The invention can conveniently check and replace the fuse, and has the characteristics of saving materials and being convenient to wire.

Along with the continuous development and perfection of new energy automobile technology, the high-voltage electric appliances adopted by the whole automobile are continuously increased, the power battery is required to be capable of simultaneously and safely supplying power to various electric appliances, and the process has certain controllability. To achieve this function, it is necessary to connect a plurality of high-voltage cables in parallel to the high-voltage bus, and design a fuse protection circuit and a dc relay in the loop to achieve the control function. In view of the requirement of compactness of the whole vehicle design, it becomes necessary to design a high-voltage distribution box capable of achieving the functions.
At present, the new energy automobile field, different whole factories adopt different design modes to high-voltage power distribution, and most of the existing products directly encapsulate fuses inside a battery pack or a motor control, and the arrangement, insulation, overhaul, assembly and change of the fuses and a direct current relay are not comprehensively considered, so that the problem of convenient overhaul of the fuses is particularly remarkable.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides the high-voltage distribution box with the fuse easy to repair, which can be used for conveniently checking and replacing the fuse and has the characteristics of saving materials and being convenient to wire.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: a fuse easy-repair type high-voltage distribution box comprises a box body, a direct-current relay, a hard copper bar and a fuse; the direct current relay and the hard copper bars are respectively arranged in the box body; the box body is square, and a section of the top of one side wall of the box body is recessed towards the inner direction of the box so as to form a containing groove with an upper opening and a side opening on the outer wall of the side wall of the box body; the fuse is installed in the accommodating groove, and two ends of the fuse are connected with the direct current relay and the hard copper bar in the box body through wires respectively.

The lead wire stretches into the box body from the upper opening of the accommodating groove and along the hollowed-out wiring space.
The fuse is fixed at the side wall of the accommodating groove through a screw.
The fuse is characterized in that first mounting holes are formed in two ends of the fuse, second mounting holes are formed in the end portions of the wires, nuts are mounted on the side walls of the accommodating grooves, and the screws sequentially penetrate through the first mounting holes and the second mounting holes and then are screwed with the nuts to be fixed, so that the fuse and the wires are fixed on the side walls of the accommodating grooves together.
The side wall of the accommodating groove is also provided with an insulating sheath, and the conducting wire is sleeved on the insulating sheath in a penetrating way.
The upper cover and the box body are fixed by screw locking.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention adopts the design that the box body is square, and a section of the top of one side wall of the box body is recessed towards the inner direction of the box, so that a containing groove with an upper opening and a side opening is formed on the outer wall of the side wall of the box body; and the fuse is arranged in the accommodating groove, and two ends of the fuse are respectively connected with the direct current relay and the hard copper bar in the box body through wires. The structure of the invention makes the fuse convenient to check and replace because the fuse is arranged in the accommodating groove with the side opening on the side wall of the box body.
2. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the fuse easy-repair type high-voltage distribution box comprises a box body 1, a direct-current relay 2, a hard copper bar 3 and a fuse 4; the direct current relay 2 and the hard copper bar 3 are respectively arranged in the box body 1; the box body 1 is square, a section of the top of one side wall 11 of the box body 1 is recessed towards the inner direction of the box so as to form a containing groove 14 with an upper opening 12 and a side opening 13 on the outer wall of the side wall of the box body; the fuse 4 is installed in the accommodating groove 14, and two ends of the fuse 4 are respectively connected with the direct current relay 2 and the hard copper bar 3 in the box body through the lead 5.
In this embodiment, two ends of the fuse 4 extend into the box 1 from the upper opening 12 of the accommodating groove 14 through the wires 5.
