A surveying instrument lease management platform integrating remote control function is used for managing a plurality of surveying instruments applying the remote control device in a clustering manner, so as to realize the tracking and management of the whole processes of lease, use, settlement and after-sale of the surveying instruments, and the lease management platform is a surveying instrument lease management platform integrating information-based intelligent supervision;

The new management is that a user can directly add new order information through the platform order management module, pay deposit to confirm the required equipment model, rent, goods picking-up address, store and returning time, and meanwhile, the user can also rapidly place an order through the mobile APP or the WeChat terminal to realize the mobile rental office function; when the user successfully adds the order, the platform prompts whether to finally confirm the order information, if the user cancels the order or does not pay deposit in time, the platform defaults the order information and automatically sums up the order information into the cancelled order.
The confirmed order management is that after the user successfully adds the order information, the administrator tracks and confirms the order information on the platform, and then prepares to distribute relevant instruments according to the order requirements of the user.
The order management in the service is that when the system administrator arranges corresponding personnel for delivery processing on the confirmed order information, the equipment arrives at the hands of the user. The returned order management is that when the equipment in service finishes the daily mapping work of the user, and the operation of a returning instrument is registered on a platform or a mobile APP and a WeChat, the order information state is automatically switched from 'in service' to 'returned'; when the user instrument equipment returns to the place, the administrator should record on the platform and then return to the deposit, and when the user receives the deposit feedback and returns successfully, the order information state is automatically switched from returning to being completed.
The deposit record is a deposit order returned to the hand of the user, and the platform can create a deposit record table according to the information fed back by the user; and (4) reminding the due deposit, wherein the platform automatically performs a prompt function when the deposit of the user is about to expire, and informs an administrator that the deposit needs to be returned to the corresponding user in time.
The product management comprises: the system manager or the store manager can establish a store product system according to the equipment information of the store, and particularly can add 'products' to single equipment of a certain model of different brands. Meanwhile, the product can be gathered according to whether the product is put on the shelf or not; the administrator clicks the "add product" button in the page, linking to the product content details page. the instrument management comprises that a system manager or a store manager manages instrument equipment of a corresponding store after selecting the corresponding store, and can operate functions such as instruments of newly added, edited, on-shelf and off-shelf stores; meanwhile, the renting states of instruments of all stores can be inquired, such as free and busy states, and orders are reasonably arranged according to the using conditions of the instruments; and adding an instrument, clicking an instrument adding button in the page, linking to an instrument content detail page, and inputting corresponding data according to the basic attribute parameters of the instrument to provide user selection.
