后或产后身体虚亏等一切虚状均有治疗和补益效果,最适宜于冬季食用,故被称为冬令补品。我国山羊养殖历史悠久,早在夏商时代就有养羊文字记载。山羊生产具有繁殖率高、适应性强、易管理等特点,至今在中国广大农牧区广泛饲养。改革开放以来,中国山羊业发展迅速,成就显著。中国山羊分布的地区广,遍及全国,全国有一半以上的省(区)山羊头数超过绵羊。随着养羊业的发展,传统的山羊养殖模式已经跟不上人们对羊肉日益增加的需求,山羊养殖也逐渐转变为大规模化方法。目前,山羊养殖没有科学统筹养殖资源,养殖过程消耗过多资源,使得山羊养殖成本过高,造成山羊养殖效率低下,影响了山羊养殖户的积极性。并且,没有合理提供山羊成长所需食料,使得养殖的山羊肉质不好,口感不佳,营养物质缺乏,不能满足人们对山羊肉的需求。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种科学合理统筹山羊养殖资源,降低山羊养殖成本,提高山羊养殖经济效益的高效山羊养殖方法。
一种高效山羊养殖方法,包括以下步骤:(1)养殖场地选择:选择在地势高燥、通风向阳和避风良好、排水方便、无空气污染的地方;(2)羊舍建造:羊舍下部为砖结构,上部为木质结构,顶棚搭成塑料暖棚,选择坐北朝南,羊舍呈长方形布局,在棚顶留有排气孔;(3)运动场设置:圈舍前面设置运动场,运动场的面积是羊舍面积的2~3倍,运动场中间要放置固定式水槽,地面为沙质土壤;(4)粗料喂食:7:00~7:30时喂食粗料,所述粗料原料按重量份为红薯藤30~35份、白菜26~28份、***20~22份、酒糟10~12份和食盐3~5份,将上述红薯藤和白菜清洗切细然后与上述***、酒精和食盐混合加水进行煮熟即可;(5)草料喂食:9:00~13:00时喂食草料,所述草料原料按重量份为花生秧25~30份、玉米秆20~22份和苜蓿草15~20份,所述草料经过青贮加工;(6)日常活动:14:00~17:00时放至运动场活动;(7)精料喂食:18:00~19:00时喂***料,所述精料原料按重量份为玉米55~60份、豆粕18~22份、鱼粉8~10份、尿素3~6份、多种维生素2~5份、微量元素2~5份和食盐2~3份,所述多种维生素包括维生素A、维生素B和维生素C,所述微量元素包括铁、锌、镁、硒和铜。

1.一种高效山羊养殖方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)养殖场地选择:选择在地势高燥、通风向阳和避风良好、排水方便、无空气污染的地方;
(2)羊舍建造:羊舍下部为砖结构,上部为木质结构,顶棚搭成塑料暖棚,选择坐北朝南,羊舍呈长方形布局,在棚顶留有排气孔;
(3)运动场设置:圈舍前面设置运动场,运动场的面积是羊舍面积的2~3倍,运动场中间要放置固定式水槽,地面为沙质土壤; (4)粗料喂食:7:00~7:30时喂食粗料,所述粗料原料按重量份为红薯藤30~35份、白菜26~28份、***20~22份、酒糟10~12份和食盐3~5份,将上述红薯藤和白菜清洗切细然后与上述***、酒精和食盐混合加水进行煮熟即可;
