本发明公开了一种降低奶牛***炎发病率的保护膏，所述保护膏的成分为籽瓜汁液的浓缩膏。该保护膏由籽瓜汁液浓缩得到，所用材料来源于植物，其种植及加工对环境影响很小，对环境友好，无刺激性，能大大降低奶牛***炎的发病率，提高了牛奶质量，提高奶牛养殖户的经济效益，也为籽瓜综合利用提供了借鉴。

本发明属于禽畜用药技术领域，具体地，涉及一种降低奶牛***炎发病率的保护膏。
背景技术
奶牛***炎是危害奶牛养殖业常见疾病之一。全世界约有2.2亿头奶牛，其中约有1/3的奶牛患有各种类型的***炎。
奶牛***炎是乳腺受到物理、化学、微生物等刺激所发生的一种炎症变化，是一种多因素疾病。
现在规模化奶牛养殖场均采用挤奶机，由于受到挤奶机性能、参数设置、电压等影响，挤奶机真空度会产生波动。真空度过高或者真空度不规则变化会使***皮肤和******受损，***外翻的情况会加重，使奶牛***受细菌感染，从而发生奶牛***炎。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题，提供一种降低奶牛***炎发病率的保护膏。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现：
一种降低奶牛***炎发病率的保护膏，所述保护膏的成分为籽瓜汁液的浓缩膏。
籽瓜(Citrullus lanatus var.megulasnemus Lin et Chao)，又称打瓜，葫芦科，一年生草本植物，因拳打而食和含籽量多而得名，圆形，表皮光滑，浅绿，有深绿色条纹，瓜瓤白色或淡黄色，是一种极具地域特色的低糖瓜类。
本发明将籽瓜汁液的浓缩膏状物作为保护剂用于奶牛***部位，明显降低了奶牛***炎的发病率，提高了籽瓜的经济价值。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明提供的降低奶牛***炎发病率的保护膏，由籽瓜汁液浓缩得到，所用材料来源于植物，其种植及加工对环境影响很小，对环境友好，无刺激性，能大大降低奶牛***炎的发病率，提高了牛奶质量，提高奶牛养殖户的经济效益，也为籽瓜综合利用提供了借鉴。

籽瓜购自甘肃省白银市平川区籽瓜种植户。
实施例1
一种籽瓜浓缩膏，制备方法如下：
籽瓜去籽，粉碎，过滤，收集籽瓜汁液，将籽瓜汁液浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.35之间的膏状，灌装，蒸汽灭菌30min，即得降低奶牛***炎发病率的保护膏。
应用效果试验
1试验材料
药物：实施例1的籽瓜浓缩膏，聚维酮碘
奶牛：甘肃、宁夏奶牛养殖场共356头奶牛
2试验方法
将356头奶牛随机分为聚维酮碘组(39头)和聚维酮碘+籽瓜浓缩膏组(317头)。
在泌乳奶牛挤完奶后，用5wt％聚维酮碘药浴液药浴聚维酮碘组和聚维酮碘+籽瓜浓缩膏组每头奶牛的4个***基部，再将聚维酮碘+籽瓜浓缩膏组奶牛的四个***基部浸入籽瓜浓缩膏，移除，即可。
3试验结果

由上表可知，泌乳奶牛用聚维酮碘药浴液药浴后，再使用本发明实施例1的籽瓜浓缩膏，明显降低了奶牛***炎的发病率。
