According to the invention, the winding drum is fixed by the fixing device, an operator fixes the cloth on the winding drum, then the cloth is wound, and the cloth is flattened by the flattening device, so that the effects of high winding efficiency and smoother winding are achieved.

The working principle is as follows: when the cloth rolling device is used, an operator firstly fixes the winding drum on the fixing device 3, then places cloth below the flattening device 4, fixes one end of the cloth on the winding drum, starts the fixing device 3 to roll the cloth, the flattening device 4 enables the cloth to be more flattened, and after the cloth is rolled, the operator can control the fixing device 3 to loosen the fixing of the winding drum, so that the rolled cloth can be taken down.
