本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域，具体讲是一种仿真丝保健功能面料制备工艺。
背景技术：
随着人们生活水平的提高，市场服装面料的需求走势趋向环保、保健、超柔体感方面发展，但现有的人造纤维与真丝相比仍然缺乏保健功能，手感也逊于真丝，无法满足高端需求。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种具有纤维真丝般的柔软性、又具有保湿、抗氧化、防止肌肤过快老化的保健功能的仿真丝功能面料的仿真丝保健功能面料制备工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是，提供一种仿真丝保健功能面料制备工艺，它包括以下步骤，
首先，将莫代尔92.6％，氨纶7.4％混织成氨纶汗布，进行环保染色、烘干备用；
然后，按50g/L的PARAFOME SHB(乳木果油加工剂)调配好，定型机150℃×20y过浆槽成品定型，形成仿真丝保健功能面料。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：在人造纤维具有手感柔软，穿着透气舒适，染色鲜艳的基础上得到具有抗氧化，防衰老，真丝般爽滑手感的仿真丝保健功能面料，其手感与真丝无异，柔软顺滑。

一种仿真丝保健功能面料制备工艺，它包括以下步骤，
首先，将莫代尔92.6％，氨纶7.4％混织成氨纶汗布，进行环保染色、烘干备用；
然后，按50g/L的PARAFOME SHB(乳木果油加工剂)调配好，定型机150℃×20y过浆槽成品定型，形成仿真丝保健功能面料。
主要技术参数
莫代尔92.6％，氨纶7.4％；甲醛含量：≤75mg/kg；PH值(5.4)4.0-8.5之间；起球(780cN，600r)≥3；顶破强力(钢球直径为：38±0.02mm)(422N)≥150N；水洗尺寸变化率(纤维素纤维总含量50％及以上)(1×5A)：直向(-0.8)-7.0～+3.0％，横向(-3.1)-9.0～+2.0％；水洗后扭曲率(4.3％)：≤5.0％；平方米干燥质量：186.7g/m2；可分解致癌致癌芳香胺染料：≤20mg/kg。
通过上述工艺，利用人造纤维具有手感柔软，穿着透气舒适，染色鲜艳的特点，以此为基质，再加入具有超柔滑爽手感，抗氧化、保湿、防止肌肤老化的乳木果油加工剂，形成仿真丝保健功能面料，其适用范围广，市场前景好。
