Abstract
A semi-automatic toilet lid. The transversely arranged hollow shaft is connected to the seat ring surface of the urinal through the supporting seat, one end of the barrel cover is connected with the hollow shaft, and the driving wheel is connected to the barrel cover and is coaxially arranged with the hollow shaft. An elastic lock head matched with the lock groove of the barrel cover is arranged in the hollow shaft. The floating ball, the pulley and the sealing sleeve are arranged in the water tank, the pulley is connected to the tank body of the water tank through the bearing seat, one end of the pull rope bypasses the pulley to be connected with the floating ball, the other end of the pull rope penetrates through the sealing sleeve and the through hole in the water tank to be connected with the driving wheel on the barrel cover, one end of the sealing sleeve is in sealing connection with the pull rope through the connecting head, and the other end of the sealing sleeve is in sealing connection with the through hole in the water tank through the pipe joint. When the barrel cover is closed, the lock head in the hollow shaft can be matched with the locking groove on the barrel cover to lock the barrel cover, and meanwhile, the floating ball in the water tank can be suspended below the water surface. When the lock head and the locking groove are opened, the floating ball can pull the driving wheel through the pull rope under the action of buoyancy, and thus the barrel cover is opened.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a toilet cover, in particular to a semi-automatic toilet cover capable of opening the toilet cover through buoyancy.
Background
At present, the known toilet cover is of a manual opening type structure, and the conventional toilet cover is inconvenient and unhygienic in use because the toilet cover is inevitably contacted with a polluted area at the bottom of the toilet cover when the toilet cover is manually opened.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that the existing toilet cover needs to be opened manually, the invention provides the semi-automatic toilet cover which can be opened automatically through buoyancy, so that the pollution area at the bottom of the toilet cover is prevented from being contacted by hands.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention comprises a water tank, a driving wheel, a barrel cover, a urinal, a handle, a supporting seat, a pull rope, a lock column, a limit groove, a spring, a piston rod, a main shaft, a lock groove, a check ring, a floating ball, a pulley, a sealing sleeve, a bearing seat, a connecting head and a pipe joint.
The water tank is connected to the left upper end of the urinal in a traditional mode, and a through hole is formed in a right tank plate of the water tank. The main shaft is transversely connected to the seat ring surface at the left end of the urinal through the supporting seat and is arranged in parallel with the right box plate of the water tank, and the main shaft is of a circular pipe structure. The toilet cover is connected to the seat ring of the toilet, the toilet cover is connected with the main shaft through a shaft hole formed in the left end, a locking groove is formed in the hole wall of the shaft hole port of the toilet cover, and the locking groove is of a groove structure perpendicular to the hole wall of the shaft hole. The pipe wall of the main shaft is provided with a limit groove corresponding to the locking groove on the barrel cover, and the limit groove is an oblong through hole which is arranged along the axis of the main shaft and penetrates through the pipe wall of the main shaft. The driving wheel is connected to the left end of the barrel cover and is coaxially arranged with the shaft hole on the barrel cover. The piston rod is arranged in the central hole of the main shaft, the lower end head of the lock column penetrates through the limiting groove on the main shaft to be connected with the inner end head of the piston rod, the upper end head of the lock column stretches out of the limiting groove on the main shaft to be matched with the locking groove on the barrel cover, the spring is sleeved on the main shaft, one end of the spring is connected with the lock column, the other end of the spring is connected with the check ring arranged on the main shaft, and the outer end head of the piston rod is connected with the handle.
The top of the barrel cover is pressed to close the barrel cover, and when the locking groove on the barrel cover is aligned with the locking post on the piston rod, the spring can drive the locking post to enter the locking groove and lock the barrel cover. The water tank is filled with water, and the floating ball in the water tank can suspend below the water surface. When the handle drives the lock column to move along the limit groove on the main shaft through the piston rod and to withdraw from the lock groove, the floating ball can pull the driving wheel through the pull rope under the action of the floating force, and therefore the barrel cover is opened.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the device is automatically opened by buoyancy, thereby avoiding touching the polluted area at the bottom of the barrel cover by hands.
