Abstract

本发明公开了一种木塑墙板及板材,包括墙板板材基体和表层,所述表层通过胶水粘覆于墙板板材基体的表面,所述墙板板材基体为木塑层,所述表层为铝板层或石塑层;所述墙板板材基材的粘接面所在侧均布有若干个凹槽,所述铝板层或石塑层的表层设有与凹槽相适配的加固凸起部。所述墙板板材基材的粘接面所在侧均布有若干个辅助槽,所述辅助槽内填充有隔音材料、阻燃材料或保温材料中的一种;通过在木塑层基体上复合单层或双层的铝板层或石塑层的结构,能够提高木塑墙板的强度、耐磨性等,提高墙板使用寿命,加固部有效的提高热压粘合的牢固性,在基体上开设辅助槽,可以填充隔音材料、阻燃材料或保温材料等,能够提高墙板的隔音、阻燃、保温效果。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及墙板的技术领域,特别是一种木塑墙板及板材的技术领域。
【背景技术】
传统的建筑墙板大多采用钢筋混凝土或砖砌而成,随着我国建筑业的飞速发展,各种墙板应运而生,包括木塑板、木胶板、彩钢瓦、钢板等,如今墙板以其安装方便、节能环保、美观大方的优点广泛应用于建筑装饰领域,木塑板虽然具有绿色环保等优点,但是作为墙板时硬度不够,而粘黏钢板增强时,墙板的重量进一步的加大,现提供一种木塑墙板及板材。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种木塑墙板及板材,通过在木塑层(WPC)基体上复合单层或双层的铝板层或石塑(SPC)层,能够提高木塑墙板及板材的强度、耐磨性等,有效地提高墙板及板材使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种木塑墙板及板材,包括墙板板材基体和表层,所述表层通过胶水粘覆于墙板板材基体的表面,所述墙板板材基体为木塑层,所述表层为铝板层或石塑层。
作为优选,所述木塑层包括如下组分且各组分的质量比为:聚氯乙烯基体树脂80-100份、有机硅树脂12-18份、发泡剂0.5-1份、碳酸钙30-40份、植物纤维粉100-160份、偶联剂12-16份、补强剂4-6份、稳定剂2-4份,所述植物纤维粉为竹粉、木粉、秸秆粉、稻壳粉、椰壳粉中的一种或多种混合。
作为优选,所述墙板及板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A将聚氯乙烯基体树脂、有机硅树脂投入高速混料机中,在140-160℃下高温熔融共混25-35分钟,得到共混熔体;
B向共混熔体中加入植物纤维、碳酸钙,在100-120℃下混合搅拌20-35分钟,得到共混料;
C向共混料中加入发泡剂、偶联剂、补强剂、稳定剂,在140-160℃高温熔融共混25-35分钟得到熔融共混料,挤出发泡板材得到墙板板材基材;
D将胶粘剂涂覆在墙板板材基材的粘接面上,涂布量控制在75-95g/cm2,将铝板层或石塑层复合粘贴在一起,用压机压合成型,压机压力为1-5kg/cm2
作为优选,所述步骤D中采用热压机加温固化,压机工作温度范围70-80℃,固化时间为15-20分钟,从混胶开始5分钟内进行加压,压机压力为3-4kg/cm2
作为优选,所述步骤D中墙板板材基材的粘接面为其上表面、下表面中的一面或两面,所述粘接面上粘贴有铝板层或石塑层中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述墙板板材基材的粘接面所在侧均布有若干个凹槽,所述凹槽的截面形状为圆形、矩形或椭圆形,所述铝板层或石塑层的表层设有与凹槽相适配的加固凸起部,所述墙板板材基材的粘接面进行砂光处理,形成粗糙的粘黏面。
作为优选,所述墙板板材基材的粘接面所在侧均布有若干个辅助槽,所述辅助槽与表层构成安装腔,所述安装腔内填充有隔音材料、阻燃材料或保温材料中的一种。
作为优选,所述墙板板材基体的厚度为表层的厚度的6-8倍。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在木塑层基体上复合单层或双层的铝板层或石塑层的结构,能够提高木塑墙板及板材的强度、耐磨性等,有效地提高墙板及板材使用寿命,同时在增加加固部有效的提高热压粘合的牢固性,在基体上开设辅助槽,可以填充隔音材料、阻燃材料或保温材料等,能够提高墙板及板材的隔音、阻燃、保温效果。

【具体实施方式】
本发明一种木塑墙板及板材,包括墙板板材基体和表层,所述表层通过胶水粘覆于墙板板材基体的表面,所述墙板板材基体为木塑层,所述表层为铝板层或石塑层。
所述木塑层包括如下组分且各组分的质量比为:聚氯乙烯基体树脂80-100份、有机硅树脂12-18份、发泡剂0.5-1份、碳酸钙30-40份、植物纤维粉100-160份、偶联剂12-16份、补强剂4-6份、稳定剂2-4份,所述植物纤维粉为竹粉、木粉、秸秆粉、稻壳粉、椰壳粉中的一种或多种混合。所述墙板及板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A将聚氯乙烯基体树脂、有机硅树脂投入高速混料机中,在140-160℃下高温熔融共混25-35分钟,得到共混熔体;
B向共混熔体中加入植物纤维、碳酸钙,在100-120℃下混合搅拌20-35分钟,得到共混料;
C向共混料中加入发泡剂、偶联剂、补强剂、稳定剂,在140-160℃高温熔融共混25-35分钟得到熔融共混料,挤出发泡板材得到墙板板材基材;
D将胶粘剂涂覆在墙板板材基材的粘接面上,涂布量控制在75-95g/cm2,将铝板层或石塑层复合粘贴在一起,采用热压机加温固化,压机工作温度范围70-80℃,固化时间为15-20分钟,从混胶开始5分钟内进行加压,压机压力为3-4kg/cm2。墙板板材基材的粘接面为其上表面、下表面中的一面或两面,所述粘接面上粘贴有铝板层或石塑层中的一种或多种。
所述墙板板材基材的粘接面所在侧均布有若干个凹槽,所述凹槽的截面形状为圆形、矩形或椭圆形,所述铝板层或石塑层的表层设有与凹槽相适配的加固凸起部,所述墙板板材基材的粘接面进行砂光处理,形成粗糙的粘黏面。所述墙板板材基材的粘接面所在侧均布有若干个辅助槽,所述辅助槽与表层构成安装腔,所述安装腔内填充有隔音材料、阻燃材料或保温材料中的一种。
所述墙板板材基体的厚度为表层的厚度的6-8倍。
本发明通过在木塑层基体上复合单层或双层的铝板层或石塑层的结构,能够提高木塑墙板的强度、耐磨性等,有效地提高墙板及板材使用寿命,同时在增加加固部有效的提高热压粘合的牢固性,在基体上开设辅助槽,可以填充隔音材料、阻燃材料或保温材料等,能够提高墙板及板材的隔音、阻燃、保温效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:包括墙板板材基体和表层,所述表层通过胶水粘覆于墙板板材基体的表面,所述墙板板材基体为木塑层,所述表层为铝板层或石塑层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述木塑层包括如下组分且各组分的质量比为:聚氯乙烯基体树脂80-100份、有机硅树脂12-18份、发泡剂0.5-1份、碳酸钙30-40份、植物纤维粉100-160份、偶联剂12-16份、补强剂4-6份、稳定剂2-4份,所述植物纤维粉为竹粉、木粉、秸秆粉、稻壳粉、椰壳粉中的一种或多种混合。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述墙板板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A 将聚氯乙烯基体树脂、有机硅树脂投入高速混料机中,在140-160℃下高温熔融共混25-35分钟,得到共混熔体;
B 向共混熔体中加入植物纤维、碳酸钙,在100-120℃下混合搅拌20-35分钟,得到共混料;
C 向共混料中加入发泡剂、偶联剂、补强剂、稳定剂,在140-160℃高温熔融共混25-35分钟得到熔融共混料,挤出发泡板材得到墙板板材基材;
D 将胶粘剂涂覆在墙板板材基材的粘接面上,涂布量控制在75-95g/cm2,将铝板层或石塑层复合粘贴在一起,用压机压合成型,压机压力为1-5kg/cm2
4.如权利要求3所述的一种木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述步骤D中采用热压机加温固化,压机工作温度范围70-80℃,固化时间为15-20分钟,从混胶开始5分钟内进行加压,压机压力为3-4kg/cm2
5.如权利要求3所述的一种木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述步骤D中墙板板材基材的粘接面为其上表面、下表面中的一面或两面,所述粘接面上粘贴有铝板层或石塑层中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述墙板板材基材的粘接面所在侧均布有若干个凹槽,所述凹槽的截面形状为圆形、矩形或椭圆形,所述铝板层或石塑层的表层设有与凹槽相适配的加固凸起部,所述墙板板材基材的粘接面进行砂光处理,形成粗糙的粘黏面。
7.如权利要求3所述的一种木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述墙板板材基材的粘接面所在侧均布有若干个辅助槽,所述辅助槽与表层构成安装腔,所述安装腔内填充有隔音材料、阻燃材料或保温材料中的一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述墙板板材基体的厚度为表层的厚度的6-8倍。
