本发明涉及一种负压引流装置,具体涉及一种防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置。
背景技术
目前,各种急慢性创面、溃疡等发病率高,是常见病和多发病。传统的创面换药和引流等治疗方法存在创面易感染、周期长、病人痛苦和医护人员工作量大等问题。负压伤口治疗是近年发展起来的一种新的伤口治疗技术,具体治疗方法是:使用多孔创面敷料覆盖或填充皮肤或软组织缺损的创面,再使用医用半透膜对其封闭,使其形成一个密闭的空间,最后将引流管和负压源连接,通过可控制的负压来促进伤口愈合。该治疗方法能够加速创面部位血液循环,刺激肉芽的生长,减少水肿和创面污染,促进创面愈合。但是在使用过程中随着渗出物的增多和干涸,容易堵塞敷料的孔隙,引起敷料引流不畅,影响治疗效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,它采用冲洗管对粘稠积液清洗,同时,通过设置尖刺对块状引出物进行破碎和阻挡,有效避免通孔的堵塞问题,保证了引流畅通。

一种防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,包括医用海绵敷料、吸盘、引流管和冲洗管,其特征在于,所述吸盘包括生物半透膜和位于生物半透膜中间的圆盘本体,所述圆盘本体包括圆盘座、设于圆盘座内的导流座以及设有圆盘座顶部的管接头;所述圆盘座的底面设置于所述医用海绵敷料的上表面上,所述导流座的底面与所述医用海绵敷料的上表面接触;所述导流座上设有若干导流通道;所述管接头包括相互独立的冲洗通道和引流通道;所述冲洗通道和引流通道分别与所述导流通道连通;所述引流通道的内壁上设有若干尖刺部;
所述冲洗管的一端插接于所述冲洗通道中,其另一端设有可拆式封盖;
所述引流管的一端插接于所述引流通道中,其另一端设有用于与负压源连接的负压接头。

成型步骤:将所述第二混合溶液注入模具中,所述第二混合溶液在所述模具中的厚度为10μm-30μm,5℃下静置5-7h,随后在(-30)℃-(-60)℃冷冻12-18h,再在20℃-30℃解冻2-4h,重复冷冻和解冻2-4次,得到凝胶;将所述凝胶依次冷冻干燥、剪裁包装和灭菌后,得到医用海绵敷料。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的负压引流装置采用冲洗管对粘稠积液清洗,同时,通过设置尖刺对块状引出物进行破碎和阻挡,有效避免通孔的堵塞问题,保证了引流畅通。
2、本发明的医用海绵敷料包括芦荟提取物、蛇莓提取物、金龙胆草提取物、黄山药提取物,芦荟是一种药用价值很高的草本植物,它具有抑菌、消炎、免疫调节、促肉芽组织形成、保湿和镇痛等药理作用,可用于抗菌、消肿生肌、修复组织损伤和促进创面愈合等。黄山药为缠绕藤本,现代药理研究表明,其具有解毒消肿,止痛的功效;金龙胆草,为菊科植物,具有清热消炎,泻火解毒的功效;其提取物临床上常用于急性黄疸型肝炎,牙痛,慢性气管炎,口腔炎,咽喉炎,扁桃体炎,肾炎等辅助治疗;蛇莓作为常用中药,在中国具有悠久的药用历史,历代本草皆有收载,具有清热解毒、活血散瘀、收敛止血作用,又能治毒蛇咬伤,敷治疔疮等,对金黄色葡萄球菌、志贺痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌有抑制作用。本发明通过芦荟提取物、蛇莓提取物、金龙胆草提取物、黄山药提取物的合理配比,达到了具有消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的功效。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施例方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。除特殊说明的之外,本实施例中所采用到的材料及设备均可从市场购得。
实施例1:
参照图1,本实施例的一种防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,包括医用海绵敷料10、吸盘、引流管30和冲洗管40;
吸盘包括生物半透膜21和位于生物半透膜21中间的圆盘本体,圆盘本体包括圆盘座22、设于圆盘座22内的导流座23以及设有圆盘座22顶部的管接头24;圆盘座22的底面设置于医用海绵敷料10的上表面上,导流座23的底面与医用海绵敷料10的上表面接触;导流座23上设有若干导流通道231;管接头24包括相互独立的冲洗通道241和引流通道242;冲洗通道241和引流通道242分别与导流通道231连通;引流通道242的内壁上设有若干尖刺部;
冲洗管30的一端插接于冲洗通道241中,其另一端设有可拆式封盖31;
引流管40的一端插接于引流通道242中,其另一端设有用于与负压源连接的负压接头41。
作为优选的实施方式,夹角a为45°。这样设计,能够使得提高破碎效果。
作为优选的实施方式,尖刺部包括第一尖刺部51和第二尖刺部52;第一尖刺部51至引流通道242的入口的距离为L1,第二尖刺部52至引流通道242的入口的距离为L2;第一尖刺部51的长度为H1,第二尖刺部52的长度为H2;其中,L1<L2,H1<H2。这样设计,能够使得块状引出物进行逐层破碎,进一步改善破碎效果。
实施例2:
本实施例的特点是:医用海绵敷料由按重量份计的以下原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇93份、芦荟提取物1.5份、蛇莓提取物1.5份、金龙胆草提取物1.5份、黄山药提取物1.5份、抗菌剂1。抗菌剂为纳米银。
医用海绵敷料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
备料步骤:将芦荟提取物溶解后,得到芦荟水溶液;将蛇莓提取物溶解后,得到蛇莓水溶液;将金龙胆草提取物溶解后,得到金龙胆草水溶液;将黄山药提取物溶解后,得到黄山药水溶液;将聚乙烯醇材料溶解后,得到聚乙烯醇水溶液;
混合步骤:将芦荟水溶液、蛇莓水溶液、金龙胆草水溶液、黄山药水溶液和聚乙烯醇水溶液混合,得到第一混合溶液;然后在第一混合溶液中加入抗菌剂,搅拌均匀后,得到第二混合溶液;
成型步骤:将第二混合溶液注入模具中,第二混合溶液在模具中的厚度为10μm-30μm,5℃下静置5-7h,随后在(-30)℃-(-60)℃冷冻12-18h,再在20℃-30℃解冻2-4h,重复冷冻和解冻2-4次,得到凝胶;将凝胶依次冷冻干燥、剪裁包装和灭菌后,得到医用海绵敷料。
其它与实施例1相同。
实施例3:
本实施例的特点是:医用海绵敷料由按重量份计的以下原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇90份、芦荟提取物2份、蛇莓提取物2份、金龙胆草提取物2份、黄山药提取物2份、抗菌剂2份。抗菌剂为聚六亚甲基胍。
其它与实施例2相同。
实施例4:
本实施例的特点是:医用海绵敷料由按重量份计的以下原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇95份、芦荟提取物1份、蛇莓提取物1份、金龙胆草提取物1份、黄山药提取物1份、抗菌剂1份。
其它与实施例2相同。
其它实施例:
夹角a为30°或60°。
性能检测:
本发明测试了该医用海绵敷料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌实验,本实施例2-4制得的医用海绵敷料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果均很好,经计算,该海绵样品对大肠杆菌和金色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果均可达99%以上,具有很强的抗菌效果,适合用作感染创面的敷料,其中,实施例2的抗菌效果最佳,达到99.9%。

Claims (9)
1.一种防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,包括医用海绵敷料、吸盘、引流管和冲洗管,其特征在于,所述吸盘包括生物半透膜和位于生物半透膜中间的圆盘本体,所述圆盘本体包括圆盘座、设于圆盘座内的导流座以及设有圆盘座顶部的管接头;所述圆盘座的底面设置于所述医用海绵敷料的上表面上,所述导流座的底面与所述医用海绵敷料的上表面接触;所述导流座上设有若干导流通道;所述管接头包括相互独立的冲洗通道和引流通道;所述冲洗通道和引流通道分别与所述导流通道连通;所述引流通道的内壁上设有若干尖刺部;
所述冲洗管的一端插接于所述冲洗通道中,其另一端设有可拆式封盖;
所述引流管的一端插接于所述引流通道中,其另一端设有用于与负压源连接的负压接头。
2.如权利要求1所述的防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,其特征在于,所述尖刺部与所述引流通道的侧壁之间形成夹角a,所述夹角a为30-60°。
3.如权利要求2所述的防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,其特征在于,所述夹角a为45°。
4.如权利要求2所述的防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,其特征在于,所述尖刺部包括第一尖刺部和第二尖刺部;所述第一尖刺部至所述引流通道的入口的距离为L1,所述第二尖刺部至所述引流通道的入口的距离为L2;所述第一尖刺部的长度为H1,所述第二尖刺部的长度为H2;其中,L1<L2,H1<H2。
5.如权利要求1所述的防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,其特征在于,所述医用海绵敷料包括聚乙烯醇以及负载于聚乙烯醇上的芦荟提取物、蛇莓提取物、金龙胆草提取物、黄山药提取物、抗菌剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,其特征在于,所述医用海绵敷料由按重量份计的以下原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇90-95份、芦荟提取物1-2份、蛇莓提取物1-2份、金龙胆草提取物1-2份、黄山药提取物1-2份、抗菌剂1-2。
7.如权利要求6所述的防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,其特征在于,所述医用海绵敷料由按重量份计的以下原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇93份、芦荟提取物1.5份、蛇莓提取物1.5份、金龙胆草提取物1.5份、黄山药提取物1.5份、抗菌剂1。
8.如权利要求5所述的防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为纳米银或聚六亚甲基胍。
9.如权利要求6所述的防堵塞吸盘式负压引流装置,其特征在于,所述医用海绵敷料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
备料步骤:将芦荟提取物溶解后,得到芦荟水溶液;将蛇莓提取物溶解后,得到蛇莓水溶液;将金龙胆草提取物溶解后,得到金龙胆草水溶液;将黄山药提取物溶解后,得到黄山药水溶液;将聚乙烯醇材料溶解后,得到聚乙烯醇水溶液;
混合步骤:将所述芦荟水溶液、蛇莓水溶液、金龙胆草水溶液、黄山药水溶液和所述聚乙烯醇水溶液混合,得到第一混合溶液;然后在所述第一混合溶液中加入抗菌剂,搅拌均匀后,得到第二混合溶液;
成型步骤:将所述第二混合溶液注入模具中,所述第二混合溶液在所述模具中的厚度为10μm-30μm,5℃下静置5-7h,随后在(-30)℃-(-60)℃冷冻12-18h,再在20℃-30℃解冻2-4h,重复冷冻和解冻2-4次,得到凝胶;将所述凝胶依次冷冻干燥、剪裁包装和灭菌后,得到医用海绵敷料。
