The method of the invention comprises the following steps: the slice selection functional entity obtains slice auxiliary information of the terminal, subscription information of the terminal and slice state information, selects network slices according to the three information, and sends the identifier of the selected network slices to a base station attached to the terminal, and the terminal accesses the network slices through the base station. When the terminal accesses the 5G network, the network slice is selected first. The current network slice is mainly selected according to the network slice selection auxiliary information provided by the terminal and the user subscription information at the core network side, and the selection of the network slice according to the two items of information easily causes that the selected network slice cannot process the service of the terminal due to the conditions of operation faults, loads and the like, so that the service requirement of the user cannot be met, and the user experience is reduced.

The terminal subscription information is obtained from a user subscription database by a slice selection functional entity, specifically, the slice selection functional entity sends a terminal subscription information query request to the user subscription database, the terminal subscription information query request carries a terminal identifier, and the user subscription database queries the subscription information of the terminal according to the terminal identifier and returns the subscription information to the slice selection functional entity. The identifier of the terminal is, for example, an IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber identity Number), and when the terminal initiates an attach request to the base station, the attach request carries the identifier of the terminal, and the base station sends the identifier of the terminal carried by the attach request to the slice selection functional entity. The terminal subscription information includes, for example, the right of the terminal to access the network slice, i.e., the terminal has the right to access some network slices, and some network slices the terminal does not have the right to access.
The slice state information is obtained by the slice selection functional entity from the slice manager, specifically, the slice selection functional entity sends a slice information query request to the slice manager, the slice manager returns a slice information response to the slice selection functional entity, the slice information response includes state information of each network slice, and the slice state information includes an operation state of the network slice, load information of the network slice, and the like.
And step S104, the slice selection functional entity selects the network slices according to the slice auxiliary information of the terminal, the subscription information of the terminal and the slice state information.
And the slice selection functional entity selects the network slices which run normally and have loads meeting preset conditions from the network slices which meet the slice auxiliary information of the terminal and the subscription information of the terminal. For example, a network slice for processing the service type is selected according to the service type of the terminal, then a network slice to which the terminal has access is selected according to subscription information of the terminal, further, a network slice which is normal in operation and has a load lower than a preset threshold or has the lowest load is selected from the service type and the subscription information which satisfy the terminal, and the slice selection functional entity may also select a network slice whose load satisfies a condition according to a preset load balancing policy.
And step S106, the slice selection functional entity sends the identifier of the selected network slice to a base station attached to the terminal, so that the terminal can access the network slice through the base station.
Specifically, the slice selection functional entity sends a slice query response to the base station, the slice query response carries an identifier of the network slice, and the terminal accesses the network slice through the base station.

Step S218, the base station accesses the corresponding network slice according to the received slice identifier.
