Pressure frame packaging equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of battery manufacturing, in particular to pressure frame packaging equipment.
Background
In the manufacturing process of the horizontal battery, pole pieces need to be stacked, a separation plate is generally placed in a pressure frame, then a pole piece is placed, then the pole pieces are sequentially and upwards stacked in a crossed mode until the uppermost pole piece is the separation plate, then a pressure frame cover is covered on the separation plate, and therefore the pole pieces and the separation plate are packaged by the pressure frame.
As shown in fig. 1, the conventional pressure frame packaging apparatus includes a fixing plate 1, a pressure plate 2 fixed on an upper surface of the fixing plate 1, a plurality of horizontally disposed division bars 21 fixed on an upper surface of the pressure plate 2, and the division bars 21 dividing the upper surface of the pressure plate 2 into a plurality of placing portions 22; positioning blocks 23 are fixed to both sides of the placing section 22. The pressure frame comprises a bottom plate 5, a left side plate 51 and a right side plate 52, and the left side plate 51 and the right side plate 52 are movably connected to the left side and the right side of the bottom plate 5.
When the pressure frame is used, the pressure frames are placed into the placing part 22 one by one, the bottom plate 5 is contacted with the placing part 22, and the left side plate 51 and the right side plate 52 are respectively bent upwards, so that the pressure frames form a concave shape; and the left side plate 51 and the right side plate 52 are positioned by the positioning blocks 23 on both sides of the placing portion 22, respectively, so that neither the left side plate 51 nor the right side plate 52 falls outward. Then, firstly placing a layer of isolation plate 61 and then placing a layer of polar plate, and then sequentially stacking upwards, wherein the isolation plate 61 is just the uppermost layer after stacking is completed; the pressure frame cover is then closed over the uppermost separator 61. Since the pressure frame cover has protrusions on both sides, the left and right side plates 51 and 52 have a plurality of rows of through holes 53; the left side plate 51 and the right side plate 52 are pressed towards the middle, and the protrusions on the pressure frame cover are inserted into the corresponding through holes 53, so that the packaging is completed.
The prior art has the following technical problems: 1. after the pressure frame is placed in the placing part, the left side plate and the right side plate of the pressure frame cannot incline outwards although the positioning blocks on the two sides of the placing part are positioned; however, the left side plate and the right side plate may be inclined inwards, so that the separator and the polar plate are not placed well; 2. when the pressure frame is packaged, the isolation plates and the polar plates need to be dropped layer by layer, so that the pressure frame needs to stay for a long time in the process, and the process is very troublesome.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pressure frame packaging device which can not only ensure that a left side plate and a right side plate cannot be inclined inwards, but also reduce the stay time of a pressure frame in a packaging process.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the basic scheme of the invention is as follows:

When the technical scheme is adopted, the isolation plates and the stages are stacked in a crossed mode, then the pressure frame cover is placed at the top, stacked products are formed, and then the stacked products are placed into the material inlet; the partition plate under the stacked product comes into contact with the switching section. Place the pressure frame in the placing part, specifically do: the bottom plate of the pressure frame is contacted with the pressure plate, the left side plate of the pressure frame is contacted with the left positioning block, and then the left side plate is pressed, so that the positioning bulge on the left side positioning block is inserted into the through hole on the left side plate, and the positioning of the left side plate is realized; in a similar way, the right side plate of the pressure frame is contacted with the positioning block on the right side, and then the right side plate is pressed, so that the positioning protrusion on the right side positioning block is inserted into the through hole of the right side plate, and the positioning of the right side plate is realized.

According to the scheme, when the pressure frame is packaged, the isolation plates and the grading sheets are stacked in a crossed mode, then the pressure frame cover is placed on the top, stacked products are formed, and then the stacked products are placed into the material inlet; therefore, when the pressure frame is packaged, the stacked products are directly placed into the pressure frame, and the pressure frame does not need to stay for too long time in the process, so that the packaging process is very convenient; the dwell time of the pressure frame at the encapsulation process can be reduced.
The positioning rod in the scheme can limit the pressing part and ensure the stability of the pressing part in the downward movement; the opening and closing of the opening and closing part can be realized, and then the stacking products are put in; is very convenient.
The setting of spacing ring can prevent that the bottom of spacing pipe is direct and the floor contact, plays absorbing effect. The inclination degree of the positioning block can be controlled through the position of the limiting ring, and the method is very simple.
