In some examples, the upper ends of the first side plate 10 and the second side plate 20 are respectively bent toward each other to form the upturned edge 11 (21), i.e., the upper end of the first side plate 10 is bent toward the second side plate 20 side to form the upturned edge 11 of the first side plate 10, the upper end of the second side plate 20 is bent toward the first side plate 10 side to form the upturned edge 21 of the second side plate 20, the first side reinforcing plate 60 is riveted to the upturned edge 11 of the first side plate 10, and the second side reinforcing plate 70 is riveted to the upturned edge 21 of the second side plate 20.
Thereby, not only the connection of the upper reinforcing plate 30 with the first side plate 10 and the second side plate 20 can be facilitated, but also the structural strength and structural stability of the first side plate 10, the second side plate 20 and the upper reinforcing plate 30 after assembly can be improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in some examples, both ends of the upper reinforcing plate 30 are connected to the first and second side reinforcing plates 60 and 70, respectively, by screw-type connectors.
Specifically, the first lateral reinforcing plate 60 is provided with a threaded hole 62, the left end of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the threaded hole 62, and the left end of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is provided on the upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate 30 and is connected with the upper reinforcing plate 30 through a threaded connecting piece. Similarly, the second side reinforcing plate 70 is provided with a threaded hole 72, the right end of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the position of the threaded hole 72, and the right end of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is arranged on the upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate 30 and is connected with the upper reinforcing plate 30 through a threaded connecting piece, so that the connection is convenient and reliable.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the right side of the first side reinforcing plate 60 has a lobe 61 extending toward the second side reinforcing plate 70, and the left side of the second side reinforcing plate 70 has a lobe 71 extending toward the first side reinforcing plate 60. Further, the left end of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is provided with a slot 331 with an opening facing the first side reinforcing plate 60, the convex corner 61 of the first side reinforcing plate 60 is inserted into the slot 331 on the left end of the upper reinforcing plate 30, the right end of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is provided with a slot 331 with an opening facing the second side reinforcing plate 70, and the convex corner 71 of the second side reinforcing plate 70 is inserted into the slot 331 on the right end of the upper reinforcing plate 30, so that the connection reliability of the upper reinforcing plate 30 and the first side reinforcing plate 60 and the second side reinforcing plate 70 is further ensured.
In some specific examples, the left portion of the upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate 30 has a concave portion 33 recessed downward, and the side of the concave portion 33 facing the first side reinforcing plate 60 has an opening, thereby constituting a slot 331. Similarly, the upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is not provided with a concave portion 33 recessed downward, and a side of the concave portion 33 facing the second side reinforcing plate 70 is provided with an opening to form a slot 331, and the convex portion 61 of the first side reinforcing plate 60 and the convex portion 71 of the second side reinforcing plate 70 are respectively inserted into the slot 331 at corresponding positions. The upper reinforcing plate 30 has a simple structure, which is advantageous in improving the connection reliability of both ends of the upper reinforcing plate 30 with the first and second side reinforcing plates 60 and 70.
One embodiment of a cabinet assembly 100 of a laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
The box assembly 100 includes a first side panel 10, a second side panel 20, an upper reinforcement panel 30, a control panel 40, a top panel 50, a first side reinforcement panel 60, and a second side reinforcement panel 70.
The side flanges 12 of the first side plate 10 are provided with positioning holes 101, and the side flanges of the second side plate 20 are provided with three side plate clamping grooves 202. The first side reinforcing plate 60 is riveted to the upturned edge 11 of the first side plate 10, and the first side reinforcing plate 60 has a lobe 61 and a threaded hole 62, the second side reinforcing plate 70 is riveted to the upturned edge 21 of the second side plate 20, and the second side reinforcing plate 70 has a lobe 71 and a threaded hole 72.
The front side of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is provided with an upward bent connection flange 31, the connection flange 31 is provided with a plurality of first clamping holes 301 which are arranged at intervals, the upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is provided with an installation convex part 32 which extends along the length direction of the upper reinforcing plate, the installation convex part 32 is provided with a plurality of second clamping holes 302, a plurality of third clamping holes 303 and a plurality of limiting grooves 304, and two ends of the upper reinforcing plate 30 are provided with slots 331.
The upper part of the rear surface of the control panel 40 is provided with a plurality of first control plate claws 41 extending backwards and a plurality of clamping tongues 43 extending backwards, the lower surface of each clamping tongue 43 is provided with a buckling protrusion 431, the length of each clamping tongue 43 is larger than that of the first control plate claws 41, the left part of the rear surface of the control panel 40 is provided with a positioning column 44 extending backwards, and the right part of the rear surface of the control panel 40 is provided with a plurality of second control plate claws 42.
The lower surface of roof 50 is equipped with a plurality of roof jack catch 51 that delay length direction interval was arranged, and every roof jack catch 51 and the lower surface of roof 50 limit dodge clearance 511, and the lower surface of roof 50 still is equipped with a plurality of roof spacing bars 52.
In assembly, the connecting hole of the upper reinforcing plate 30 is aligned with the threaded hole 62 of the first side reinforcing plate 60 and the threaded hole 72 of the second side reinforcing plate 70, and the connecting hole is fixed together by the threaded connector, and at the same time, the convex angle 61 of the first side reinforcing plate 60 is clamped into the slot 331 of the left end of the upper reinforcing plate 30, and the convex angle 71 of the second side reinforcing plate 70 is clamped into the slot 331 of the right end of the upper reinforcing plate 30.
Then, the first side reinforcing plate 60 is riveted to the upper flange 11 of the first side plate 10, and the second side reinforcing plate 70 is riveted to the upper flange 21 of the second side plate 20, so that the upper reinforcing plate 30 is fixed to the first side plate 10 and the second side plate 20 of the case.
Then, the first control board claw 41 on the control panel 40 is clamped into the first clamping hole 301 of the upper connection reinforcing board 30, the second control board claw 42 on the control panel 40 is clamped into the side board clamping groove 202 on the second side board 20, the positioning column 44 on the control panel 40 is clamped into the positioning hole 101 of the first side board 10, and meanwhile the buckling protrusion 431 of the clamping tongue 43 on the control panel 40 is hooked into the second clamping hole 302 on the upper connection reinforcing board 30. In this way, the control panel 40 is fixed to the upper reinforcing plate 30, the first side plate 10 and the second side plate 20 of the cabinet.
Finally, the top plate claw 51 on the top plate 50 is clamped into the third clamping hole 303 on the upper connecting reinforcing plate 30, the top plate limiting rib 52 on the top plate 50 is embedded into the limiting groove 304 on the upper connecting reinforcing plate 30, the top plate 50 is pressed on the clamping tongue 43, and the clamping tongue 43 is further limited, so that the aim of completely fixing the control panel 40 is fulfilled.
The laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the cabinet assembly 100 of the laundry treating apparatus according to the above-described embodiment. The laundry machine may be a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, or the like, or may be a dryer, a washing-drying machine, or the like.
Since the cabinet assembly 100 of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above technical effects, the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention also has the above technical effects, that is, the laundry treating apparatus has a simple structure, a small number of parts, low production cost, and high assembly efficiency.
Other constructions and operations of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (16)

1. A cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a first side plate (10) and a second side plate (20) which are arranged oppositely;
the upper connection reinforcing plate (30), the upper connection reinforcing plate (30) is arranged between the first side plate (10) and the second side plate (20), and two ends of the upper connection reinforcing plate (30) are respectively connected with the upper ends of the first side plate (10) and the second side plate (20);
a control panel (40), wherein the control panel (40) is arranged at the front sides of the first side plate (10), the second side plate (20) and the upper connection reinforcing plate (30),
the rear surface of the control panel (40) is provided with a control board clamping portion, the upper joint reinforcing plate (30) is provided with an upper joint plate clamping portion, the control board clamping portion is connected with the upper joint plate clamping portion in a clamping mode, the control board clamping portion comprises a plurality of first control board clamping claws (41) which are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the control panel (40) and extend backwards, the upper joint plate clamping portion comprises a plurality of first clamping holes (301), the first control board clamping claws (41) are clamped in the first clamping holes (301) in a one-to-one mode, the upper end of the first side plate (10) is provided with a first side joint reinforcing plate (60) which extends towards the second side plate (20), the upper end of the second side plate (20) is provided with a second side joint reinforcing plate (70) which extends towards the first side plate (10), and two ends of the upper joint reinforcing plate (30) are respectively connected with the first side plate (10) and the second side plate (20).
2. The cabinet assembly (100) of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a side of the upper reinforcing plate (30) facing the control panel (40) has a connection flange (31) bent upward and extending along a length direction of the upper reinforcing plate (30), and the plurality of first clamping holes (301) are all provided in the connection flange (31).
3. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that a rear surface of the control panel (40) has a positioning post (44) extending rearward, and one side of the first side plate (10) and the second side plate (20) facing the control panel (40) has a positioning hole (101) adapted to the positioning post (44).
4. A cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the rear surface of the control panel (40) has a plurality of second control plate claws (42) arranged at intervals in a width direction thereof and extending rearward, and one side of the other of the first side plate (10) and the second side plate (20) facing the control panel (40) has a plurality of side plate catching grooves (202) adapted to the second control plate claws (42).

The cabinet assembly (100) of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an upper portion of the rear surface of the control panel (40) has a plurality of latching tongues (43) spaced apart along a length direction thereof and extending rearward, and the upper reinforcing plate (30) has a plurality of second latching holes (302), and the plurality of latching tongues (43) and the plurality of second latching holes (302) are latched in one-to-one correspondence.
6. The cabinet assembly (100) of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein a lower surface of an end of each of the locking tongues (43) remote from the control panel (40) is provided with a locking protrusion (431), and the locking protrusion (431) is locked in the corresponding second locking hole (302).
7. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising: and a top plate (50), wherein the top plate (50) is mounted above the upper reinforcing plate (30) and is pressed on the plurality of clamping tongues (43), and each clamping tongue (43) is clamped between the top plate (50) and the upper reinforcing plate (30).
8. The cabinet assembly (100) of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the lower surface of the top plate (50) has at least two top plate claws (51) arranged at intervals, and the upper joint reinforcing plate (30) has at least two third clamping holes (303) clamped with the top plate claws (51).
9. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein a portion of the top plate claw (51) is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the top plate (50), and another portion of the top plate claw (51) is spaced apart from the lower surface of the top plate (50) to define a avoidance gap (511), and the top plate claw (51) is inserted into the third fastening hole (303) and engages at least a portion of the upper reinforcing plate (30) in the avoidance gap (511).
10. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the lower surface of the top plate (50) further has a top plate stopper rib (52) extending downward, the upper reinforcing plate (30) has a stopper groove (304) adapted to the stopper rib,
wherein the top plate limiting ribs (52) are positioned on imaginary connecting lines of at least two top plate clamping claws (51).
11. The cabinet assembly (100) of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate has an upwardly protruding mounting boss (32), the second and third catching holes (302, 303) are formed at a top wall and/or a side wall of the mounting boss (32), and the limit groove (304) is formed at a top wall of the mounting boss (32).
12. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that upper ends of the first side plate (10) and the second side plate (20) are respectively bent toward each other to form upper flanges (11, 21), and the first side reinforcing plate (60) and the second side reinforcing plate (70) are respectively riveted to the corresponding upper flanges (11, 21).
13. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein both ends of the upper reinforcing plate (30) are connected to the first side reinforcing plate (60) and the second side reinforcing plate (70) by screw-coupling members, respectively.
14. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first and second side reinforcing plates (60, 70) have lobes (61, 71) on opposite sides thereof, and the upper reinforcing plate (30) has slots (331) at both ends thereof, and the lobes (61, 71) are inserted into the corresponding slots (331).
15. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 14, characterized in that the upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate (30) has two recesses (33) recessed downwards and having openings in the side walls, said recesses (33) constituting the slots (331), the lobes (61, 71) being adapted to be inserted into the recesses (33) from the openings.
16. Laundry treatment device, characterized in that it comprises a cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to any of claims 1-15.
