Abstract

本发明提供一种冷冻干燥血浆装置,包括内桶,血液存放柱,进风通道,隔离阀门,冷凝室和真空泵;所述外桶通过内桶的顶端套装在内桶的外侧,所述进风通道穿过外桶与内桶相连通,且进风通道的内腔中依次镶嵌有活性炭过滤网、纳米纤维过滤网以及不锈钢滤网,所述Y型通道的外端分别通过隔离阀门连接有冷凝室,且冷凝室的外端侧通过管道连接有制冷压缩机,所述真空泵通过管道连接在隔离阀门前侧的Y型通道上,所述外桶内侧底部设置有螺旋加热管。利用螺旋加热管对使内桶保持在相对恒定的温度中,通过真空泵使内桶形成真空,通过风机与真空泵对内桶中的空气进行更换,提高内桶的空气的质量,利用制冷压缩机对内桶中的血浆进行冷冻。
