Automatic unmanned vending machine of dish that burns, its characterized in that: the automatic dish cooking unmanned vending machine comprises a self-service goods selecting mechanism, a payment system and a plurality of automatic dish cooking machines, wherein the self-service goods selecting mechanism comprises a computer host, a self-service card sender and a plurality of TCP/IP (transmission control protocol/Internet protocol) communication circuit boards, wherein the self-service card sender is connected with the computer host, each TCP/IP communication circuit board corresponds to one dish, and each TCP/IP communication circuit board is respectively connected with a goods selecting card reader; the payment system comprises a settlement card reader and a display, wherein the settlement card reader and the display are connected to a computer host, and the computer host is provided with a payment two-dimensional code generation module; the automatic dish cooking machine is internally provided with a dish cooking machine control main board which is connected with the TCP/IP communication circuit board; the TCP/IP communication circuit board is connected with the computer host through the switch;
the automatic dish cooking machine comprises an electric heater, a dish cooking pot, a stirring mechanism, a main material feeding mechanism and an auxiliary material feeding mechanism, wherein the electric heater is fixed on the lower side of the dish cooking pot; the main material feeding mechanism comprises a feeding bottom plate, a feeding impeller and a cylindrical peripheral plate, wherein the feeding bottom plate is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the dish cooking pot, a fan-shaped feeding opening is formed in the feeding bottom plate, the feeding impeller is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the feeding bottom plate, the peripheral plate is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the feeding bottom plate, and the feeding impeller is connected with a feeding motor for driving the feeding impeller to rotate;
the feeding impeller is coaxially fixed with a feeding impeller shaft sleeve, an output shaft of the feeding motor is fixedly connected with a feeding pinion, the feeding pinion is connected with a feeding large gear in a meshed manner, and a connecting hole is formed in the middle of the feeding large gear;
the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring motor, a stirring shaft and a stirring impeller fixed at the lower end of the stirring shaft, the stirring impeller is arranged in the dish cooking pot, an output shaft of the stirring motor is fixedly connected with a stirring shaft sleeve, and the stirring shaft sleeve is rotatably arranged in the connecting hole;
the stirring motor, the charging pinion and the charging bull gear are connected with a lifting mechanism, and after the lifting mechanism descends, a connecting hole of the charging bull gear is connected with a charging impeller shaft sleeve and transmits power, and the stirring shaft sleeve is connected with a stirring shaft and transmits power;
the lifting mechanism comprises an assembly mounting plate, a motor fixing plate and a lifting pull rod, wherein the assembly mounting plate is fixedly arranged above the peripheral plate, the motor fixing plate is arranged on the upper side of the assembly mounting plate in a lifting manner through a guide mechanism, the lower end of the lifting pull rod is connected with the motor fixing plate, the upper part of the lifting pull rod is connected with a lifting power unit for driving the lifting power unit to lift, the stirring motor and the charging motor are fixed on the upper side of the motor fixing plate, a charging pinion and a charging gearwheel are arranged on the lower side of the assembly mounting plate, an output shaft of the charging motor penetrates through the motor fixing plate and the assembly mounting plate and then is connected with the charging pinion, and the charging gearwheel is rotationally connected with the motor fixing plate through a bearing fixing seat;
the guide mechanism comprises guide posts and guide post fixing plates, the guide post fixing plates are fixedly arranged on the upper sides of the assembly mounting plates, the stirring motor and the charging motor are arranged on the lower sides of the middle parts of the guide post fixing plates, a plurality of guide posts are vertically fixed between the guide post fixing plates and the assembly mounting plates, and guide holes matched with the guide posts are formed in the motor fixing plates.
