Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the positional or positional relationship indicated by the terms such as "center", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the positional or positional relationship shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and are not indicative or implying that the apparatus or element in question must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In addition, the technical features of the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a modular air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including a panel s412 disposed vertically, a base member s101 disposed parallel to the panel s412, and an air outlet assembly. The air outlet assembly comprises a mounting frame s411, an air outlet frame m3, a fixing assembly m4, a sliding mechanism and a fan sweeping mechanism m12.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting frame s411 is installed between the base component s101 and the panel s412 of the indoor unit, and the air outlet frame m3 is independent of the panel s412 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and has an air outlet m31, and the air deflector b1 is movably disposed in the air outlet m 31.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, two side plates m7 extending upwards in a use state are fixedly connected to two side ends of an air outlet frame m3, and the two ends of the air outlet frame m3 are respectively and slidably connected to a mounting frame s411 through two sets of vertically arranged sliding mechanisms arranged between the air outlet frame m3 and the mounting frame s 411; the two ends of the air outlet frame m3 are respectively locked on the mounting frame s411 through the two side plates m7 by the two sets of fixing assemblies m 4.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, each set of sliding mechanisms includes a first slide groove m51 formed on a wall surface of the mounting frame s411 facing the side plate m7, and a first slider m52 formed on an inner surface of the side plate m7 facing the side of the mounting frame s411 and adapted to be fitted into the first slide groove m51. One end of the first chute m51, which is close to the air outlet frame m3, is provided with a flaring chute m511, which is suitable for the first sliding block m52 to be positioned therein and slide into or out of the first chute m51. Preferably, flared slot m511 is a trapezoidal or flared slot, or other shaped slot.
When the air outlet frame m3 needs to be detached from the air conditioner, the locking function of the side plate m7 is released firstly by the fixing component m4, when downward pulling force is applied to the air outlet frame m3, the first sliding block m52 of the side plate m7 slides downwards in the first sliding groove m51, when the first sliding block m52 slides to the position of the flaring groove m511, the first sliding block m52 is positioned in the flaring groove m511 and is pulled out from the flaring groove m511, the whole side plate m7 and the air outlet frame m3 are detached from the air conditioner, the air outlet frame m3 and the side plate m7 are cleaned, upward pushing force is applied to the air outlet frame m3 after cleaning, the first sliding block m52 of the side plate m7 slides into the first sliding groove m51 again from the flaring groove m511, the whole side plate m3 and the side plate m7 slide into the top of the air conditioner under the upward pushing force, the side plate m7 and the air outlet frame m3 are reset, and the fixing component m4 is pushed and pulled, and the air outlet frame m3 is arranged in a sliding mode.
As a modification of the first chute m51, the first chute m51 may also be replaced with a first through hole m53, and correspondingly, the flaring slot m511 is replaced with a flaring hole, and the shape of the reaming is also a trapezoid hole or a trumpet hole. Or other shaped flared holes, the specific shape is not particularly limited.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, each of the above-described fixing members m4 includes a first catching portion m41 formed on an inner surface of the side plate m7 on a side toward the mounting frame s411, and a first restraining portion m42 provided on the mounting frame s411 to overlap the first catching portion m 41; when a force directed away from the first engagement portion m41 is applied to the first stopper portion m42, the first stopper portion m42 releases the locking action on the first engagement portion m 41. Preferably, the first limiting portion m42 is stepped, and the first clamping portion m41 is a boss capable of being lapped on a step surface of the first limiting portion m 42.
As shown in fig. 7, 1 and 2, the side plate m7 is a plate, the mounting frame s411 is an L-shaped bracket, a horizontal portion of the L-shaped bracket is disposed between the top of the panel s412 and the top of the base member s101, and a vertical portion is disposed between the panel s412 and the base member s101 and extends toward the air outlet frame m3 and is located at one side of the inner surface of the side plate m 7.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the air outlet frame m3 includes an arc portion on which the air outlet m31 is formed, and a horizontal portion fixed on the bottom of the arc portion; when the air outlet frame m3 is locked on the mounting frame s411, the inner surface of the horizontal portion abuts on the bottom surface of the base member s 101. The circular arc portion of the air outlet frame m3 is convenient to be matched with the bottom surface of the panel s412, and the design of the horizontal portion is convenient for the inner surface of the horizontal portion to lean against the bottom surface of the base component s101 after the air outlet frame m3 is locked in place, so that the air conditioner is attractive in appearance and compact in structure.
As shown in fig. 3, the fan mechanism m12 is mounted on the air outlet frame m3 at the air outlet m31, and the fan mechanism m12 includes a connecting seat mounted on the air outlet, and at least one fan blade, for example, one, two, three, four, etc., which is mounted on the connecting seat at intervals and swingably, and the specific number of the fan blades is set according to the length of the air outlet and the user's requirement, and the fan blades swing by a desired angle along the length direction of the air outlet. The air sweeping mechanism m12 is arranged on the air outlet of the air outlet frame m3, when the air outlet frame m3 is detached from the air conditioner, the air sweeping mechanism m12 arranged on the air outlet can be detached, the air sweeping mechanism m12 is cleaned, and cleaning work of the air outlet frame m3 and the air sweeping mechanism m12 is facilitated. The plurality of wind-sweeping blades swing in the air outlet, the air outlet direction at the air outlet is adjusted, and the design of the connecting seat is convenient for installing the wind-sweeping blades in the air outlet.
In the air conditioner of this embodiment, the air outlet frame m3 with the air outlet is separately arranged from the panel s412, and as a separate component, when the air outlet needs to be cleaned, the first limiting part m42 is shifted, so that the first limiting part m42 releases the limitation on the boss, the boss is separated from the step surface of the first limiting part m42, the air outlet frame m3 and the two side plates m7 apply downward pulling force, the whole air outlet frame m3 and the two side plates m7 slide downward in the first sliding groove m51 or the first through hole m53, and when the first sliding block m52 of the side plate m7 slides into the flaring groove m511 or the flaring hole, the first sliding block m52 of the side plate m7 is pulled out from the flaring groove m511 or the flaring hole, the air outlet frame m3, the two side plates m7 and the sweeping mechanism m12 are detached from the air conditioner, so that the air outlet frame m3, the two side plates m7 and the sweeping mechanism m12 can be cleaned; after cleaning, the first sliding block m52 of the side plate m7 is pushed into the first sliding groove m51 or the first through hole m53 through the flaring slot m511 or the flaring hole, the air outlet frame m3 and the side plate m7 integrally move upwards until the inner surface of the horizontal part of the air outlet frame m3 is abutted against the bottom surface of the base part s101, at the moment, the air outlet frame m3 and the side plate m7 are reset to the initial state, the boss on the side plate m7 is lapped on the step surface of the first limiting part m42, and the installation process of the air outlet frame m3 and the side plate m7 is completed, so that a push-pull mode is formed, the air outlet frame m3 and the side plate m7 are integrally installed on the installation frame s411, or detached from the installation frame s411, and cleaning of the air outlet frame m3, the side plate m7 and the air sweeping mechanism m12 is facilitated.
As a modification of the slide mechanisms, each set of slide mechanisms includes a guide rail provided on a wall surface of the mounting bracket s411 on a side toward the side plate m7, and a slide assembly slidably provided on the guide rail; the side plate m7 is detachably fixed to one end of the slide assembly, and the end of the slide assembly can be withdrawn from the guide rail. The sliding assembly includes a second slider (not shown), and a connection m54 fixed to the second slider. As shown in fig. 8, a first plug-in portion m541 is formed on one end of the connector m 54; the inner surface of the side plate m7 facing the mounting frame s411 is formed with a first catching groove (not shown) into which the first catching portion m541 catches. The connecting piece m54 is an L-shaped plate, the vertical part of the L-shaped plate is fixed on the second sliding block, and the horizontal part is inserted into the first clamping groove.
According to the sliding rail mechanism of the embodiment, when the air frame m3 needs to be cleaned, the fixing component m4 is only required to firstly release the locking effect on the two side plates m7, downward pulling force is applied to the air frame m3, the second sliding block slides downwards on the guide rail, the L-shaped plate block drives the side plates m7 to slide downwards on the guide rail, when the side plates m7 slide downwards to the lower ends of the guide rail, the first clamping grooves on the side plates m7 are separated from the horizontal parts of the L-shaped plate block, and then the air frame m3 and the whole side plates m7 can be detached from the air conditioner; and then the horizontal part of the L-shaped plate is inserted into the first clamping groove, so that the side plate m7 and the connecting piece m54 are fixed, when the thrust of the air outlet frame m3 is upwards given, the air outlet frame m3 and the side plate m7 slide upwards on the guide rail, the air outlet frame m3 and the side plate m7 are reset, and then the air outlet frame m3 and the side plate m7 are locked by the fixing component m 4. In the sliding mechanism of this embodiment, the side plate m7 is detachably connected to the sliding component by the engagement of the first clamping groove with the first insertion portion m 541.
As a preferable first clamping groove, a bump is formed on the inner wall surface of the side plate m7, and the first clamping groove is formed on the bump; or the first clamping groove is directly formed on the inner wall surface of the side plate m 7.
As the deformation of the sliding component, the connecting piece m54 in the sliding component can also be T-shaped, the horizontal part of the T-shape is spliced in the first clamping groove of the side plate m7, or other shapes of structures, only one end of the connecting piece m54 is fixed on the second sliding block, and the other end of the connecting piece m54 is used as the first splicing part m541 and forms a detachable connection mode with the side plate m 7. As a further modification, the sliding assembly may be of other structures, for example, a cylinder or a motor driving the connecting member m54 to vertically move up and down on the mounting frame s411, one end of the connecting member m54 is fixed on a telescopic shaft of the cylinder or the motor, and the other end is detachably connected to the side plate m 7.
As a modification of the slide mechanism, the slide mechanism may be another slide mechanism in the related art, and the two side plates m7 of the air outlet frame m3 may be slidably provided on the mounting frame s 411.
As a variant, the structure of the air outlet frame m3 may be in other shapes, such as a U shape, or a circular arc shape, or other shapes, and only the air outlet is required to be formed thereon, and the specific shape is required to be designed according to the specific requirements of the user.
As a variant, the mounting rack s411 may also be a plate, for example an L-shaped plate, or a T-shaped plate, or a vertical plate; as a further modification, the mounting frame s411 may have another structure, and the mounting frame s411 may be mounted between the base member s101 and the panel s412 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, as long as the structure in which the first chute m51 or the first through hole m53 described above is formed or the guide rail can be mounted thereon is satisfied.
As a deformation, the first clamping part m41 and the first limiting part m42 in the fixing component m4 can be in other shapes, for example, the first limiting part m42 is a first protrusion, a groove is formed in the first protrusion, the first clamping part m41 is a second protrusion, the second protrusion is inserted into the groove of the first protrusion, and the first protrusion and the second protrusion can be separated only by stirring the top of the first protrusion.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, when the side plate m7 is provided with the first through hole m53, the fixing component m4 is arranged in a cavity defined between the panel s412 and the base member s101 and the mounting frame s411 as a deformation of the fixing component m 4; each set of fixing members m4 includes a first stopper m43, an elastic member (not shown) mounted on one end of the first stopper m43, the other end of the first stopper m43 extending toward the second through hole m10 formed in the panel s412, and the elastic member applying a restoring force to the first stopper m43 toward the second through hole m 10. Under the cooperation of the elastic piece and external acting force, the first limiting piece m43 performs telescopic movement towards or away from the second through hole m10, so that the first limiting piece m43 is in locking fit with the first sliding block m52 or the locking of the first sliding block m52 is released. The elastic member is preferably a spring.
As shown in fig. 12, the first limiting member m43 has a first bar-shaped member m431, a second clamping portion m432 corresponding to the first slider m52 one by one is provided on a surface of the first bar-shaped member m431 facing the mounting frame s411, one end of the first bar-shaped member m431 is connected to the spring, the other end faces the second through hole m10 formed in the panel s412, and a first pressing portion m433 formed on an end surface of the other end of the first bar-shaped member m431, and the first pressing portion m433 is adapted to pass through the second through hole m10. Corresponding to the second clamping part m432, a second clamping groove for inserting the second clamping part m432 is formed in the surface of the first sliding block m52 facing the side of the mounting frame s 411. In order to facilitate the sleeving of the spring on the first strip-shaped body m431, a first connecting portion m434 is formed on one end of the strip-shaped body facing the spring, for example, the first connecting portion m434 is a connecting piece or a connecting shaft, so that one end of the spring is conveniently directly sleeved on the connecting piece or the connecting shaft. The second clamping portion m432 is preferably a protrusion, the second clamping groove is preferably a U-shaped groove, and the protrusion is inserted into the U-shaped groove.
When the locking function of the side plate m7 is required to be released, only the first pressing part m433 at the second through hole m10 is required to be pressed into the cavity, the first strip-shaped body m431 moves towards the spring, so that the second clamping part m432 is separated from the second clamping groove, the locking function of the side plate m7 is released, and then the side plate m7 and the air outlet frame m3 integrally slide in the first through hole m 53; the acting force on the first pressing part m433 is removed, and the first strip-shaped body m431 stretches out towards the second through hole m10 under the acting force of the spring, so that the first pressing part m433 is reset to the initial position; when the first sliding block m52 of the side plate m7 is required to be locked, only the side plate m7 and the air outlet frame m3 slide upwards in the first through hole m53, so that the second clamping groove on the first sliding block m52 is opposite to the second clamping part m432, and the second clamping part m432 can be inserted into the second clamping groove again, and the locking function of the side plate m7 is realized.
In this embodiment, the first bar m431 is disposed in the cavity along the width direction of the mounting frame s411, and one end of the spring is fixed to the first bar m431 and the other end is fixed to other parts adjacent thereto, such as the duct assembly, the evaporator or the base part s 101. That is, the first bar m431 performs a telescopic motion in the front-rear direction of the air conditioner, and the second through hole m10 is located at the front end of the air conditioner. In addition, a stepped surface is formed between the first pressing portion m433 and an end surface of the first bar m431 facing the second through hole m10, and the stepped surface abuts against the inner surface of the panel s 412. As shown in fig. 11, in order to make the first limiting member m43 perform a smooth telescopic motion in the cavity, a second supporting body m9, such as a sleeve structure or a U-shaped structure, is further disposed in the cavity, the second supporting body m9 is sleeved on the first limiting member m43 and located between two adjacent second clamping portions m432, and the second supporting body m9 may be fixed on the mounting frame s411, or in other components.
As a modification, the second through hole m10 may also be provided on the mounting bracket s411, for example, the first through hole is opened on the vertical portion of the L-shaped bracket, and the second through hole m10 is opened on the horizontal portion of the L-shaped bracket. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 13 to 15, a first dial m435 is provided on the top of the first bar m431, and the second through hole m10 is a long waist hole extending in the width direction of the mounting frame s 411. The end of the first strip m431 facing away from the spring is located within the cavity or against the inner surface of the panel s 412. When the locking function of the side plate m7 needs to be released, the first shifting block m435 is only required to be shifted backwards, so that the first shifting block m435 moves in the long waist hole to drive the first strip-shaped body m431 to retract towards the elastic body, and the second clamping part m432 is separated from the second clamping groove. After the acting force on the first shifting block m435 is removed, the first shifting block m435 moves forwards in the long waist hole under the action of the restoring force of the spring, so that the first limiting element m43 is restored to the initial position. In addition, an inwardly concave groove is formed on the side surface of the first strip m431 facing the mounting frame s411 at a position avoiding the second clamping portion m432, so as to reduce the weight of the first strip m 431.
The panel in this embodiment is flat plate-like; as a variant, the panel may also be L-shaped, the horizontal portion of the L-shaped panel being fixed on the top inner surface of the base part, the horizontal portion being provided with an air inlet p23, and correspondingly the second through hole being provided on the horizontal portion of the panel, optimally the horizontal portion of the L-shaped panel being mounted on the top surface of the mounting frame, so that the overall appearance of the air conditioner is formed between the panel, the base part, the two side plates and the air outlet frame. Correspondingly, in all the embodiments, the panel may be an L-shaped plate, or may have other shapes, such as a curved surface, or may have other shapes, and only the panel is required to be provided with the air inlet p 23.
As a further variant, the fixing assembly m4 may be replaced by other snap-in structures, or fasteners, such as screw or bolt assemblies, simply by fixing the side plate m7 to the mounting frame s411 by means of a detachable connection.
As a modification, the wind sweeping mechanism m12 may be a wind sweeping mechanism m12 in an existing air conditioner, and the angle of the swing of the wind sweeping blade is not particularly limited and is adjusted according to the user requirement. As a further modification, the air sweeping mechanism m12 may not be disposed at the air outlet of the air outlet frame m3, but may be disposed at other parts inside the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and only needs to be close to the air outlet.
In all the embodiments, the sliding mechanism and the fixing component m4 are in one-to-one correspondence with the side plate m 7. As a modification, two slide mechanisms may be provided to drive one side plate m7 to slide on the mounting frame s411, or a plurality of slide mechanisms may be provided to drive one side plate m7 to slide. Similarly, a plurality of securing assemblies m4 may be provided to lock one side plate m 7.
As a further modification, the two side plates m7 on the air outlet frame m3 may respectively slide on the mounting frame s411 by using sliding mechanisms with different structures, for example, one side plate m7 adopts the sliding mechanism formed by the above-mentioned guide rail and sliding assembly, and the other side plate adopts the sliding mechanism formed by the above-mentioned first chute m51 and the first slider m 52.
As a further modification, the side plate m7 may be a piece, the side plate m7 is disposed at one end of the air outlet frame m3, the side plate m7 is not disposed at the other end, the other end of the air outlet frame m3 may be detachably fixed on the mounting frame s411 by the fixing component m4, or other adjacent components, and the air outlet frame m3 slides on the mounting frame s411 only through the side plate m 7.
As a further modification, the two side plates m7 may not be provided, and only the side walls at the two ends of the air outlet frame m3 may be slidably provided on the mounting frame s 411. Further, the sliding mechanism is not required, and other fixing methods are adopted to movably connect the air outlet frame m3 to the mounting frame s411, for example, the air outlet frame m3 is rotatably or rotatably connected to the mounting frame s411, and then the fixing component m4 is used to fix and hold the air outlet frame m3 between the panel s412 and the base.
As a modification, the fixing assembly m4 may also fix and hold the air outlet frame m3 on other adjacent components in the indoor unit of the air conditioner, not only the mounting frame s411, but also the base component s101, the panel s412, the duct assembly, and the like. As a further variant, the fixing assembly m4 described above may be omitted, and the air outlet frame may be fixedly held on the mounting frame s411 in other manners, or may be fixedly held on other adjacent components, for example, by gluing; or may be fixedly held to the mounting bracket s411 and other adjacent components at the same time. As a further variant, the base part s101 and the panel s412 may also be arranged non-parallel, for example opposite. That is, the air conditioner described above may include only the base member s101, the panel s412, and the air outlet assembly of any one of the above.
In the air conditioner in all the above embodiments, the "base member" mentioned refers to a base or a bottom case mounted on a wall in an indoor unit of the air conditioner; the appearance module of the air conditioner is divided into a shell module, an air outlet module and an air guide module. The housing module includes the base component s101 and the mounting frame s411, the air outlet module includes the air outlet assembly, and the air guiding module includes the air sweeping mechanism m12.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While still being apparent from variations or modifications that may be made by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (15)

1. An air conditioner, comprising:
a base member (s 101);
a panel (s 412);
an air outlet assembly comprising a mounting frame (s 411) and an air outlet frame (m 3), wherein the mounting frame (s 411) is arranged between the base component (s 101) and the panel (s 412) of the indoor unit of the air conditioner; the air outlet frame (m 3) is independent of a panel (s 412) of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and is provided with an air outlet (m 31); the air outlet frame (m 3) is movably connected with the mounting frame (s 411); and the air outlet frame (m 3) can be fixedly held on the mounting frame (s 411) and/or can be fixedly held on other adjacent components through a fixing component (m 4);
the air outlet frame (m 3) is movably connected to the mounting frame (s 411) through a sliding mechanism arranged between the air outlet frame (m 3) and the mounting frame (s 411);
A side plate (m 7) extending upwards in a use state is fixedly connected to at least one side end of the air outlet frame (m 3);
at least one set of vertically arranged sliding mechanisms slidably connects the side end of the air outlet frame (m 3) to the mounting frame (s 411) through the side plate (m 7);
at least one set of fixing components (m 4) locks the side end of the air outlet frame (m 3) on the mounting frame (s 411) through the side plate (m 7).
2. An air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein: each set of sliding mechanism comprises a first chute (m 51) or a first through hole (m 53) which is formed on the wall surface of the mounting frame (s 411) and faces to one side of the side plate (m 7) and extends vertically, and a first sliding block (m 52) which is formed on the inner surface of the side plate (m 7) and faces to one side of the mounting frame (s 411) and is suitable for being embedded into the first chute (m 51) or the first through hole (m 53).
3.
