The invention discloses a discharging mechanism of a tray charging and feeding device, which comprises a discharging rack and a discharging Pi Daizu arranged on the discharging rack, wherein a top sealing plate is arranged at the top of the discharging rack; the discharging belt group comprises a pair of sliding side vertical plates, a pair of synchronous belt wheel groups, a discharging driving device, a pair of discharging guide rail sliding block mechanisms and a pair of material tray baffle plates, wherein the sliding side vertical plates are arranged on the top sealing plate in parallel, and the synchronous belt wheel groups are arranged on the opposite side surfaces of the sliding side vertical plates and are provided with synchronous belt pressing plates; the discharging driving device comprises a discharging motor and a discharging belt shaft, and the discharging belt shaft is used for driving the synchronous pulley group to move; the discharging guide rail slide block mechanism is arranged on the slide side vertical plate, a slide block positioning plate is fixed on the discharging slide block, and the slide block positioning plate is fixedly connected with the synchronous belt pressing plate; the tray separation blade is installed on the slider locating plate for drive the tray horizontal migration. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a front sealing plate is fixed at the other end of the pair of slide side vertical plates, and a mounting groove is provided at the top end of the front sealing plate, and a detection sensor is mounted in the mounting groove to detect the position of the tray.

The invention discloses a discharging mechanism of a tray charging and feeding device, which comprises a discharging frame 1 and a discharging belt group 2 arranged on the discharging frame 1.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, a discharging frame 1 is formed by splicing a plurality of aluminum profiles, and a top sealing plate 11 is mounted on the top of the discharging frame in a covering manner, and in this embodiment, the top sealing plate 11 is fixed on the aluminum profiles through screws.
Referring to fig. 2-3, the outfeed belt assembly 2 includes a pair of slide side risers 21, a pair of timing belt sets 22, an outfeed drive, a pair of outfeed rail slide mechanisms, and a pair of tray stops 244. Wherein, a pair of slide side vertical plates 21 are relatively parallel fixed on the top sealing plate 11, one end of each slide side vertical plate is flush with one side of the top sealing plate 11, and the other end extends out of the other side of the top sealing plate 11.
A pair of timing belt pulley groups 22 are respectively provided on opposite sides of the slide side riser 21, and a timing belt pressing plate 223 is provided on the timing belt pulley group 22. The timing belt pulley group 22 includes a discharge belt 222 and a pair of discharge timing pulleys 221, and the discharge timing pulleys 221 are respectively installed at positions on both sides of the slide side riser 21. In this embodiment, a synchronizing wheel locking plate 211 is fixed to the slide side riser 21 to mount the discharge synchronizing wheel 221.
The discharging driving device comprises a discharging motor 231 arranged on the top sealing plate 11, and a discharging belt shaft 233 driven by the discharging motor 231, wherein the discharging belt shaft 233 is used for synchronously driving a pair of synchronous belt wheel sets 22 to move. In this embodiment, the discharging motor 231 is fixed on the top sealing plate 11, two ends of the discharging belt shaft 233 are respectively engaged with the discharging synchronous wheels 221 of the pair of synchronous belt wheel sets 22, the discharging driven wheel 234 is fixed on the discharging belt shaft 233, and the discharging driving wheel 232 is fixed on the discharging motor 231 to drive the discharging driven wheel 234 to rotate.
A pair of discharging guide rail slide block mechanisms are respectively arranged on the slide side vertical plate 21, a slide block positioning plate 243 is fixed on a discharging slide block 242 of the discharging guide rail slide block mechanisms, and the slide block positioning plate 243 is fixedly connected with a synchronous belt pressing plate 223. The discharging guide rail slide block mechanism comprises a discharging guide rail 241 and a discharging slide block 242, wherein the discharging guide rail 241 is arranged on the opposite side surfaces of the sliding side vertical plate 21 and is positioned above the synchronous belt wheel set 22, and the slide block positioning plate 243 is fixed on the discharging slide block 242 through screws. The hold-in range clamp plate 223 locates the below of ejection of compact belt 222, and it passes through screw fixed connection between slider locating plate 243 between it, and the screw passes ejection of compact belt 222.
A pair of tray stoppers 244 are respectively mounted on the slide positioning plates 243, and are used for driving the trays 33 to move horizontally along the slide side vertical plate 21. The tray stop 244 preferably has an upwardly extending stop bar to facilitate engagement with the tray 33.
The discharging mechanism of the present invention needs to be matched with the tray assembly 3, and a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the tray assembly 3 is shown in fig. 4, which includes a tray 31 and a tray 33 disposed on the tray 31, and a plurality of limiting plates 32 are disposed on the tray 31 to fix the tray 33. The tray 31 may be provided with a bar hole 311, and when the limiting plate 32 is mounted on the bar hole 311 by a bolt, the position of the limiting plate 32 may be adjusted to better fix the tray 33. The tray 31 is provided with a push-pull groove 312 matched with the barrier strip in the tray barrier 244, when discharging is required, the barrier strip stretches into the push-pull groove 312 to pull the tray 31 and horizontally move along the slide side vertical plate 21, so that discharging of the tray 33 is completed; when the material of the tray 33 is transferred, the barrier strips push the tray 31 carrying the empty tray 33 to return to the original position, thereby completing the recovery of the tray 33.
In order to make the movement of the tray 31 on the slide side vertical plate 21 smoother, in this embodiment, guide wheel mounting bars 251 are mounted on the top of the slide side vertical plate 21, and a plurality of guide wheels 252 are disposed on opposite sides of the guide wheel mounting bars 251 to guide the horizontal movement of the tray 33, and lateral positioning bars 253 are further fixed on the guide wheel mounting bars 251 to define the lateral position of the tray 31, so as to prevent the tray 31 from being laterally offset during the movement.
In this embodiment, a front sealing plate 26 is fixed to an end of the slide side vertical plate 21, and a mounting groove 261 is provided at a top end of the front sealing plate 26, and a detection sensor is mounted in the mounting groove 261 to detect a position of the tray 33. A plurality of bearing brackets 235 are also mounted on the front seal plate 26 to relatively fix the discharge belt shaft 233.

the tops of the sliding side vertical plates are respectively provided with a guide wheel mounting strip, and the opposite side surfaces of the guide wheel mounting strips are provided with a plurality of guide wheels for guiding the horizontal movement of the material tray;
a lateral positioning strip is also fixed on the guide wheel mounting strip;
the synchronous pulley group comprises a discharging belt and a pair of discharging synchronous pulleys, and one of the discharging synchronous pulleys extends out of the discharging rack;
