The first flap 71 extends upwardly along the back of the base layer of the first wall panel 2 or the back of the base layer of the second wall panel 3 to provide positioning for the first wall panel 2 and the second wall panel 3, while the third flap 75 may also be secured to the base layer of the first wall panel 2 or the second wall panel 3 by screws or the like.
The frame is formed by connecting square tubes and three-way corner brackets, the three-way corner brackets are used for connecting the square tubes at the top corners of the frame, and the bottom of the frame is fixed through a connecting piece to fix the frame on the indoor ground.
The external corner trimming assembly in any embodiment is suitable for indoor assembly type decoration, all parts are industrially produced in factories, only simple installation is needed on a decoration site, no skilled technical workers are needed on the site, too much construction time is not needed, quick construction is realized, and the condition that the traditional decoration operation site is dirty is avoided.
The embodiment provides an installation method of the external corner trimming assembly, which comprises the following steps: intersecting and fixing the first wall panel 2 and the second wall panel 3; a first external corner panel 411 of the external corner 41 of the external corner trimming strip is attached to the facing layer of the first wall panel 2, and a second external corner panel 412 of the external corner 41 is attached to the facing layer of the second wall panel 3. The installation method of the external corner edge folding assembly can be used for rapidly completing the installation of the wall panel at the external corner of the frame, reduces the labor intensity and saves the construction cost.
The embodiment provides another installation method of the external corner trimming assembly, which comprises the following steps:
s101, horizontally fixing the first wall panel 2 to be horizontally placed. Fixing the first wall panel 2 horizontally may facilitate assembly of other components.
S102, installing an external corner edging strip, and enabling the surface layer of the first wall panel 2 to be fixed in the first limiting part of the external corner edging strip. In the step, the external corner trimming strip can be tapped by a rubber hammer, so that the external corner trimming strip can be fully connected.
S103, installing the external corner upright 1, and fixing the external corner upright 1 in the fixing area of the external corner trimming strip. When the external corner upright 1 is installed, glue can be coated on the external corner edging strip at a position contacted with the external corner upright 1 in a dot-like way, so that the external corner upright 1 is fixed on the external corner edging strip.
And S104, mounting a second wall panel 3, and fixing the end surface of the surface layer of the second wall panel 3 in a second limiting part of the external corner trimming strip.
S105, installing a fixing plate, fixing a first panel of the fixing plate to the back surface of the base layer of the first wall panel 2, and fixing a second panel of the fixing plate to the back surface of the base layer of the second wall panel 3.
And S106, mounting the combined external corner trimming assembly on a frame, wherein the external corner upright 1 is fixed on the external corner of the frame, and the mounting of the external corner trimming assembly is completed.
The installation method of the external corner edge folding assembly can be used for rapidly completing the installation of the wall panel at the external corner of the frame, reduces the labor intensity and saves the construction cost.
