Abstract
A pipeline butt welding positioning device, a positioning system and a construction method thereof, comprises a support pipe rack, a travelling mechanism, a six-way hydraulic device and a positioner. Socket connectors of the travelling mechanism are correspondingly inserted in the support four outer ports of the main pipe frame of the pipe frame; the connecting insertion pipe of the six-way hydraulic device is correspondingly inserted into one port of the spigot and socket pipe of the supporting pipe rack; the connecting pipe head of the locator is correspondingly inserted into the outer end head of the hydraulic unit of the six-way hydraulic device. Background
The length of the common pipeline is 3-9m, the seamless steel pipe can reach 12m, when the pipeline is needed to be butt welded, the pipeline is not easy to be centered during butt welding due to the small wall thickness of DN400-DN1000 pipeline walls, and the axis of the pipeline is deviated after the pipeline is welded. At present, a device for butt welding a pipeline is a fixed device which generally adopts a self-customized bracket and is assisted by workers for welding, under the condition, for welding a large pipeline, the time and the labor are wasted, and the axle center deviation of the welded pipeline is larger.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pipeline butt welding positioning device, a positioning system and a construction method thereof, which aim to solve the problems that a pipeline is difficult to center and the axis deviation of the centered pipeline is large.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a pipeline butt welding positioning device comprises a supporting pipe frame, a traveling mechanism, a six-way hydraulic device and a positioner.

The socket connectors of the travelling mechanism are correspondingly inserted into four outer ports of the main pipe frame of the support pipe frame; the connecting insertion pipe of the six-way hydraulic device is correspondingly inserted into one port of the spigot-and-socket pipe of the supporting pipe rack; the connecting pipe head of the positioner is correspondingly inserted into the outer end head of the hydraulic unit of the six-way hydraulic device.
The main pipe frames of the support pipe frames are identical in length along the four directions.
The centering plate is strip-shaped and is bent towards one side of the connecting pipe head;
the whole rectangular plate body that is of division board, its both sides limit and topside are the straight flange, the base is the arc limit of inwards bending, and the radian of arc limit is unanimous with the crooked radian of centering board to set up along the major axis of centering board.
The arc length and the width of the centering plate are equal.
The thickness of the partition plate is 2mm.
The positioning system applying the pipeline butt welding positioning device comprises an original pipeline, a pipeline butt welding positioning device arranged in the original pipeline and a butt joint pipeline in butt joint with the original pipeline.

the invention realizes accurate centering and accurate butt welding connection between the original pipeline and the butt-jointed pipeline through the pipeline butt welding positioning device consisting of the support pipe rack, the travelling mechanism, the six-way hydraulic device and the positioner; through the spacing action of the spacing plates of the positioners, a spacing gap is formed between the original pipeline and the butt welding pipeline, the welding connection construction between the pipelines is facilitated, and the welding effect between the pipelines is enhanced; the accurate centering of the original pipeline and the butt welding pipeline is realized through the matching of the centering plate of the positioner and the six-way hydraulic device, the operation is simple, the judgment is convenient, namely, when the centering plate is tightly attached to the inner wall of the pipeline, the centering of the pipeline is confirmed; the positioner is spliced on the six-way hydraulic device, so that the replacement is convenient; the travelling wheel arranged on the pipeline butt welding positioning device is convenient for the movement of the device in the original pipeline.
The invention has simple structure, convenient manufacture and simple and quick operation, replaces the traditional bracket to be assisted by manual fixation, accelerates the connection speed of the pipeline and improves the construction efficiency.
The invention can be widely applied to pipeline connecting systems.

1-4, a pipeline butt welding positioning device is applicable to a pipeline with DN400-DN1000, and can also be used for a pipe gallery, and comprises a support pipe rack 1, a travelling mechanism, a six-way hydraulic device 2 and a positioner 3; the support pipe rack 1 is a steel pipe rack and comprises a main pipe rack arranged in a cross shape and a socket pipe vertically and penetratingly connected to the center of the main pipe rack; the travelling mechanism comprises a tubular socket joint 4 and travelling wheels 5 connected to the outer ports of the socket joint 4, and the travelling wheels 5 are universal wheels; the six-way hydraulic device 2 comprises a connecting cannula and hydraulic device units vertically connected to the outer port of the connecting cannula, wherein the hydraulic device units are arranged at six and even intervals; in order to ensure the centering accuracy of the pipeline, the requirement on the dimensional accuracy is high when the six-way hydraulic device is customized, and the positioner is matched with the pipeline for production at a pipeline manufacturer; referring to fig. 5 and 6, the positioner 3 comprises a connecting pipe head, a circular arc-shaped centering plate connected to an outer port of the connecting pipe head, and a spacing plate vertically connected to the middle of the outer surface of the centering plate; the socket connectors 4 of the travelling mechanism are correspondingly inserted into four outer ports of the main pipe frame of the support pipe frame 1, and the length of the socket connectors 4 inserted into the support pipe frame 1 can be properly adjusted according to the inner diameter of the pipeline; the connecting insertion pipe of the six-way hydraulic device 2 is correspondingly inserted into one port of the spigot-and-socket pipe of the support pipe rack 1; the connecting pipe head of the positioner 3 is correspondingly inserted into the outer end head of the hydraulic unit of the six-way hydraulic device 2; the main pipe frames of the support pipe frames 1 are identical in arrangement length along four directions; the centering plate is strip-shaped and is bent towards one side of the connecting pipe head; the whole space board is a rectangular board body, the two side edges and the top edge of the space board are straight edges, the bottom edge of the space board is an inward curved arc edge, the radian of the arc edge is consistent with the bending radian of the centering board, and the space board is arranged along the long axis of the centering board; the centering plate is an iron plate, and the arc length is equal to the width and is 15cm; the spacing plate is an iron plate, and has a thickness of 2mm and a width of 15cm.
The positioning system using the pipeline butt welding positioning device comprises an original pipeline 6, a pipeline butt welding positioning device arranged in the original pipeline 6 and a butt joint pipeline 7 in butt joint with the original pipeline 6; one side of a centering plate of the pipeline butt welding positioning device is abutted against the inner wall of the original pipeline 6, the other side of the centering plate is clamped in the butt welding pipeline 7, the spacing plate is positioned outside the port of the original pipeline 6 and clamped at the butt joint seam between the original pipeline 6 and the butt welding pipeline 7, and the travelling wheel 5 is abutted against the inner wall of the original pipeline 6; the central axis of the pipeline butt welding positioning device is coincident with the central axis of the original pipeline 6; the bending radian of the centering plate is consistent with the radian of the inner wall of the original pipeline 6; the distance between the two symmetrically arranged travelling wheels 5 is adapted to the inner diameter of the original pipeline 6.
The construction method of the positioning system of the pipeline butt welding positioning device comprises the following steps:
step one, the original pipe 6 is fixed.
