本发明公开了一种遮光胶带,包括遮光基底层,其遮光基底层为黑色PET薄膜;还包括在遮光基底层上依次形成的黑色油墨层、防静电层、丙烯酸压敏胶层及离型层;其中,黑色油墨其原料包括丙烯酸树脂、无铅炭黑、附着力促进剂、流平剂、消泡剂及分散剂;防静电层其原料包括聚乙烯醇溶剂、聚氧乙烯烷基醚及表面活性剂。制备得到的遮光胶带,离型、防静电及遮光效果较佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及遮光胶带技术领域。
背景技术
随着电子信息技术的发展,手机、电脑、数码相机等电子产品日益普及,在电子产品的生产中通常需要用到遮光胶带。但是现有技术中的胶带主要作用是防止芯片受到污染、腐蚀及防潮。
随着人们对电子产品质量的日益严苛,要保障电子产品的质量,必须对其生产过程中的所有环节严格控制,例如在电子产品中,如果遮光胶带存在诸如变形、起皱、上翘、载胶之类的情形,那么毫无疑问会影响电子产品的质量,严重时导致报废。然而,市面上的遮光胶带离型、防静电、遮光等效果差,导致电子产品遮光胶带的利用率低。
因此,针对上述问题,有必要提出一种具有良好的离型、防静电、遮光等效果的遮光胶带。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种遮光胶带,包括:
遮光基底层,所述遮光基底层为黑色PET薄膜;以及
在所述遮光基底层上依次形成的黑色油墨层、防静电层、丙烯酸压敏胶层及离型层;
所述黑色油墨其原料包括丙烯酸树脂、无铅炭黑、附着力促进剂、流平剂、消泡剂及分散剂;
所述防静电层其原料包括聚乙烯醇溶剂、聚氧乙烯烷基醚及表面活性剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述遮光基底层的厚度为20~50μm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述遮光胶带的遮光率≥98%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述丙烯酸压敏胶与防静电层的粘性大于所述丙烯酸压敏胶与离型层的粘性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的遮光胶带,包括遮光基底层,其遮光基底层为黑色PET薄膜;还包括在遮光基底层上依次形成的黑色油墨层、防静电层、丙烯酸压敏胶层及离型层;其中,黑色油墨其原料包括丙烯酸树脂、无铅炭黑、附着力促进剂、流平剂、消泡剂及分散剂;防静电层其原料包括聚乙烯醇溶剂、聚氧乙烯烷基醚及表面活性剂。制备得到的遮光胶带,离型、防静电及遮光效果较佳。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参图1所示,本发明中的遮光胶带,包括:
遮光基底层1,遮光基底层为黑色PET薄膜;
还包括在遮光基底层上依次形成的黑色油墨层2、防静电层3、丙烯酸压敏胶层4及离型层5;
其中,黑色油墨的原料包括丙烯酸树脂、无铅炭黑、附着力促进剂、流平剂、消泡剂及分散剂;
黑色油墨设置于黑色PET薄膜上,由于黑色油墨具有良好的遮光性,因此可以提高整个遮光胶带的遮光性。
防静电层的原料包括聚乙烯醇溶剂、聚氧乙烯烷基醚及表面活性剂,制备得到的防静电层具有较好的防静电性,避免遮光胶带具有静电,影响产品使用效果。
遮光基底层的厚度优选为20~50μm,黑色油墨层的厚度优选为10~40μm,防静电层的厚度优选为5~30μm,丙烯酸压敏胶层的厚度优选为5~30μm,离型层的厚度优选为3~20μm,遮光胶带中各层的厚度适宜,可以提供良好的胶粘性及遮光性,遮光胶带的遮光率可以大于等于98%。
丙烯酸压敏胶与防静电层的粘性大于丙烯酸压敏胶与离型层的粘性,方便于遮光胶带的粘贴。
由以上技术方案可以看出,本发明中的遮光胶带,包括遮光基底层1,其遮光基底层为黑色PET薄膜;还包括在遮光基底层上依次形成的黑色油墨层2、防静电层3、丙烯酸压敏胶层4及离型层5;其中,黑色油墨其原料包括丙烯酸树脂、无铅炭黑、附着力促进剂、流平剂、消泡剂及分散剂;防静电层其原料包括聚乙烯醇溶剂、聚氧乙烯烷基醚及表面活性剂。制备得到的遮光胶带,离型、防静电及遮光效果较佳。

1.一种遮光胶带,其特征在于,包括:
遮光基底层,所述遮光基底层为黑色PET薄膜;以及
在所述遮光基底层上依次形成的黑色油墨层、防静电层、丙烯酸压敏胶层及离型层;
所述黑色油墨其原料包括丙烯酸树脂、无铅炭黑、附着力促进剂、流平剂、消泡剂及分散剂;
所述防静电层其原料包括聚乙烯醇溶剂、聚氧乙烯烷基醚及表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的遮光胶带,其特征在于,所述遮光基底层的厚度为20~50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的遮光胶带,其特征在于,所述遮光胶带的遮光率≥98%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的遮光胶带,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸压敏胶与防静电层的粘性大于所述丙烯酸压敏胶与离型层的粘性。
