A shaver comprises a shaver handle, a shaver holder, an adjusting frame, a first sliding sleeve and an elastic sheet, wherein the shaver handle is used for shaving and holding; the blade holder is arranged at one end of the cutter handle and is used for being detachably connected with the shaving blade; the adjusting frame is movably sleeved on the cutter handle and is used for abutting against the shaver blade to adjust the shaving angle; the first sliding sleeve is movably sleeved on the cutter handle; the moving direction of the elastic sheet relative to the first sliding sleeve is obliquely arranged, one end of the elastic sheet is abutted to the tool shank, the other end of the elastic sheet is abutted to the adjusting frame, the first sliding sleeve is pressed against the elastic sheet, and the adjusting frame moves relative to the tool shank by changing the pressing position of the first sliding sleeve on the elastic sheet.
Above-mentioned razor, the blade frame of being connected can be dismantled with razor blade sets up in the one end of handle of a knife, and the cover is equipped with the alignment jig that can move relative to the handle of a knife on the handle of a knife, the one end and the handle of a knife butt of shell fragment, the other end and the alignment jig butt of shell fragment, the movably cover of first sliding sleeve is established on the handle of a knife, first sliding sleeve and shell fragment butt. The pressing position of the elastic sheet by the first sliding sleeve is changed by moving the first sliding sleeve. When the distance between the two ends of the elastic sheet in the moving direction of the first sliding sleeve is increased, the elastic sheet pushes the adjusting frame to move towards the direction close to the blade frame, and the adjusting frame pushes the shaving blades and changes the shaving angles of the shaving blades; when the distance between the two ends of the elastic sheet in the moving direction of the first sliding sleeve is reduced, the shaving blade abutted to the adjusting frame pushes the adjusting frame to move in the direction away from the blade frame and enables the adjusting frame to abut to the elastic sheet, and the shaving angle of the shaving blade is changed. Because the elastic sheet is arranged in an inclined manner relative to the moving direction of the first sliding sleeve, the first sliding sleeve cannot push the elastic sheet to move integrally relative to the tool shank, and only the elastic sheet can push the adjusting frame to move. So the first sliding sleeve of accessible control comes the moving range of control alignment jig to the deformation volume of pressing of shell fragment, and then the relative position of control alignment jig and blade frame, has avoided alignment jig and blade frame to make the razor damaged because the butt, and then has improved user's the experience of shaving from shaving comfort level and the angle of shaving safety. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
with reference to fig. 1, the present invention provides a razor, including a handle 100, a blade holder 200, an adjusting bracket 300, a first sliding sleeve 400 and a spring 500, wherein the handle 100 is used for holding a razor; the blade holder 200 is arranged at one end of the handle 100, and the blade holder 200 is detachably connected with the shaving blade; the adjusting bracket 300 is movably sleeved on the handle 100, and the adjusting bracket 300 is used for abutting against the razor blade to adjust the shaving angle; the first sliding sleeve 400 is movably sleeved on the knife handle 100; the moving direction of the shrapnel 500 relative to the first sliding sleeve 400 is obliquely arranged, one end of the shrapnel 500 is abutted to the handle 100, the other end of the shrapnel 500 is abutted to the adjusting frame 300, the first sliding sleeve 400 is pressed against the shrapnel 500, and the adjusting frame 300 is moved relative to the handle 100 by changing the pressing position of the first sliding sleeve 400 to the shrapnel 500.
Above-mentioned razor, the blade frame 200 of being connected can be dismantled with the razor blade sets up in the one end of handle of a knife 100, and the cover is equipped with the alignment jig 300 that can move relative to handle of a knife 100 on handle of a knife 100, and the one end and the handle of a knife 100 butt of shell fragment 500, the other end and the alignment jig 300 butt of shell fragment 500, the movably cover of first sliding sleeve 400 is established on handle of a knife 100, first sliding sleeve 400 and shell fragment 500 butt. The pressing position of the shrapnel 500 by the first sliding sleeve 400 is changed by moving the first sliding sleeve 400. When the distance between the two ends of the elastic sheet 500 in the moving direction of the first sliding sleeve 400 is increased, the elastic sheet 500 pushes the adjusting frame 300 to move towards the direction close to the blade holder 200, and the adjusting frame 300 pushes the shaving blades and changes the shaving angles of the shaving blades; when the distance between the two ends of the elastic strip 500 in the moving direction of the first sliding sleeve 400 is reduced, the shaving blade abutted against the adjusting frame 300 pushes the adjusting frame 300 to move in a direction away from the blade frame 200, and the adjusting frame 300 is abutted against the elastic strip 500, so that the shaving angle of the shaving blade is changed. Because the elastic sheet 500 is inclined relative to the moving direction of the first sliding sleeve 400, the first sliding sleeve 400 cannot push the elastic sheet 500 to move integrally relative to the tool holder 100, and only the elastic sheet 500 can push the adjusting frame 300 to move. Therefore, the moving range of the adjusting frame 300 can be controlled by controlling the pressing deformation of the elastic sheet 500 by the first sliding sleeve 400, and then the relative position of the adjusting frame 300 and the blade frame 200 is controlled, so that the condition that the shaver is damaged due to the abutting connection between the adjusting frame 300 and the blade frame 200 is avoided, and the shaving experience of a user is improved from the aspects of shaving comfort and shaving safety. In use: when the first sliding sleeve 400 moves along the handle 100 in a direction approaching the blade holder 200, one end of the elastic piece 500 abutting against the adjusting frame 300 pushes the adjusting frame 300 to move towards the blade holder 200, and the adjusting frame 300 pushes the shaving blade to change the shaving angle of the shaving blade.
referring to fig. 2, in particular, the adjusting frame 300 is provided with a pushing block 310, the blade holder 200 is provided with a guide hole 210 corresponding to the shaving blade, and the pushing block 310 pushes the shaving blade through the guide hole 210 to change the shaving angle of the shaving blade when the adjusting frame 300 moves relative to the blade holder 200.
With reference to fig. 2, specifically, the elastic sheet 500 includes a first elastic arm section 510 and a second elastic arm section 520 connected to form an included angle, the first elastic arm section 510 abuts against the handle 100, the second elastic arm section 520 abuts against the adjusting frame 300, the first elastic arm section 510 is disposed in an inclined manner relative to the moving direction of the first sliding sleeve 400, and the first sliding sleeve 400 presses against the first elastic arm section 510. Because the first elastic arm section 510 and the second elastic arm section 520 are connected at an included angle, when the adjusting frame 300 is pushed by the deformation of the first elastic arm section 510 and the second elastic arm section 520, the first elastic arm section 510 cannot move relative to the handle, and the second elastic arm section 520 cannot move relative to the adjusting frame 300, so that the problem of sound caused by movement between the first elastic arm section 510 and the handle 100 and between the second elastic arm section 520 and the adjusting frame 300 is solved.
it should be noted that in the present embodiment, the shrapnel 500 includes a first shrapnel arm section 510 and a second shrapnel arm section 520, and in other embodiments, the shrapnel 500 may have a plurality of shrapnel arm sections.
Specifically, the first sliding sleeve 400 is in threaded engagement with the tool handle 100, and the first sliding sleeve 400 is moved relative to the tool handle 100 by rotating the first sliding sleeve 400 relative to the tool handle 100. The screw-thread fit transmission is simple and the structure is compact.
Further, referring to fig. 6, a first limit anti-rotation groove 410 and a second limit anti-rotation groove 420 which are matched with the elastic sheet 500 are formed in the inner wall of the first sliding sleeve 400, the first limit anti-rotation groove 410 and the second limit anti-rotation groove 420 are arranged at intervals, and the groove walls of the first limit anti-rotation groove 410 and the second limit anti-rotation groove 420 limit the first sliding sleeve 400 to rotate between the first limit anti-rotation groove 410 and the second limit anti-rotation groove 420 relative to the tool handle 100, so as to limit the moving range of the first sliding sleeve 400 relative to the tool handle 100. It should be noted that, the structure for limiting the relative movement range of the first sliding sleeve 400 and the tool handle 100 may be a limiting protrusion disposed on the tool handle 100, or a limiting stopper disposed on the first sliding sleeve 400, in addition to the first limiting rotation-stopping groove 410 and the second limiting rotation-stopping groove 420, and the rotation range of the first sliding sleeve 400 on the tool handle 100 is limited by the cooperation between the limiting stopper and the tool handle 100. Here, the sliding range of the first sliding sleeve 400 relative to the tool handle 100 can be limited by the rotation stop limit of the first sliding sleeve 400. And at the same time, the adjusting bracket 300 and the blade holder 200 are further prevented from being damaged due to rigid contact.
Further, a gear groove 430 matched with the elastic sheet 500 is arranged on the inner wall of the first sliding sleeve 400, the gear groove 430 is located between the first limit rotation-stopping groove 410 and the second limit rotation-stopping groove 420, and when the first sliding sleeve 400 rotates between the first limit rotation-stopping groove 410 and the second limit rotation-stopping groove 420, the relative position of the adjusting frame 300 and the blade holder 200 is prompted through the abutting matching of the groove wall of the gear groove 430 and the elastic sheet 500. Because the elastic sheet 500 is elastically pressed and abutted against the first sliding sleeve 400, when the elastic sheet 500 is matched with the gear groove 430, the first limiting rotation stopping groove 410 and the second limiting rotation stopping groove 420, the shape of the elastic sheet 500 changes suddenly, and then gear prompt sounds are sent out between the elastic sheet 500 and the first limiting rotation stopping groove 410, the second limiting rotation stopping groove 420 and the gear groove 430. The plurality of gear grooves 430 are disposed between the first limit rotation stopping groove 410 and the second limit rotation stopping groove 420.
Specifically, the inner wall of the first sliding sleeve 400 is provided with a plurality of rotation stopping surfaces and guide surfaces for abutting and matching with the elastic sheet 500, the first limiting rotation stopping groove 410 and the second limiting rotation stopping groove 420 are formed by matching opposite rotation stopping surfaces and guide surfaces, and the gear groove 430 is formed by matching two opposite guide surfaces. It should be noted that the rotation stopping surface is perpendicular to the deformation direction of the elastic sheet, and the guide surface forms an included angle with the deformation direction of the elastic sheet. The elastic sheet 500 enters and exits the first limit rotation stopping groove 410 and the second limit rotation stopping groove 420 through the guide surface, and the elastic sheet 500 is limited in the first limit rotation stopping groove 410 and the second limit rotation stopping groove 420 through the rotation stopping surface; the gear groove 430 is provided with opposite guide surfaces, and the spring plate 500 enters and exits the gear groove 430 through the guide surfaces.

In use, the first blade cover 611 and the second blade cover 612 are rotated closed by rotating the knob 710. After the first blade cover 611 and the second blade cover 612 are closed, the support rod 120 cannot move in a direction away from the blade holder 200, at this time, if the knob 710 is rotated continuously, the second sliding sleeve 720 will compress the elastic element 800 continuously, when the elastic element 800 is compressed to be unable to be compressed, both the first blade cover 611 and the second blade cover 612 will come into rigid abutment with the blade holder 200, and further, a breakage may occur between the blade cover 610 and the blade holder 200. The moving range of the second sliding sleeve 720 can be effectively controlled by the arranged retainer ring 740, so that the blade cover 610 is prevented from being rigidly abutted against the blade holder 200, and the use safety is ensured.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the parts forming the shaver, except the retainer ring 740, the collar 730, the resilient piece 500 and the elastic piece 80, are formed by die casting, wherein the supporting rod 120 and the cover holder 620 are integrally die cast, and the adjusting holder 300 and the pushing block 310 are integrally die cast.
