背景技术
无尘室亦称为无尘室或清净室,它是污染控制的基础,控制空气悬浮微粒浓度,从而达到适当的微粒洁净度级别,无尘室是指将一定空间范围内之空气中的微粒子、有害空气、细菌等之污染物排除,并将室内之温度、洁净度、室内压力、气流速度与气流分布、噪音振动及照明、静电控制在某一需求范围内,而所给予特别设计之房间,现有的供气设备虽然能够满足无尘环境的需要,但是在恒温的无尘室温差波动较大,为了保证恒温的环境,必须使用较大功率的空调,用电量也随之增加,大大增加了生产成本,因此,需要进一步改进。

本发明要解决的技术问题克服现有的缺陷,提供一种无尘室供气装置,结构简单,设计合理,能够对无尘室进行高效的空气循环,同时也能够保证无尘室的空气质量,通过设置微尘颗粒传感器,可以对无尘室内的空气进行监测,保证空气的质量,通过设置消音板,能够对机器以及风流动发出的声音进行消除,避免噪声过大影响人员工作,通过设置离子风机,可以对进入无尘室的空气进行消除静电,防止静电污染,对电子生产线造成影响,通过设置颗粒拦截网与活性炭吸附层一,能够对从无尘室流入的空气进行净化循环利用,避免无尘室内温度波动过大,空调长时间处于超负载状态,影响使用寿命,增加能耗,通过设置过滤箱,能够对进入无尘室的空气进行净化与干燥,防止空气中的尘埃颗粒等进入无尘室,影响无尘室环境,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

本发明工作原理:风机26将空气吹入过滤箱20,经过多孔陶瓷板22将空气进行分隔成若干小气泡,充分与过滤水21接触,提高净化效率,通过活性炭吸附层二23与防水透气膜24,能够对空气内的气味等进行吸附以及对水分进行拦截,进入净化室15后,空调18对空气进行加温或者降温,以保持无尘室1内的温度恒定,通过紫外线消毒器19对空气进行杀菌,再通过离子风机12,对空气进行除静电处理,通过消音板10进入无尘室1,无尘室1内的空气通过出风通道9一部分通过出风管14排出,另一部分通过循环管13进入净化室15,通过颗粒拦截网16与活性炭吸附层一17对无尘室1循环的空气进行净化,再次进入无尘室1,该装置不仅能够满足进入足够的新鲜空气,也能够保证无尘室1的恒温环境,同时降低空调18的能耗,降低成本。
