Abstract

本发明提供一种用于去除铝合金车轮毛刺的装置,所述的装置包括工作台,立柱,毛刷,主轴,主轴箱,横梁,主轴电机,控制器,夹具,并联机器人,位移传感器;所述的立柱固连在工作台上,横梁连接在立柱上,并且设置为沿着立柱进行位置调节;所述的横梁上连接有主轴箱,所述的主轴箱设置为在横梁上水平移动;所述的主轴箱上安装有主轴、主轴电机和控制器,并且所述的主轴末端安装有毛刷;所述的毛刷由主轴电机来驱动,并且受到控制器的控制;所述的位移传感器安装在毛刷内。并联机器人可以实现精密六维调整,可以根据控制器的指令进行实时位姿调整以保证毛刷始终贴紧轮辐背腔,从而达到良好的去毛刺效果。

Description

一种用于去除铝合金车轮毛刺的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金车轮制造领域,尤其一种自适应去车轮毛刺装置。
背景技术
在汽车铝合金轮毂的机加工过程中会不可避免地产生很多毛刺,这些毛刺不仅影响美观,而且会影响后续的涂装效果,尤其是对腐蚀要求影响巨大。由于轮辐背腔形状多样,导致轮辐背腔的毛刺去除难度比在其他地方的要大很多。传统去毛刺方法毛刷和背腔之间的角度固定不可调节,不能很好的适应轮辐背腔的形状,去毛刺精度差,而且效率不高,因此急需要开发一种结构简单、效果良好的自适应去车轮毛刺装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述去毛刺方法的不足,提供一种自适应去车轮毛刺装置。它可以利用简单的结构实时调整轮毂的位置和角度以保证毛刷始终紧贴轮毂背腔,从而达到良好的去毛刺效果。
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于去除铝合金车轮毛刺的装置,其特征在于,所述的装置包括工作台,立柱,毛刷,主轴,主轴箱,横梁,主轴电机,控制器,夹具,并联机器人,位移传感器;所述的立柱固连在工作台上,横梁连接在立柱上,并且设置为沿着立柱进行位置调节;所述的横梁上连接有主轴箱,所述的主轴箱设置为在横梁上水平移动;所述的主轴箱上安装有主轴、主轴电机和控制器,并且所述的主轴末端安装有毛刷;所述的毛刷由主轴电机来驱动,并且受到控制器的控制;所述的位移传感器安装在毛刷内;所述的并联机器人安装在工作台底部,并且具有夹持轮毂的装夹部分。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的毛刷中包括3个以上的位移传感器,并且所述的位移传感器是超声波位移传感器。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的并联机器人采用Stewart并联平台。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的并联机器人设置为使得轮毂相对于水平面转动0-30度的角度。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的并联机器人是通过气缸来实现轮毂相对于水平面的转动的。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的横梁通过螺栓或者导轨连接的方式连接到立柱。
本发明通过一个位移闭环控制***完成实时调整轮毂的位置和角度以保证毛刷始终紧贴轮毂背腔,从而达到良好的去毛刺效果,具有自动化程度高,结构简单,效率高,节省人力等优点,特别适用于大批量轮毂生产现场。位移传感器可以实时反馈与其靠近的轮毂表面的位置信息。轮毂依靠夹具固定在并联机器人上。并联机器人可以实现精密六维调整,可以根据控制器的指令进行实时位姿调整以保证毛刷始终贴紧轮辐背腔,从而达到良好的去毛刺效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
下面结合附图和具体实施例进一步对本发明进行说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述的一种自适应去车轮毛刺装置,由工作台1,立柱2,毛刷3,主轴4,主轴箱5,横梁6,主轴电机7,控制器8,夹具10,并联机器人11,位移传感器12等部件组成。立柱2固连在工作台1上,横梁6通过某种方式如螺栓或者导轨连接的方式连接在立柱2上,并且可以沿着立柱2进行位置调节。横梁6上连接有主轴箱5,主轴箱5可以在横梁6上平移。主轴箱5上设置有主轴4、主轴电机7和控制器8。主轴4的末端连接有毛刷3。毛刷3内部设置有位移传感器12,具体类型和数量可以根据实际需求进行选择。位移传感器12可以实时反馈与其靠近的轮毂9表面的位置信息。轮毂9通过夹具10固定在并联机器人11上。并联机器人11可以实现精密六维调整,可以根据控制器8的指令进行实时位姿调整以保证毛刷3始终贴紧轮辐背腔,从而达到良好的去毛刺效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于去除铝合金车轮毛刺的装置,其特征在于,所述的装置包括工作台,立柱,毛刷,主轴,主轴箱,横梁,主轴电机,控制器,夹具,并联机器人,位移传感器;所述的立柱固连在工作台上,横梁连接在立柱上,并且设置为沿着立柱进行位置调节;所述的横梁上连接有主轴箱,所述的主轴箱设置为在横梁上水平移动;所述的主轴箱上安装有主轴、主轴电机和控制器,并且所述的主轴末端安装有毛刷;所述的毛刷由主轴电机来驱动,并且受到控制器的控制;所述的位移传感器安装在毛刷内;所述的并联机器人安装在工作台底部,并且具有夹持轮毂的装夹部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于去除铝合金车轮毛刺的装置,其特征在于,所述的毛刷中包括3个以上的位移传感器,并且所述的位移传感器是超声波位移传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于去除铝合金车轮毛刺的装置,其特征在于,所述的并联机器人采用Stewart并联平台。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于去除铝合金车轮毛刺的装置,其特征在于,所述的并联机器人设置为使得轮毂相对于水平面转动0-30度的角度。
