技术领域
本发明涉及制造洗衣机桶的模具,也就是说,为洗衣机桶模具提供一种高效的勉顶出新结构。
背景技术
制造洗衣机桶的模具的高度比较高,如果按常规设计,则模具的厚度很厚,顶出距离长,顶杆易断裂,从而造成浪费。因此,需要设计勉顶出的模具新结构。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种技术方案,即一种洗衣机桶模具勉顶出的结构,包括成型部分、滑块抽芯部分、凸模脱模部分、凹模顶出部分,所述成型部分包括凹模镶件6、凸模镶件8、凸模9;所述滑块抽芯部分包括滑块11、滑块平衡导向杆10、斜导柱7、斜导柱限位块13、抽芯油缸12;所述凸模脱模部分包括定位键14、凸模固定板15;所述凹模顶出部分包括凹模推板1、凹模顶杆固定板2、凹模模脚3、凹模顶杆4、凹模固定板5、复位杆16、顶出油缸18、顶出限位19;其特征是凹模镶件6用螺钉与凹模固定板5连接,凸模9用螺钉与凸模固定板15连接,凸模镶件8用螺钉与凸模9连接;斜导柱7固定在凹模固定板5里,斜导柱限位块13用螺钉与斜导柱7固定;抽芯油缸12用螺钉与滑块11固定,其活塞杆与凹模固定板5连接,滑块平衡导向杆10用螺钉固定在由抽芯油缸12驱动的滑块11上;定位键14用螺钉与凸模固定板15固定,合模时与滑块11锁紧;凹模推板1用螺钉与凹模顶杆固定板2连接,凹模顶杆4、复位杆16固定在凹模顶杆固定板2上,顶出油缸18的活塞杆固定在凹模顶杆固定板2上。
这种勉顶出的模具结构,厚度低,结构简单,空间紧凑。

作为一种实施例,其技术方案是:一种洗衣机桶模具勉顶出的结构,包括成型部分、滑块抽芯部分、凸模脱模部分、凹模顶出部分,所述成型部分包括凹模镶件6、凸模镶件8、凸模9;所述滑块抽芯部分包括滑块11、滑块平衡导向杆10、斜导柱7、斜导柱限位块13、抽芯油缸12;所述凸模脱模部分包括定位键14、凸模固定板15;所述凹模顶出部分包括凹模推板1、凹模顶杆固定板2、凹模模脚3、凹模顶杆4、凹模固定板5、复位杆16、顶出油缸18、顶出限位19。
凹模镶件6用螺钉与凹模固定板5连接,凸模9用螺钉与凸模固定板15连接,凸模镶件8用螺钉与凸模9连接;斜导柱7固定在凹模固定板5里,斜导柱限位块13用螺钉与斜导柱7固定;抽芯油缸12用螺钉与滑块11固定,其活塞杆与凹模固定板5连接,滑块平衡导向杆10用螺钉固定在由抽芯油缸12驱动的滑块11上;定位键14用螺钉与凸模固定板15固定,合模时与滑块11锁紧;凹模推板1用螺钉与凹模顶杆固定板2连接,凹模顶杆4、复位杆16固定在凹模顶杆固定板2上,顶出油缸18的活塞杆固定在凹模顶杆固定板2上。
其工作原理是:模具合模时,滑块11斜面与凹模固定板5及凸模固定板15的斜面锁紧;注塑完成,凸、凹模分开,在定位键14的作用下,滑块11保持不动,产品在滑块抱紧的作用下,与凸模分开;凸、凹模继续分开,分开距离超过定位键14高度,滑块11在与抽芯油缸12的作用下开始抽芯,并且通过滑块平衡导向杆10传递油缸的动力,且使四个滑块平衡同步运动;在滑块抽芯的同时,凹模顶出部分在顶出油缸18的作用下,凹模顶出***顶出;凹模顶杆固定板2碰到顶出限位19,凹模顶出结束,滑块11继续抽芯;滑块碰到斜导柱限位块13,滑块11抽芯结束,凸、凹模继续开模,开模结束,取件,油缸动作,凹模顶出复位,滑块复位,合模;进入下一个注塑循环周期。整个动作简单可靠、厚度低、空间紧凑,装配也容易。

1.一种洗衣机桶模具勉顶出的结构,包括成型部分、滑块抽芯部分、凸模脱模部分、凹模顶出部分,所述成型部分包括凹模镶件(6)、凸模镶件(8)、凸模(9);所述滑块抽芯部分包括滑块(11)、滑块平衡导向杆(10)、斜导柱(7)、斜导柱限位块(13)、抽芯油缸(12);所述凸模脱模部分包括定位键(14)、凸模固定板(15);所述凹模顶出部分包括凹模推板(1)、凹模顶杆固定板(2)、凹模模脚(3)、凹模顶杆(4)、凹模固定板(5)、复位杆(16)、顶出油缸(18)、顶出限位(19);其特征是凹模镶件(6)用螺钉与凹模固定板(5)连接,凸模(9)用螺钉与凸模固定板(15)连接,凸模镶件(8)用螺钉与凸模(9)连接;斜导柱(7)固定在凹模固定板(5)里,斜导柱限位块(13)用螺钉与斜导柱(7)固定;抽芯油缸(12)用螺钉与滑块(11)固定,抽芯油缸(12)的活塞杆与凹模固定板(5)连接,滑块平衡导向杆(10)用螺钉固定在由抽芯油缸(12)驱动的滑块(11)上;定位键(14)用螺钉与凸模固定板(15)固定,合模时与滑块(11)锁紧;凹模推板(1)用螺钉与凹模顶杆固定板(2)连接,凹模顶杆(4)、复位杆(16)固定在凹模顶杆固定板(2)上,顶出油缸(18)的活塞杆固定在凹模顶杆固定板(2)上,顶出限位(19)设置于固定板(5)靠近顶杆固定板(2)的一侧。
