sending request information to a communication module where the ID code of the client is located through a remote control end, and sending specific position information of the client and state and performance parameters of the surveying and mapping instrument by the positioning module and the monitoring module to the remote control end through the communication module by the client control module;
the renting management platform realizes the tracking and management of the whole processes of renting, using, settling and after-sale of the surveying and mapping instrument, and is a surveying and mapping instrument renting management platform integrating information intelligent supervision;
the renting management platform takes the surveying and mapping instrument as a basic unit SKU for inventory in-and-out measurement, an authorized store is equivalent to a website and a background, and the whole supply chain is the renting process;
the leasing management platform is provided with four user types including a system administrator, a store administrator, enterprise users and individual users;

the returned order management is that when equipment in service finishes the daily mapping work of a user, and a returning instrument is registered on a platform or a mobile APP or WeChat, the order information state is automatically switched from 'in service' to 'returned'; when the user instrument equipment returns to the place, the administrator should record on the platform and then return the deposit, and when the user receives the deposit feedback and returns successfully, the order information state can be automatically switched from return to finish;
the deposit management is to the deposit order that has been returned to the user, according to the information that the user feedbacks, the platform can move and establish the deposit record table, and the deposit is due and is reminded, and when the deposit is about to expire to the user, the platform can do prompt facility voluntarily, tells the administrator to return the deposit to corresponding user in time.

The remote control function integrated mapping instrument rental management platform of claim 1, wherein the instrument management comprises: after a system administrator or a store administrator selects a corresponding store, the system administrator or the store administrator manages the instrument equipment of the store, and can operate instruments of newly added, edited, on-shelf and off-shelf stores; meanwhile, the renting states of instruments of all stores can be inquired, such as free and busy states, and orders are reasonably arranged according to the using conditions of the instruments; adding an instrument, clicking an instrument adding button in a page, linking to an instrument content detail page, and inputting corresponding data aiming at basic attribute parameters of the instrument to provide user selection; a specific instrument under a certain product is added, and a specific store needs to be selected first to select the specific product; an instrument inquiry system administrator or a store administrator can perform paging fast screening on instrument information according to the states of stores and instruments on or off the shelf and the number of an instrument body;
the store management comprises that a system administrator performs inventory management on rental stores all over the country, can operate functions of adding and deleting stores, and can inquire detailed information of each store, including store names, contacts, contact telephones and store addresses; adding stores, clicking a store adding button in the page, linking to a store detail page, inputting corresponding data aiming at basic information of the store, and providing a user to select different stores; the method includes that the shops support an APP client to display pictures of the shops, the city area is selected in a three-level linkage mode, after a specific city district is selected, a blank place is clicked to refresh a specific map on the left side, fuzzy place keywords can be input in a detailed address, then the blank place is clicked to refresh the map on the left side, the specific position of the shop can be selected through right click and selection place clicking operation on the map, a distributable range refers to a service range that the shop can deliver goods to the shop, and if a goods taking place selected on the APP exceeds the distributable range of the shop, the shop is not displayed.
