Abstract

本发明提供一种冷冻干燥血浆装置，包括内桶，血液存放柱，进风通道，隔离阀门，冷凝室和真空泵；所述外桶通过内桶的顶端套装在内桶的外侧，所述进风通道穿过外桶与内桶相连通，且进风通道的内腔中依次镶嵌有活性炭过滤网、纳米纤维过滤网以及不锈钢滤网，所述Y型通道的外端分别通过隔离阀门连接有冷凝室，且冷凝室的外端侧通过管道连接有制冷压缩机，所述真空泵通过管道连接在隔离阀门前侧的Y型通道上，所述外桶内侧底部设置有螺旋加热管。利用螺旋加热管对使内桶保持在相对恒定的温度中，通过真空泵使内桶形成真空，通过风机与真空泵对内桶中的空气进行更换，提高内桶的空气的质量，利用制冷压缩机对内桶中的血浆进行冷冻。
