Description

Video communication processing method, device and computer storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to a video communication processing method, a video communication processing device and a computer storage medium.
Background
Today, the internet has been widely used in real life. We can chat, play games, look up things, etc. over the internet. Video communication tools, which are one of the products of modern computer electronics, play an important role in the information exchange process of the internet. The video communication tool mainly provides voice and video transmission of an internet-based client. The novel communication platform can improve communication among people, can provide intercommunication across markets, provinces and even countries for people, and greatly provides convenience for communication of people, thereby meeting the requirements of people. And will certainly be an indispensable part in future development.
The video communication tool is a communication mode that the image of the other party can be seen through the camera, and meanwhile, voice chat can be directly carried out through the microphone. The experience different from the original instant chat software is that the instant chat software can shorten the distance between people, so that people feel more familiar and the chat becomes more interesting. Viewed from another aspect, the problem of annoyance to slow typing is also solved for those who are slow typing when faced with the general public.
However, there are situations in which the video communication connection is still maintained when the video communication is ended, which not only occupies resources, but also causes a party of the video communication to misunderstand that the video communication is still waiting.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a video communication processing method according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made to the accompanying drawings for further description.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a video communication processing method provided by the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the present invention provides a video communication processing method, including: s101: acquiring a video communication image; s102: judging whether the video communication is in an abnormal state or not based on the video communication image; and S103: when the video communication is in an abnormal state, it is determined whether to continue to maintain the video communication connection based on the kind of the abnormal state. In some embodiments, the abnormal state includes: the picture of the video communication image is blackened or no portrait appears for a predetermined time in the picture of the video communication image. In some embodiments, the abnormal state includes: the picture of the video communication image does not change for a predetermined time.
There are situations where the video communication connection is still maintained when the video communication is ended, which not only occupies resources, but also causes a party of the video communication to misunderstand and still wait for the video communication. In the invention, whether the video communication is in an abnormal state or not is judged at least by analyzing the acquired video communication image. When the video communication is judged to be in the abnormal state, whether the video communication connection is continuously maintained is further determined based on the type of the abnormal state. For example, when the picture of the video communication image is blackened or no human image appears within a predetermined time in the picture of the video communication image, for example, the picture of the video communication image is not changed within a predetermined time, it may be considered that the user leaves or turns off the display, that is, indicates the end of communication, and thus the video communication connection may be interrupted. For example, the picture of the video communication image does not change for a predetermined time, which may be a jam or a halt due to a signal failure, and thus the video communication connection may be continuously maintained.
In some embodiments, determining whether to continue maintaining the video communication connection further comprises: when the video communication is in an abnormal state, acquiring video communication sound; extracting semantics from a video communication sound; and determining whether to continue to maintain the video communication connection based on the extracted semantics. In some embodiments, the semantics include: express or imply temporary departure. In some embodiments, the video communication connection continues to be maintained based on an explicit or implicit temporary departure. According to the invention, semantic information in the video communication sound can be extracted, and whether to continue to maintain the video communication connection is assisted and determined based on the semantic information. For example, the semantic extracted when the video communication sound includes "go to the toilet" is that the user leaves temporarily, and the video communication connection is continuously maintained.
In some embodiments, continuing to maintain the video communication connection based on the explicit or implicit temporary departure comprises: based on the explicit or implicit temporary departure, maintaining a video communication display in a first area on the display screen, and enabling a display other than the video communication display in a second area on the display screen, wherein the first area has a smaller area than the second area, so that the first area is prevented from affecting the display other than the display for video communication; when it is determined that video communication is not in an abnormal state based on the video communication image, the first region generates a prompt signal, and increases the area of the first region or keeps the area of the first region unchanged in response to an operation by a user.
The present invention notices the problem that: if it is determined that the other party user of the communication temporarily leaves based on the semantic information extracted from the video communication sound, the video communication connection is continuously maintained, so that the own user cannot perform other operations using the communication terminal, which is inconvenient. Here, the present invention keeps the video communication display only in a partial area (first area) of the display screen, and other operations such as reading a web page and the like can be performed in another partial area (second area). Further, the area of the portion of the region when the video communication display is maintained is reduced so as not to affect the other operations on the second region. Further, when it is determined that the video communication is not in an abnormal state based on the video communication image, for example, when the other party user of the communication appears, the first area may be caused to generate a prompt signal, for example, the boundary of the first area may be caused to blink. The area of the first region may be determined to be increased or kept unchanged according to the current operation of the user, for example, when the user is playing a game in the second region, the area of the first region does not need to be increased.
In some embodiments, when the video communication connection is interrupted, a reminder is issued to the parties to the video communication, the reminder including which party is out of question.
In some embodiments, the video communication processing method is performed by a server.
In some embodiments, when the area of the first region is kept constant in response to the user's operation, video communication information displayed in the first region is stored; monitoring the short message and the incoming call at a preset time interval from the moment, and shielding the prompt of the short message and the incoming call; when the user exits from the display of the first area and the second area and the display screen is in single display, prompting the stored video communication information and the shielded short messages and incoming calls to the user for viewing; and when the user exits from the display of the first area and the second area and the display screen is not displayed, the user is prompted to view the shielded short messages and incoming calls, and a reminder is newly built in a calendar to prompt the user to view the stored video communication information at a preset time.
The inventors first noticed that there is a problem that: it is undesirable for the user to be disturbed while performing certain operations, such as an electronic game. When the video communication is not in the abnormal state, the user does not increase the area of the first region but keeps the area of the first region unchanged, which indicates that the user does not want the operation in the second region to be disturbed. Therefore, the invention stores the video communication information displayed in the first area, monitors the short message and the incoming call at the preset time interval from the moment, and shields the prompt of the short message and the incoming call, thereby bringing better user experience. And when the user exits from the display of the first area and the second area and the display screen is in a single display state, namely the user finishes the operation concerned by the user and has time to operate the communication terminal, prompting the user to view the stored video communication information and the shielded short message and incoming call. When the user exits from the display of the first area and the second area and the display screen is not displayed, namely the user may be busy in processing other things and has no time to consider the communication terminal, the invention firstly prompts the user to check the shielded short messages and incoming calls which need higher priority, and for the stored video communication information, a reminder is newly built in the calendar to prompt the user to check the stored video communication information in the preset time, so that more interference to the user can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, there is provided a video communication processing apparatus comprising a storage unit and a processing unit, a computer program being stored on the storage unit, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processing unit, is for implementing a video communication processing method according to any of the preceding embodiments.
In some embodiments, a computer storage medium is provided having computer executable instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer executable instructions, when executed by a processor, are for implementing a video communication processing method according to any of the preceding embodiments.
Of course, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and implementation method. Various changes and embodiments can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the structure, characteristics and principle of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
