技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟烟油过滤技术领域,具体涉及一种烟用爆珠。
背景技术
烟用爆珠技术是利用天然或合成高分子材料将固体、液体或气体经包裹所形成的一种具有半透膜或密封囊膜的胶囊技术。目前国内也已有相关产品上市,但所产爆珠存在圆度不够,没有美观的外形;爆珠中大多数里面的包液都是香精之类物料,用于改善烟草口味的,增加吸烟口感的舒适度;
烟草燃烧时释放的烟雾中含有3800多种已知的化学物质,绝大部分对人体有害,其中包括一氧化碳、尼古丁等生物碱、胺类、腈类、醉类、酚类、烷烃、醛类、氮氧化物,多环芳烃、杂环族化合物、羟基化合物、重金属元素、有机农药等,范围很广,它们有多种生物学作用,对人体造成各种危害,现有设计一款爆珠吸附卷烟中的有害物质,是为大意。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种烟用爆珠,克服了现有技术的不足,产品吸附油烟效率高,工艺简单,耗能小,绿色环保。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种烟用爆珠,包括外包薄膜和包液,所述包液设置于外包薄膜内进行密封,所述的包液为果胶液,所述果胶液质量浓度1%-3%。
所述爆珠中果胶液为0.1-0.3ml。
所述外包薄膜由以下重量份比的组分组成:水20份,明胶3-5份,变性淀粉0.2-0.5份,增塑剂0.8-1.2份,海藻酸钠0.3-0.5份。
(三)有益效果
本发明实施例提供了一种烟用爆珠。具备以下有益效果:本发明产品吸附油烟效率高,工艺简单,耗能小,绿色环保。

2.如权利要求1所述的烟用爆珠,其特征在于:所述爆珠中果胶液为0.1-0.3ml。
3.如权利要求1所述的烟用爆珠,其特征在于:所述外包薄膜由以下重量份比的组分组成:水20份,明胶3-5份,变性淀粉0.2-0.5份,增塑剂0.8-1.2份,海藻酸钠0.3-0.5份。
