The lifting device 5 and the horizontal moving device 6 adopt the existing linear motion mechanism, such as a screw nut mechanism; the power of the lifting device 5 and the horizontal moving device 6 is provided by a motor.
Each unit body comprises a comb-type parking platform 1, a bottom plate 3 and four upright posts 4, the bottom plate 3 is positioned at the lower part of the comb-type parking platform 1, a guide rail 17 is arranged between the comb-type parking platform 1 and the bottom plate 3, and the guide rail 17 is of an existing structure and is not repeated here.
The bottom plate 3 is of a rectangular structure, and four corner positions of the bottom plate are respectively provided with a mounting hole 15; the bottom plate 3 is provided with a guide groove 14 for a driving device 16 to pass through near one side mounting hole 15; the driving device 16 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the comb-type parking platform 1.
The driving device 16 is a gear-rack mechanism driven by a motor 18, the motor 18 is arranged at the bottom of the base plate 3, a motor shaft is connected with a gear 19, the gear 19 is meshed with a rack 20, and the rack 20 is fixed at the bottom of the mounting plate 11 of the comb-type parking platform 1.
The comb-type parking platform 1 comprises a plurality of first protrusions 7 and first grooves 8 which are distributed at intervals to form a comb-like structure (i.e. comb teeth), and one side of the comb-type parking platform 1 is provided with a mounting plate 11 for mounting a driving device 16.
The comb-shaped transportation platform 2 comprises a plurality of second bulges 9 and second grooves 10 which are distributed at intervals to form a comb-like structure, the positions of the second bulges 9 correspond to the positions of the first grooves 8, and the positions of the second grooves 10 correspond to the positions of the first bulges 7; the vehicle cross-connection action is realized by adopting the comb-type parking platform 1 and the comb-type transport platform 2 which are complementary in structure; the comb-shaped structure can increase friction due to the contact of the comb-shaped teeth and the tires, so that the effect of preventing a car from sliding is achieved, and the safety and the stability of the unit body are improved.
The top end of the upright post 4 is provided with a slot hole 12, the bottom end of the upright post is provided with a boss 13, the boss 13 is in a cylindrical step shape, and the shape of the slot hole 12 is matched with the boss 13, so that the boss 13 of the upper unit body is inserted into the slot hole 12 of the lower unit body to realize assembly; the spliced structure can realize unlimited later capacity expansion and capacity reduction of the unit body, and meets the flexibility requirement.
The upright posts 4 are made of non-conductive materials, and conductive materials are paved on the surfaces of the bosses 13 to realize local conduction; the contact switch is arranged on the surface of the boss 13, and can be triggered after the upper unit body is arranged, and the lower unit body (the position information of the bottommost lower unit body is determined) sends the position information of the new unit of the control system according to the position of the lower unit body, so that the intelligent detection function is realized.

The laser transmitter is installed at the locating point of the comb type transport platform 2 (two ends of the comb type transport platform 2), the laser receiver is installed at the locating point of the unit body (any position of the upright post 4, which is close to one side of the comb type transport platform 2, and good signal receiving is guaranteed), the laser receiver receives signals sent by the laser transmitter and transmits the signals to the controller of the driving device, and the controller controls the motor to act so as to accurately locate the comb type parking platform 1 and the comb type transport platform 2.
Proximity switches are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the comb-type parking platform 1, and the installation positions of the proximity switches are selected according to the movable range of the comb-type parking platform 1; when the comb-type parking platform 1 moves to a designated position, the proximity switch triggers a switch signal, and the controller is used for controlling the start and stop of the motor to position the comb-type parking platform.

The touch screen is arranged on the unit body, the specific installation position of the touch screen is determined according to the actual operation of an operator, and the touch screen provides the operation functions of one-key parking and quick vehicle taking for a user; under the control of the touch screen, the operation of the motor, the high-precision butt joint of the comb structure and the like are not affected.
The user can also know basic information such as time, current parking space occupation status and the like through the touch screen; the touch screen is further connected with the main controller to realize the vehicle parking and vehicle extraction actions of the equipment.
