The vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is aqueous polymer resin which is copolymerized by using vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate as main functional monomers; the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive has the advantages of fine particle size, high gloss, no APEO (alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether compound) and formaldehyde, health and environmental protection, excellent water resistance, high hardness, scrubbing resistance, lower film forming temperature than styrene-acrylic emulsion, proper addition of less film auxiliaries and reduction of the cost of the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive.
The content of the above-mentioned acrylic emulsion or acrylic emulsion is typically, but not limited to, 10 parts, 11 parts, 12 parts, 13 parts, 14 parts, 15 parts, 16 parts, 17 parts, 18 parts, 19 parts, 20 parts, 21 parts, 22 parts, 23 parts, 24 parts or 25 parts, respectively, by mass parts.
In a preferred embodiment, the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-45 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10-25 parts of pure acrylic emulsion or vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, 5-15 parts of kaolin, 10-25 parts of barium sulfate, 1-3 parts of attapulgite, 5-15 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.5-2 parts of dispersing agent, 3-8 parts of film-forming additive and 0.5-1 part of wetting agent. The water-based environment-friendly tile glue in the preferred embodiment further comprises pure acrylic emulsion or vinyl acetate emulsion with specific content, and the water resistance and the aging resistance of the water-based environment-friendly tile glue can be further enhanced by matching with other components.
In a preferred embodiment, the water repellent agent further comprises 0.5-2 parts of other auxiliary agents, wherein the other auxiliary agents comprise at least one of reinforcing agents, preservatives, mildew preventive agents or water repellent agents. Typical but non-limiting amounts of other auxiliaries are, by mass parts, 0.5 parts, 0.6 parts, 0.7 parts, 0.8 parts, 0.9 parts, 1 part, 1.1 parts, 1.2 parts, 1.3 parts, 1.4 parts, 1.5 parts, 1.6 parts, 1.7 parts, 1.8 parts, 1.9 parts or 2 parts. The bonding strength or mildew-proof and waterproof properties of the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive can be improved by adding the reinforcing agent, the preservative, the mildew-proof agent or the water repellent, the service life of the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive is prolonged, and the use safety of the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive is enhanced.
The components of the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile glue can be commercially available or can be prepared by self, and the preparation raw materials and the preparation method can be the conventional ones.
In a second aspect, there is provided in some embodiments a method for preparing the above aqueous environment-friendly tile glue, comprising the steps of: the components with the formula ratio are uniformly mixed. The preparation method of the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive is simple in process, only the components in the formula amount need to be uniformly mixed, the preparation method is suitable for industrial large-scale production, the production cost is low, and the obtained water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive has excellent cohesiveness and water resistance.
In a preferred embodiment, the method comprises the following steps: (a) uniformly mixing the styrene-acrylic emulsion and the dispersing agent to obtain emulsion A;
(b) mixing the emulsion A, kaolin and attapulgite uniformly to obtain emulsion B;
(c) mixing the emulsion B with barium sulfate, talcum powder and calcium carbonate in sequence to obtain emulsion C;
(d) and uniformly mixing the emulsion C with a film forming aid and a wetting agent to obtain the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive.
According to the preferred embodiment, the components are uniformly mixed in a step-by-step mixing manner to obtain the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive, so that the components can be more easily and uniformly mixed, the mixing time is short, and the performance of the obtained water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive is better.
Preferably, when the components contain pure acrylic emulsion or vinyl acetate emulsion, the styrene-acrylic emulsion, the pure acrylic emulsion or the vinyl acetate emulsion and the dispersing agent are uniformly mixed in the step (a) to obtain the emulsion A. Preferably, when the components contain other additives, the emulsion C in the step (d) is uniformly mixed with a film forming additive, a wetting agent and other additives to obtain the water-based environment-friendly tile adhesive.
In a third aspect, there is provided in some embodiments a use of the above-described aqueous environmentally friendly tile glue in tile tiling or tile repair. The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive is applied to tile paving or tile repairing, so that the ceramic tile is not easy to fall off, and the service life and the use safety of the ceramic tile can be prolonged.
Optionally, the construction application method comprises: the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile glue is filled into a packaging bottle with a convenient nozzle, during construction, materials are directly extruded to the back face of a ceramic tile (four sides are glued or the periphery and the center are glued in a dotting mode), then the ceramic tile is pushed to a wall face or a ground (the wall face or the ground is required to be flat and cannot have dust), the wall face is generally pasted with more than two layers and is connected with an adhesive tape, and after the glue is completely dried for 24 hours, the initial-stage pasting is only carried out by means of self adhesive force of the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile glue and other adsorption force of the adhesive glue between the ceramic tile and the.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and comparative examples.
Example 1
The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5 parts of kaolin, 10 parts of barium sulfate, 1 part of attapulgite, 5 parts of talcum powder, 5 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.5 part of dispersant, 3 parts of film-forming assistant and 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Example 2
The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 15 parts of kaolin, 25 parts of barium sulfate, 5 parts of attapulgite, 15 parts of talcum powder, 15 parts of calcium carbonate, 2 parts of dispersant, 8 parts of film-forming assistant, 1 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew inhibitor.
Example 3
The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 33 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 7 parts of kaolin, 15 parts of barium sulfate, 2 parts of attapulgite, 7 parts of talcum powder, 7 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.8 part of dispersant, 4 parts of film-forming assistant and 0.6 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Example 4
The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 55 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10 parts of kaolin, 20 parts of barium sulfate, 4 parts of attapulgite, 13 parts of talcum powder, 13 parts of calcium carbonate, 1.5 parts of dispersing agent, 6 parts of film-forming additive and 0.8 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Example 5
The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 8 parts of kaolin, 18 parts of barium sulfate, 3 parts of attapulgite, 10 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of calcium carbonate, 1 part of dispersant, 5 parts of film-forming assistant and 0.7 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Example 6
The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 8 parts of kaolin, 18 parts of barium sulfate, 3 parts of attapulgite, 10 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of calcium carbonate, 1 part of dispersant, 5 parts of film-forming additive, 0.7 part of wetting agent, 0.8 part of defoaming agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Unlike example 5, a defoaming agent was added in this example.
Example 7
The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 8 parts of kaolin, 18 parts of barium sulfate, 3 parts of attapulgite, 10 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of calcium carbonate, 1 part of dispersing agent, 5 parts of film-forming assistant and 0.7 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Unlike example 5, a pure acrylic emulsion was added in this example.
Example 8
The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, 8 parts of kaolin, 18 parts of barium sulfate, 3 parts of attapulgite, 10 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of calcium carbonate, 1 part of dispersing agent, 5 parts of film-forming assistant and 0.7 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Unlike example 5, a vinyl acetate emulsion was added in this example.
Example 9
The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 8 parts of kaolin, 18 parts of barium sulfate, 3 parts of attapulgite, 10 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of calcium carbonate, 1 part of dispersant, 5 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.7 part of wetting agent, 1 part of reinforcing agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Unlike example 5, the present example added a reinforcing agent.
Example 10
The water-based environment-friendly tile glue is the same as the components in the embodiment 1, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) uniformly mixing the styrene-acrylic emulsion and the dispersing agent to obtain emulsion A;
(b) mixing the emulsion A, kaolin and attapulgite uniformly to obtain emulsion B;
(c) mixing the emulsion B with barium sulfate, talcum powder and calcium carbonate in sequence to obtain emulsion C;
(d) and uniformly mixing the emulsion C with a film forming aid and a wetting agent to obtain the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive.
Examples 2-9 aqueous environmentally friendly tile adhesives were prepared using the same preparation method as in example 10.
Comparative example 1
The tile glue comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5 parts of kaolin, 1 part of attapulgite, 5 parts of talcum powder, 5 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.5 part of dispersant, 3 parts of film-forming assistant and 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Unlike example 1, this comparative example contained no barium sulfate.
Comparative example 2
The tile glue comprises the following components in parts by weight: 28 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of kaolin, 8 parts of barium sulfate, 0.5 part of attapulgite, 20 parts of talcum powder, 3 parts of calcium carbonate, 3 parts of dispersant, 2 parts of film-forming assistant and 3 parts of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative and 0.2 part of mildew preventive.
Unlike example 1, the contents of the components in this comparative example were out of the ranges provided by the invention.
Performance testing
The tile adhesives of examples 1-10 and comparative examples 1-3 were tested for their performance according to the national building material industry Standard JC/T547-2005 ceramic wall and floor tile adhesive, and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the performance test results in Table 1, the tensile adhesive strength of the aqueous environment-friendly tile adhesive in examples 1-10, the tensile adhesive strength after soaking, the tensile adhesive strength after thermal aging, the tensile adhesive strength after freeze-thaw cycling and the tensile adhesive strength after cooling for 20min are all higher than those in comparative examples 1-3, and the slip distance is lower than those in comparative examples 1-3, so that the aqueous environment-friendly tile adhesive provided by the invention has good adhesiveness, can still maintain higher adhesive strength after long-term use, has good weather resistance, and is not easy to fall off or slip.
Further analysis shows that the tensile strength of the adhesive in examples 6-9 is higher than that in example 5, which indicates that the adhesive property of the water-based environment-friendly tile adhesive can be further improved by adding an antifoaming agent, a pure acrylic emulsion, a vinyl acetate emulsion or a reinforcing agent in the components. The tensile adhesive strength of example 10 is higher than that of example 5, which shows that the performance of the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive is further improved by adopting the preferred preparation method of the invention.
While particular embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it would be obvious that various other changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is therefore intended to cover in the appended claims all such changes and modifications that are within the scope of this invention.

Claims (7)

1. The water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5-15 parts of kaolin, 10-25 parts of barium sulfate, 1-5 parts of attapulgite, 5-15 parts of talcum powder, 5-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.5-2 parts of dispersing agent, 3-8 parts of film-forming additive, 0.5-1 part of wetting agent, 10-25 parts of pure acrylic emulsion or vinyl acetate acrylic emulsion, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent and 0.5-2 parts of other additives;
the other auxiliary agents comprise at least one of reinforcing agents, preservatives, mildewcides or water repellents.
2. The water-based environment-friendly tile glue according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 35-60 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5-10 parts of kaolin, 15-25 parts of barium sulfate, 1-4 parts of attapulgite, 5-13 parts of talcum powder, 5-13 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.5-1.5 parts of dispersing agent, 3-6 parts of film-forming assistant and 0.5-0.8 part of wetting agent.

The water-based environment-friendly tile glue according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 35-55 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 7-10 parts of kaolin, 15-20 parts of barium sulfate, 2-4 parts of attapulgite, 7-13 parts of talcum powder, 7-13 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.8-1.5 parts of dispersing agent, 4-6 parts of film-forming assistant and 0.6-0.8 part of wetting agent.

The water-based environment-friendly tile glue according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 30-45 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10-25 parts of pure acrylic emulsion or vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, 5-15 parts of kaolin, 10-25 parts of barium sulfate, 1-3 parts of attapulgite, 5-15 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.5-2 parts of dispersing agent, 3-8 parts of film-forming additive and 0.5-1 part of wetting agent.
5. The method for preparing the aqueous environment-friendly tile glue according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the components with the formula ratio are uniformly mixed.
6. The preparation method of the water-based environment-friendly tile glue according to claim 5, characterized by comprising the following steps: (a) uniformly mixing the styrene-acrylic emulsion and the dispersing agent to obtain emulsion A;
(b) mixing the emulsion A, kaolin and attapulgite uniformly to obtain emulsion B;
(c) mixing the emulsion B with barium sulfate, talcum powder and calcium carbonate in sequence to obtain emulsion C;
(d) and uniformly mixing the emulsion C with a film forming aid and a wetting agent to obtain the water-based environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive.
7. Use of the aqueous environmentally friendly tile glue of any one of claims 1 to 4 in tile tiling or tile repair.
