Along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the living quality is improved, and the requirements on health care and disease prevention and treatment are also higher and higher. At present, some public places or families start to use intelligent towel machines, but the existing intelligent towel machines all adopt a mode of cutting a cloth roll by a blade to cut into towels, and the common defects of the mode are as follows: 1. the towel machine internal cutting device has complex structure and higher cost; 2. the design is unreasonable, the cutting effect is poor, so that the corners of the towel are not cut completely or the periphery of the towel is uneven after cutting; 3. after the cutting times of the towel machine are increased, the sharpness of the blade is reduced, so that the towel cutting efficiency is lower, and the service life of the towel machine is shortened after the blade cannot be used.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention provides the towel machine and the control method thereof, wherein a plurality of tearing lines are arranged on the towel roll along the axial direction of the towel roll, a cutting device is not required to be arranged, the structure is simple, the cost is reduced by a manual tearing mode, the towel discharging efficiency is improved, and the service life of the towel machine is prolonged; the first photoelectric detection device is arranged to detect whether enough towel rolls exist on the towel rack or not to output towels; the second photoelectric detection device is arranged to ensure the outermost position of the towel roll, the towel is torn off along the tearing line at the outermost side, and after the towel is torn off, the rest towel rolls are all arranged in the towel channel of the machine shell, so that the towel can be prevented from being pulled off manually and forcibly.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme.
The invention relates to a towel machine, which comprises a machine shell fixedly arranged on a wall, wherein a code scanning device, a towel bracket, a towel roll, a driving device, a cloth guiding device, a first photoelectric detection device, a coding disc and a second photoelectric detection device are arranged in the machine shell; the driving device drives the cloth guide device to rotate, so that the outermost side of the towel roll is guided and extends out of the towel outlet under the traction action of the cloth guide device, the towel extending out of the towel outlet is pulled to be torn off along the outermost tearing line, the rest towel rolls are all arranged in the machine shell after the towel is torn off, when the outermost side of the towel roll is covered on the second photoelectric detection device, the towel is sold, when the outermost side of the towel roll is not covered on the second photoelectric detection device, the driving device drives the cloth guide device to rotate again until the outermost side of the towel roll is covered on the second photoelectric detection device.
Further, the inside of the shell is also provided with a mounting shell, the mounting shell is arranged below the towel roll, the top of the mounting shell is provided with a guide groove, the first photoelectric detection device is arranged on the inner side of the guide groove, and the driving device, the cloth guiding device and the coding disc are all arranged in the mounting shell.
Further, two ends in the installation shell are provided with clamping plates, the clamping plates are provided with sliding sleeves, the cloth guide device comprises a hinge shaft and a pressing shaft which are matched with each other, two ends of the pressing shaft are respectively arranged in the sliding sleeves, and the coding disc is arranged at one end of the hinge shaft.

In the code scanning process, a first photoelectric detection device detects whether a towel roll is arranged on a towel support or not and passes through a guide groove of a mounting shell, if the towel roll is not provided with enough towels, the code scanning device fails to pay, if the code scanning device is provided with enough towels, the code scanning device starts to work, the driving device drives the cloth guide device to rotate by a set angle according to a coding disc, the towel roll is driven to be conveyed out of a towel outlet through the traction effect of the cloth guide device, a person waits for tearing off the towel extending out of the towel outlet along a tearing line, the towel is torn off along the tearing line at the outermost side, the rest towel rolls are all arranged in a towel channel of a machine shell after the towel is torn off, when the outermost side of the towel roll is covered on a second photoelectric detection device, the towel is sold, when the outermost side of the towel roll is not covered on the second photoelectric detection device, the driving device drives the cloth guide device to rotate again until the outermost side of the towel roll is covered on the second photoelectric detection device, and the driving device stops running and the towel is sold.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the towel rolling machine is provided with the plurality of tearing lines along the axial direction of the towel roll, a cutting device is not required to be arranged, the structure is simple, the cost is reduced, the towel discharging efficiency is improved, and the service life of the towel rolling machine is prolonged by a manual tearing mode; the first photoelectric detection device is arranged to detect whether enough towel rolls exist on the towel rack or not to output towels; the second photoelectric detection device is arranged to ensure the outermost position of the towel roll, the towel is torn off along the tearing line at the outermost side, and after the towel is torn off, the rest towel rolls are all arranged in the towel channel of the machine shell, so that the towel can be prevented from being pulled off manually and forcibly. The towel dispenser is reasonable in structural arrangement, reduces cost, improves towel discharging efficiency, can prevent the towel from being pulled manually and forcefully, and prolongs the service life of the towel dispenser.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the towel machine according to the present invention includes a casing 1 fixedly mounted on a wall, a code scanning device 2, a towel rack 3, a towel roll 10, a driving device 5, a cloth guiding device 4, a first photoelectric detection device 6, a code disc 8 and a second photoelectric detection device 20 are mounted in the casing 1, the code scanning device 2 extends out of the casing 1, the towel rack 3 is fixed on the casing 1 and clamped at two ends of the towel roll 10, a plurality of tearing lines are provided on the towel roll 10 along the axis direction of the towel roll 10, and a cutting device is not required. The cloth guide device 4 is arranged below the towel roll 10, the first photoelectric detection device 6 is arranged between the towel roll 10 and the cloth guide device 4, the coding disc 8 is arranged at one end of the cloth guide device 4, the code scanning device 2 is connected with the driving device 5, the driving device 5 is connected with the cloth guide device 4, a towel outlet 12 is arranged at the bottom of the machine shell 1, the second photoelectric detection device 20 is arranged at the inner side of the towel outlet 12, and the coding disc 8 is used for setting the rotation angle of the cloth guide device 4 required by the towel machine for outputting one towel; the driving device 5 drives the cloth guide device 4 to rotate, so that the outermost side of the towel roll 10 is guided and extends out of the towel outlet 12 under the traction action of the cloth guide device 4, a towel extending out of the towel outlet 12 is pulled, the towel is torn off along the outermost tearing line, after the towel is torn off, the rest towel rolls 10 are all arranged in the machine shell 1, when the outermost side of the towel roll 10 is covered on the second photoelectric detection device 20, the towel selling is completed, and when the outermost side of the towel roll 10 is not covered on the second photoelectric detection device 20, the driving device 5 drives the cloth guide device 4 to rotate again until the outermost side of the towel roll 10 is covered on the second photoelectric detection device 20.
The inside of the shell 1 is also provided with a mounting shell 13, the mounting shell 13 is arranged below the towel roll 10, the top of the mounting shell 13 is provided with a guide groove 14, the guide groove 14 can prevent the towel roll 10 from shifting in the transportation process, the first photoelectric detection device 6 is arranged on the inner side of the guide groove 14, whether the towel roll 10 is enough or not is conveniently determined, and the driving device 5, the cloth guide device 4 and the coding disc 8 are arranged in the mounting shell 13; the two ends in the mounting shell 13 are provided with clamping plates 15, the clamping plates 15 are provided with sliding sleeves 16, the cloth guide device 4 comprises hinge shafts 17 and pressing shafts 18 which are matched with each other, the two ends of each pressing shaft 18 are respectively arranged in the sliding sleeves 16, the coding disc 8 is arranged at one end of each hinge shaft 17, and the cloth guide capacity of the hinge shafts 17 and the pressing shafts 18 is high; a baffle plate assembly 19 is arranged between the cloth guide device 4 and the towel outlet 12, the top of the baffle plate assembly 19 is aligned with a gap formed between the hinge shaft 17 and the pressing shaft 18, the bottom of the baffle plate assembly 19 is aligned with the towel outlet 12, a towel channel for the towel roll 10 to pass through is formed in the baffle plate assembly 19, a through groove is formed in one side, close to the towel outlet 12, of the baffle plate assembly 19, and a second photoelectric detection device 20 is arranged on one side, far from the towel channel, of the through groove; the machine shell 1 comprises a front cover and a rear cover, wherein a towel outlet 12 is formed by matching the bottom of the front cover with the bottom of the rear cover, the bottom of the front cover is connected with the bottom of the rear cover through a pin shaft, and the inner side of the top of the front cover is buckled with the inner side of the top of the rear cover; the driving device 5 comprises a motor 7 and a gear set 9, and the motor drives the cloth guide device 4 to work through the gear set.
The control method of the towel machine comprises the following steps: in the code scanning process, the first photoelectric detection device 6 detects whether a sufficient towel roll 10 is arranged on the towel bracket 3 and the towel passes through the guide groove 14 of the installation shell 13, if the sufficient towel is not arranged, the code scanning device 2 fails to pay in networking, if the sufficient towel is arranged, the driving device 5 starts working, the cloth guiding device 4 is driven to rotate by a set angle according to the coding disc 8, the towel roll 10 is driven to be conveyed out of the towel outlet 12 through the traction effect of the cloth guiding device 4, the towel which manually stretches out of the towel outlet 12 along the tearing line is delayed to be torn off along the tearing line, the rest towel roll 10 is arranged in the towel channel of the machine shell 1 after the towel roll 10 is torn off, the conveying length of the towel roll 10 cannot be accurate because the diameter of the towel roll 10 is continuously reduced in the conveying process, and the cloth guiding capability of the cloth guiding device 4 generated in the towel conveying process is not accurate,
when the outermost cover of the towel roll 10 is arranged on the second photoelectric detection device 20, the towel is sold, and when the outermost cover of the towel roll 10 is not arranged on the second photoelectric detection device 20, the driving device 5 drives the cloth guide device 4 to rotate again until the outermost cover of the towel roll 10 is arranged on the second photoelectric detection device 20, the driving device 5 stops operating and the towel is sold.
