when the number of the articles in the storage position is one, acquiring the required storage temperature in the electronic tag information of the articles in the storage position; judging whether the temperature acquired by the temperature sensor is matched with the acquired required storage temperature or not; when the temperature of the warehouse is abnormal, the position of the warehouse is not influenced, so that a worker can know the abnormal temperature of the warehouse and the position of the warehouse through the preset terminal and the warning equipment and can know that the goods in the warehouse are not influenced, the worker does not need to worry about the safety of the goods, the thermostat of the warehouse is not needed to be maintained or replaced in time, the pressure on the worker is reduced, and the worker can arrange the work more easily and reasonably; when the warning signals are not matched, the warning equipment on the storage position and the warning equipment on the article are controlled to work, a second warning signal is generated and sent to the preset terminal; the second alarm signal is used for indicating that the temperature of storehouse position is unusual, the position of storehouse position and unsuitable depositing article in the storehouse position, so, staff alright know the temperature of storehouse position is unusual, the position of storehouse position through presetting terminal and warning equipment to learn article in this storehouse position and can receive the influence, make the staff can in time maintain or change the thermostat of storehouse position or in time deposit article to other suitable storehouse positions, avoid article to receive the influence and suffer the loss.
When the number of the articles in the storage position is N, wherein N is equal to or more than 2, and the required storage temperature in the electronic tag information of each article in the storage position is obtained; judging whether the temperature acquired by the temperature sensor is matched with the required storage temperature in the acquired electronic tag information of each article; when the required storage temperature in the electronic tag information of N1 articles is matched with the temperature collected by the temperature sensor, determining the ratio of N1 to N; when the ratio is equal to or greater than a preset ratio (such as 1/2 or 2/3), controlling the operation of the warning device on the storage position, controlling the operation of the warning device on the articles except the N1 articles in the N articles, generating a third warning signal and sending the third warning signal to the preset terminal, wherein the third warning signal comprises prompt information for indicating that the temperature of the storage position is abnormal, the position of the storage position is not suitable for storing the other articles and the storage position of the other articles is suitable for replacing the other articles, so that a worker can know the abnormal temperature of the storage position and the position of the storage position through the preset terminal and the warning device, and can inform the worker to move the other articles with relatively small number to other suitable storage positions because the number of the other articles is less than the number of the N1 articles and the storage of the N1 articles is not affected, therefore, the workload of workers is reduced, the workers can be informed of not needing to maintain or replace the thermostat of the warehouse in time, and the thermostat of the warehouse is maintained or replaced when the workers are free, so that the pressure on the workers is reduced, and the workers can arrange the work more easily and reasonably;
when the ratio is smaller than the preset ratio, the number of the affected articles (namely, the articles except the articles) is relatively more, at the moment, the warning device on the storage position is controlled to work, the warning device on the articles except the articles works, a fourth warning signal is generated and sent to the preset terminal, the fourth warning signal comprises prompt information which is used for indicating that the temperature of the storage position is abnormal, the position of the storage position is not suitable for storing the articles except the articles, and the thermostat of the storage position is suitable for being maintained or replaced in time, so that a worker can know the abnormal temperature of the storage position and the position of the storage position through the preset terminal and the warning device, and the number of the articles except the articles is more than that of the N1 articles, so that the worker is not suitable for moving the articles except the articles to other storage positions and can be informed of timely maintaining or replacing the thermostat of the storage position, thereby reducing the workload of workers, and avoiding the influence on the storage of other articles in time and avoiding the loss.
The "determining the storage location recommendation scheme capable of placing the to-be-warehoused articles according to the article information in the article database and the storage location information in the storage location database" may be implemented as follows:
s1, arranging the models of the articles to be warehoused of various models according to the sequence of sizes of the articles to be warehoused of various models from large to small to obtain model arrangement;
s2, arranging all the storage positions according to the sequence of the residual storage spaces of each storage position from large to small to obtain storage position arrangement;
s3, searching the first article to be warehoused located at the first position from the model arrangement; acquiring the quantity of first articles to be warehoused; calculating the total weight of the first articles to be warehoused of the quantity to be warehoused and the required first storage space;
step S4, searching the first library position in the first library position arrangement; acquiring the residual storage space and the residual bearable pressure of the first storage position;
step S5, determining a first reference quantity of the first to-be-warehoused articles which can be placed in the first storage space of the first warehouse according to the first storage space and the remaining storage space of the first warehouse; calculating a second reference quantity of the first to-be-warehoused articles which can be placed in the remaining storage space of the first warehouse location according to the remaining bearable pressure of the first warehouse location and the weight of each first to-be-warehoused article; determining a reference quantity with a smaller value from the first reference quantity and the second reference quantity as a placeable quantity;
step S6, determining the first storage position as a recommended storage position of the first article to be stored in the warehouse, and generating a storage position recommendation scheme of the first article to be stored in the warehouse, wherein the storage position recommendation scheme comprises the position of the first storage position and the placeable number of the first article to be stored in the warehouse;
step S7, judging whether the number of the placeable objects is equal to the number of the first objects to be warehoused; when the number of the articles is equal to the number of the articles, the first article to be warehoused is removed from the model arrangement; if not, eliminating the placeable quantity from the quantity to be put in storage of the first article to be put in storage;
and S8, removing the total occupied space of the first to-be-warehoused articles with the placeable quantity from the residual storage space of the first warehouse, and returning to the step S1.
According to the warehouse location recommendation scheme, the warehouse location where the articles to be warehoused are placed is recommended according to the size and the weight of the articles to be warehoused and the number of the articles to be warehoused, the utilization rate of the warehouse location is improved, and the warehouse cost is reduced.
In one embodiment, the warehouse is usually placed in a warehouse, the warehouse is provided with an entrance door, the warehouse management system can further comprise an entrance guard management system, the entrance guard management system provides a quick door opening function, and under the function, when a person to pass through the door urgently wants to quickly pass through the entrance door body of the warehouse so as to quickly enter the warehouse, the electromagnetic lock can be quickly opened on the premise of ensuring that the person to pass through the warehouse is a legal user, so that the requirement of the user for quickly entering the warehouse is met; this access control management system includes:
a controller;
an electromagnetic lock for a door body (indicated by reference numeral 10 shown in fig. 3 or 4) of an entrance door of a warehouse where the warehouse location is located, which is connected with a controller;
the memory is connected with the controller and is used for storing the preset entrance guard card information of the legal user and the corresponding biological characteristic information;
determining a position, at which the distance from a door body (as indicated by the reference number 11 shown in fig. 3 or 4) of an entrance door to an external area (which is an area outside a warehouse) is equal to or less than a first preset distance (as shown in D1 shown in fig. 3 or 4, preferably, 20 meters or less), on a path (as indicated by the reference number 11 shown in fig. 3 or 4) from the door body, and arranging at least one speed measurement camera (as indicated by the reference number 13 shown in fig. 3 or 4) on a road section with the position as a starting point and the door body as an end point or on the top end of the door body; the speed measuring camera is used for acquiring the face characteristic information of a person walking on the road section and the walking speed of the person in real time;
the distance measurement camera (indicated by reference numeral 12 shown in fig. 3 or 4) is arranged at the top end of the door body and is used for acquiring facial feature information of a person in front of the door body and acquiring a distance between the person in front of the door body and the distance measurement camera;
the memory also stores the facial feature information of each legal user and the remaining times that each legal user can use the quick door opening function at the current time point;
the controller is further configured to:
comparing the face characteristic information of the person collected by the speed measuring camera with the face characteristic information of the legal user stored in the memory; when the facial feature information of the person collected by the speed measurement camera is matched with the facial feature information of the legal user stored in the memory (the person collected by the speed measurement camera is the legal user), acquiring the residual times corresponding to the matched legal user from the memory; when the remaining times corresponding to the matched legal user are equal to or greater than 1 (which indicates that the person collected by the speed measuring camera can also use the quick door opening function), judging whether the walking speed of the person collected by the speed measuring camera is equal to or greater than a preset speed;
if the walking speed of the person collected by the speed measurement camera is equal to or greater than a preset speed (which indicates that the walking speed of the person collected by the speed measurement camera is high and the person is likely to pass through a door body quickly), judging whether the facial feature information of the person collected by the distance measurement camera is matched with the facial feature information of the person collected by the speed measurement camera; when the facial feature information of the person collected by the distance measurement camera is matched with the facial feature information of the person collected by the speed measurement camera (which indicates that the person collected by the distance measurement camera and the person collected by the speed measurement camera are the same person), judging the size relation between the distance between the collected person and the distance measurement camera obtained by the distance measurement camera and a second preset distance; when the distance is equal to or smaller than a second preset distance (as shown in D2 in fig. 3, preferably, the second preset distance is smaller than the first preset distance, and the second preset distance may be set to be 3 meters or less) (which indicates that the person collected by the ranging camera is close to the door body), the controller controls the electromagnetic lock to open, and reduces the remaining number of times stored in the memory by one; according to the scheme, the speed measuring camera, the distance measuring camera and the memory are utilized, when the person who wants to pass through the door is intelligently judged to be a legal user who wants to pass through the door quickly, the electromagnetic lock is controlled to be opened, the person who wants to pass through the door can pass through the door quickly without swiping an entrance guard card, the process of swiping the entrance guard card is omitted, and the speed of passing through the door is increased; moreover, the residual times limit the times that each legal user can use the quick door opening function, and potential safety hazards caused by frequent use of the quick door opening function are avoided; furthermore, the electromagnetic lock is controlled to be opened only when the distance is equal to or less than a second preset distance, the time for opening the door body can be controlled, the situation that the door body is opened when a person is far away from the door body can not occur, and the safety is ensured;
the access control management system also comprises a card reader and a biological characteristic collector;
the controller is further configured to:
if the walking speed of the person acquired by the speed measurement camera is lower than a preset speed (which indicates that the walking speed of the person acquired by the speed measurement camera is not high, the person may not pass through a door body quickly and a quick door opening function may not be used), or if the residual times corresponding to the matched legal user are equal to 0, acquiring the access card information of the person to be visited read by the card reader, and acquiring the biological characteristics of the person to be visited acquired by the biological characteristic acquisition equipment; judging whether matched entrance guard card information matched with the entrance guard card information of the person to pass through exists in the entrance guard card information of the legal user; if so, comparing the biological characteristics of the person to pass the door with the biological characteristics corresponding to the matched access card information to determine whether the biological characteristics are matched; when the biological characteristics of the person to pass through the door are matched with the biological characteristics corresponding to the matched entrance guard card information, the electromagnetic lock is controlled to be opened; and when the biological characteristics of the person who wants to pass the door are not matched with the biological characteristics corresponding to the matched access control card information, controlling the electromagnetic lock to be closed. According to the scheme, when the speed measuring camera is used for intelligently judging that a person who wants to pass through the door does not want to pass through the door body quickly, or when the person who wants to pass through the door is judged to have no right to use the quick door opening function, the electromagnetic lock is controlled to be opened or closed according to the access card information and the biological characteristic information, and the safety is improved.
In an embodiment, in the above warehouse location management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the warning device of the warehouse location may include a warning light system having a waterproof function and an overvoltage protection function, where the warning light system includes an overvoltage protection circuit, a power amplification circuit, and a warning light, and a waterproof layer is attached to an outer surface of the warning light;
the warning lamp is connected with the positive terminal of the overvoltage protection circuit, and the other end of the warning lamp is connected with the power amplification circuit;
as shown in fig. 5, the overvoltage protection circuit includes: the voltage limiting circuit comprises a voltage input end Vr, a first limiting circuit and a second limiting circuit, wherein the voltage input end Vr is connected with a first resistor R1; the first amplitude limiting circuit comprises a first voltage V1, a second resistor R2, a third resistor R3, a first capacitor C1 and an NPN bipolar transistor Q1; the second amplitude limiting circuit comprises a second voltage V2, a fourth resistor R4, a fifth resistor R5, a second capacitor C2 and a PNP bipolar transistor Q2; the second resistor R2 is connected in series between the first voltage V1 and the base of an NPN bipolar transistor Q1; the third resistor R3 is connected in parallel with the first capacitor C1, and one end of the third resistor R3 and one end of the first capacitor C1 are both connected with the base electrode of the NPN bipolar transistor Q1; the third resistor R3, the other end of the first capacitor C1 and the collector of the NPN bipolar transistor Q1 are connected to the ground GND; the fourth resistor R4 is connected in series between the second voltage V2 and the base of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2; the fifth resistor R5 is connected in parallel with the second capacitor C2, and one end of the fifth resistor R5 and one end of the second capacitor C2 are both connected with the base electrode of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2; the fifth resistor R5, the other end of the second capacitor C2 and the collector of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2 are connected to the ground GND; the emitter of the NPN bipolar transistor Q1 and the emitter of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2 are both connected to the input end Vi of the power amplification circuit;
the working principle of the overvoltage protection circuit is as follows: given a first voltage V1 and a second voltage V2, the base voltage of NPN bipolar transistor Q1 is fixed at Vx, vxv-1 × R3/(R2+ R3), the base voltage of PNP bipolar transistor Q2 is fixed at Vy, Vy-V2 × R5/(R4+ R5); when the voltage Vi at the input end of the voltage processing circuit is lower than the voltage Vx at the base electrode of the NPN bipolar transistor Q1, the emitter junction and the collector junction of the NPN bipolar transistor Q1 are forward biased and reversely biased, the NPN bipolar transistor Q1 works in an amplification state, and the voltage Vi at the input end of the voltage processing circuit is limited to be the voltage Vx at the base electrode of the NPN bipolar transistor Q1 minus the voltage Vx at the emitter junction thereof; when the voltage Vi at the input of the voltage processing circuit is higher than the voltage Vy at the base of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2, the emitter junction and collector junction of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2 are forward biased and reverse biased, the PNP bipolar transistor Q2 operates in an amplified state, and the voltage Vi at the input of the voltage processing circuit is limited to the voltage Vy at the base of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2 plus the emitter junction voltage thereof. The first capacitor C1 and the second capacitor C2 respectively filter Vx and Vy.
As shown in fig. 6, the power amplification circuit includes: the triode T1 and the triode T2 are connected in series, a third capacitor C3 is connected in series with the base of the triode T1, a sixth resistor R6 and a seventh resistor R7 are connected in series between the emitter 5 of the triode T1 and the emitter of the triode T2, a fourth capacitor C4 is connected in series between the collector of the triode T1 and the collector of the triode T2, and a fifth capacitor C5 is connected in series with the base of the triode T2.

1. A system for inventory management, comprising:
the storage position management module is used for establishing and storing a storage position database, wherein the storage position database comprises storage position information, and the storage position information comprises the position of a storage position, the residual storage space and the residual bearable pressure;
the article management module is used for establishing and storing an article database, wherein the article database comprises article information, and the article information comprises the size, the weight and the number of articles to be put into a warehouse;
the calculation processing module is used for determining a storage position recommendation scheme capable of placing the articles to be stored in the storage according to the article information in the article database and the storage position information in the storage position database;
the recommending module is used for sending the library position recommending scheme to a preset terminal;
the system still includes access control management system, access control management system includes:
a controller;
the electromagnetic lock is used for a door body of an entrance door of a warehouse where the warehouse location is located and is connected with the controller;
the memory is connected with the controller and is used for storing the preset entrance guard card information of the legal user and the corresponding biological characteristic information;
determining a position where the distance between the position and a door body is equal to or less than a first preset distance on a path from an external area to the door body of an entrance door, and arranging at least one speed measuring camera on a road section or the top end of the door body with the position as a starting point and the door body as an end point; the speed measuring camera is used for acquiring the face characteristic information of a person walking on the road section and the walking speed of the person in real time;
the distance measurement camera is arranged at the top end of the door body and used for acquiring facial feature information of a person in front of the door body and acquiring the distance between the person in front of the door body and the distance measurement camera;
the memory also stores the facial feature information of each legal user and the remaining times that each legal user can use the quick door opening function at the current time point;
the controller is further configured to:
comparing the face characteristic information of the person collected by the speed measuring camera with the face characteristic information of the legal user stored in the memory; when the face feature information of the person collected by the speed measuring camera is matched with the face feature information of the legal user stored in the memory, the remaining times corresponding to the matched legal user are obtained from the memory; when the remaining times corresponding to the matched legal user are equal to or greater than 1, judging whether the walking speed of the person acquired by the speed measurement camera is equal to or greater than a preset speed;
if the walking speed of the person collected by the speed measurement camera is equal to or greater than a preset speed, judging whether the face characteristic information of the person collected by the distance measurement camera is matched with the face characteristic information of the person collected by the speed measurement camera; when the facial feature information of the person collected by the distance measurement camera is matched with the facial feature information of the person collected by the speed measurement camera, judging the size relation between the distance between the collected person and the distance measurement camera, which is obtained by the distance measurement camera, and a second preset distance; when the distance is equal to or smaller than a second preset distance, the controller controls the electromagnetic lock to be opened, and the remaining times stored in the memory are reduced by one;
the access control management system also comprises a card reader and a biological characteristic collector;
the controller is further configured to:
if the walking speed of the person acquired by the speed measuring camera is lower than a preset speed or the residual times corresponding to the matched legal user are equal to 0, acquiring the access control card information of the person to be visited read by the card reader, and acquiring the biological characteristics of the person to be visited acquired by the biological characteristic acquisition unit; judging whether matching entrance guard card information matched with the entrance guard card information of the person to pass through exists in the entrance guard card information of the legal user stored in the memory; if so, comparing the biological characteristics of the person to pass through with the biological characteristics corresponding to the matched access control card information stored in the memory to determine whether the biological characteristics are matched; when the biological characteristics of the person to pass through the door are matched with the biological characteristics corresponding to the matched entrance guard card information, the electromagnetic lock is controlled to be opened; and when the biological characteristics of the person who wants to pass the door are not matched with the biological characteristics corresponding to the matched access control card information, controlling the electromagnetic lock to be closed.

the storage position information also comprises the temperature of the storage space of the storage position;
the system further comprises a library position information acquisition module, wherein the library position information acquisition module comprises:
the temperature sensor is arranged on the warehouse position and used for collecting the temperature of the storage space of the warehouse position;
the pressure sensor is arranged on the storage position and used for collecting the gravity of the articles placed in the storage position;
each article is respectively provided with an electronic tag, and the type, the size, the weight and the required storage temperature of the article are stored in the electronic tag;
the electronic tag reader is arranged on the storage position and used for reading electronic tag information of the articles placed in the storage position;
the server is used for storing the maximum storage space size and the maximum bearable pressure of the storage position; determining the size of the residual storage space of the storage position according to the maximum storage space of the storage position and the size of the article read by the electronic tag reader on the storage position; and determining the residual bearable pressure of the storage position according to the maximum bearable pressure of the storage position and the weight of the articles read by the electronic tag reader on the storage position.

the server is also used for acquiring the temperature acquired by the temperature sensor in real time and comparing the temperature with a preset temperature range corresponding to the storage position; when the temperature acquired by the temperature sensor is out of the preset temperature range corresponding to the storage position, judging the quantity of the articles placed in the storage position;
when the number of the articles in the storage position is one, acquiring the required storage temperature in the electronic tag information of the articles in the storage position; judging whether the temperature acquired by the temperature sensor is matched with the acquired required storage temperature or not; when the temperature of the warehouse location is not normal, the position of the warehouse location is not influenced, and the articles in the warehouse location are not influenced; when the warning signals are not matched, the warning equipment on the storage position and the warning equipment on the article are controlled to work, a second warning signal is generated and sent to the preset terminal; the second alarm signal is used for indicating that the temperature of the storage position is abnormal, the position of the storage position is not suitable for storing the articles in the storage position;
when the number of the articles in the storage position is N, wherein N is equal to or more than 2, and the required storage temperature in the electronic tag information of each article in the storage position is obtained; judging whether the temperature acquired by the temperature sensor is matched with the required storage temperature in the acquired electronic tag information of each article; when the required storage temperature in the electronic tag information of N1 articles is matched with the temperature collected by the temperature sensor, determining the ratio of N1 to N; when the ratio is equal to or greater than a preset ratio, controlling the warning equipment on the storage position to work, controlling the warning equipment on the articles except the N1 articles in the N articles to work, generating a third warning signal and sending the third warning signal to the preset terminal, wherein the third warning signal comprises prompt information for indicating that the temperature of the storage position is abnormal, the position of the storage position is not suitable for storing the articles except the N1 articles, and the other articles are suitable for replacing the storage position; when this ratio is less than preset ratio, control warning equipment work, control on the storehouse position warning equipment work on the article in addition to generate fourth alarm signal and send it to preset the terminal, including being used for showing in the fourth alarm signal the temperature of storehouse position is unusual, the position of storehouse position, unsuitable depositing article in addition, should in time carry out the prompt message of maintenance or change to the thermostat of storehouse position.
4. The system according to claim 1, wherein the determining a library location recommendation scheme for placing the to-be-warehoused item according to the item information in the item database and the library location information in the library location database comprises:
s1, arranging the models of the articles to be warehoused of various models according to the sequence of sizes of the articles to be warehoused of various models from large to small to obtain model arrangement;
s2, arranging all the storage positions according to the sequence of the residual storage spaces of each storage position from large to small to obtain storage position arrangement;
s3, searching the first article to be warehoused located at the first position from the model arrangement; acquiring the quantity of first articles to be warehoused; calculating the total weight of the first articles to be warehoused of the quantity to be warehoused and the required first storage space;
step S4, searching the first library position in the first library position arrangement; acquiring the residual storage space and the residual bearable pressure of the first storage position;
step S5, determining a first reference quantity of the first to-be-warehoused articles which can be placed in the first storage space of the first warehouse according to the first storage space and the remaining storage space of the first warehouse; calculating a second reference quantity of the first to-be-warehoused articles which can be placed in the remaining storage space of the first warehouse location according to the remaining bearable pressure of the first warehouse location and the weight of each first to-be-warehoused article; determining a reference quantity with a smaller value from the first reference quantity and the second reference quantity as a placeable quantity;

step S7, judging whether the placeable quantity is equal to the quantity of the first articles to be warehoused; when the number of the first articles to be put in storage is equal to the number of the first articles to be put in storage, eliminating the first articles to be put in storage from the model arrangement; when the quantity is not equal to the preset quantity, the placeable quantity is removed from the quantity to be put in storage of the first article to be put in storage;
and S8, removing the total occupied space of the first to-be-warehoused articles with the placeable quantity from the residual storage space of the first warehouse, and returning to the step S1.
5. The system of claim 3, wherein the at-store warning device comprises a warning light system including an overvoltage protection circuit, a power amplification circuit, and a warning light, the warning light having a waterproof layer attached to an outer surface thereof;
the warning lamp is connected with the positive terminal of the overvoltage protection circuit, and the other end of the warning lamp is connected with the power amplification circuit;
an overvoltage protection circuit comprising: the voltage limiting circuit comprises a voltage input end Vr, a first limiting circuit and a second limiting circuit, wherein the voltage input end Vr is connected with a first resistor R1; the first amplitude limiting circuit comprises a first voltage V1, a second resistor R2, a third resistor R3, a first capacitor C1 and an NPN bipolar transistor Q1; the second amplitude limiting circuit comprises a second voltage V2, a fourth resistor R4, a fifth resistor R5, a second capacitor C2 and a PNP bipolar transistor Q2; the second resistor R2 is connected in series between the first voltage V1 and the base of an NPN bipolar transistor Q1; the third resistor R3 is connected in parallel with the first capacitor C1, and one end of the third resistor R3 and one end of the first capacitor C1 are both connected with the base electrode of the NPN bipolar transistor Q1; the third resistor R3, the other end of the first capacitor C1 and the collector of the NPN bipolar transistor Q1 are connected to the ground GND; the fourth resistor R4 is connected in series between the second voltage V2 and the base of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2; the fifth resistor R5 is connected in parallel with the second capacitor C2, and one end of the fifth resistor R5 and one end of the second capacitor C2 are both connected with the base electrode of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2; the fifth resistor R5, the other end of the second capacitor C2 and the collector of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2 are connected to the ground GND; the emitter of the NPN bipolar transistor Q1 and the emitter of the PNP bipolar transistor Q2 are both connected to the input Vi of the power amplifier circuit 20;
