Abstract
The invention relates to a split single-cone bit which mainly comprises a tooth claw, a cone lower body, a cone upper body, teeth, gauge teeth, steel balls, a plug pin, a nozzle tip, an oil plug and a rectangular sealing ring. The tooth claw is connected with the cone lower body and the cone upper body through the bit leg shaft necks with the lower ends offset, and the cone lower body and the cone upper body revolve along with the bit body in the drilling process and rotate around the bit leg shaft necks respectively so as to realize the task of scraping and breaking rocks. The split single-cone bit adopts a split structure, tooth scraping efficiency of the small end gear ring and the middle gear ring is improved, rock breaking efficiency of the bit is improved, and the cone lower body and the cone upper body are of cone structures, so that the split single-cone bit is suitable for breaking harder stratum, and effective service life of the split single-cone bit is prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a split single cone bit used in the fields of petroleum drilling and geological exploration.
Background
So far, the drill bit with the widest stratum application range is still a roller bit, and particularly, the drill bit can only be used for drilling hard stratum and strong abrasive stratum. The single-cone bit and the tri-cone bit belong to cone type bit, but the difference of the two is not only the difference in the number of the cones, and the single-cone bit has unique advantages, is more suitable for rock formations with high strength and plasticity than the tri-cone bit, and is also suitable for hard interlayers and other complex formations which are difficult to cope with by PDC bits.
The single cone bit mainly comprises a bit body and a cone, wherein the bit body is connected with the cone through a bit leg shaft neck with the lower end offset, and the cone revolves along with the bit body and rotates around the bit leg shaft neck during operation so as to realize the task of scraping and breaking rocks. The ring gear near the bottom of the cone is commonly referred to as the cone large end ring gear, the large end ring gear for short, and the portion near the top of the cone is referred to as the cone small end ring gear for short. Currently, single cone drill bits that have been used in practice have only one cone body, i.e., the cone body has only one rotational speed when rotating around the leg shaft journal, resulting in a certain law of tooth scraping efficiency from the small end ring gear to the large end ring gear: the tooth scraping efficiency of the small end gear ring is the lowest, the tooth scraping efficiency of the large end gear ring is the highest, and the tooth scraping efficiency of the middle gear ring is between the small end gear ring and the large end gear ring, which has an influence on the rock breaking efficiency of the single cone bit.

The cone lower body and the cone upper body in the scheme are conical steel bodies, a tiny gap exists between the front end face of the cone lower body and the rear end face of the cone upper body, and the end faces are subjected to strengthening treatment, so that the cone lower body and the cone upper body are good in wear resistance; the teeth are hard alloy teeth; the leg shaft neck of the tooth claw is subjected to strengthening treatment, so that the tooth claw has high strength and good impact resistance toughness.
