本发明公开了一种叶轮体防氧化防撞击专用保护盒,包括底盒和真空抽气盒,所述底盒为圆盘形盒体,所述底盒上端端面中央开设有叶轮体柄柱固定插孔,所述叶轮体柄柱固定插孔外侧的底盒盒面上开设有一环形凹槽体,所述真空抽气盒为弧形盒盖体,所述真空抽气盒下端开口边缘固定设有密封橡胶圈,所述密封橡胶圈与所述环形凹槽体大小对应设置,所述真空抽气盒弧形面顶端固定安装有电动真空抽气泵,所述电动真空抽气泵进气口导入所述真空抽气盒内,所述电动真空抽气泵出气口导出于所述真空抽气盒外。通过上述方式,本发明能够专用于存放叶轮体使用。

叶轮体防氧化防撞击专用保护盒
技术领域
本发明涉及保护盒领域,特别是涉及一种叶轮体防氧化防撞击专用保护盒。
背景技术
涡轮增压器实际上是一种空气压缩机,通过压缩空气来增加进气量。它是利用发动机排出的废气惯性冲力来推动涡轮室内的涡轮,涡轮又带动同轴的叶轮,叶轮压送由空气滤清器管道送来的空气,使之增压进入气缸。当发动机转速增大,废气排出速度与涡轮转速也同步增加,叶轮就压缩更多的空气进入气缸,空气的压力和密度增大可以燃烧更多的燃料,相应增加燃料量和调整发动机的转速,就可以增加发动机的输出功率了。而叶轮体是涡轮增压器内转子体的重要部件,叶轮压送由空气滤清器管道送来的空气,是涡轮增压器重要的部件,叶轮体上的叶片薄,容易被撞击损坏,但传统的叶轮体加工中缺乏专门的工具存放,降低了叶轮体存放安全性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种叶轮体防氧化防撞击专用保护盒,能够专用于存放叶轮体使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种叶轮体防氧化防撞击专用保护盒,包括底盒和真空抽气盒,所述底盒为圆盘形盒体,所述底盒两侧端面均为水平端面,所述底盒上端端面中央开设有叶轮体柄柱固定插孔,所述叶轮体柄柱固定插孔外侧的底盒盒面上开设有一环形凹槽体,所述真空抽气盒为弧形盒盖体,所述真空抽气盒上端为弧形封闭面,所述真空抽气盒下端开口设置,所述真空抽气盒下端开口边缘固定设有密封橡胶圈,所述密封橡胶圈与所述环形凹槽体大小对应设置,所述真空抽气盒弧形面顶端固定安装有电动真空抽气泵,所述电动真空抽气泵进气口导入所述真空抽气盒内,所述电动真空抽气泵出气口导出于所述真空抽气盒外。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述真空抽气盒通过所述密封橡胶圈顶入所述环形凹槽体内而紧贴遮盖在所述底盒上,所述真空抽气盒通过启动所述电动真空抽气泵将内部空气抽离,所述真空抽气盒通过所述电动真空抽气泵抽离空气而与所述底盒贴紧。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述环形凹槽体两侧壁上设有弹簧复位挤压弹片,叶轮体柄柱***所述环形凹槽体后两端通过所述弹簧复位挤压弹片夹紧固定,所述弹簧复位挤压弹片后端连接复位弹簧体,所述弹簧复位挤压弹片前端端面上设有防护胶片。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述真空抽气盒由透明塑料或者透明玻璃制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够专用于存放叶轮体使用,叶轮体通过柄柱轴***叶轮体柄柱固定插孔内而固定在底盒上,叶轮体柄柱固定插孔两端的弹簧复位挤压弹片还能对叶轮体柄柱夹紧固定,避免叶轮体松动掉出,而叶轮体***底盒后上端通过真空抽气盒盖合,真空抽气盒上的电动真空抽气泵能抽出盒内空气,防止叶轮体氧化损坏,并且电动真空抽气泵在抽离空气的同时让真空抽气盒牢固的吸附在底盒上。

另外,所述真空抽气盒2通过所述密封橡胶圈5顶入所述环形凹槽体4内而紧贴遮盖在所述底盒1上,所述真空抽气盒2通过启动所述电动真空抽气泵6将内部空气抽离,所述真空抽气盒2通过所述电动真空抽气泵6抽离空气而与所述底盒1贴紧。

本发明的工作原理为底盒1为圆盘形盒体,底盒1两侧端面均为水平端面,底盒1上端端面中央开设有叶轮体柄柱固定插孔3,叶轮体柄柱固定插孔3外侧的底盒盒面上开设有一环形凹槽体4,环形凹槽体4两侧壁上设有弹簧复位挤压弹片7,叶轮体柄柱***环形凹槽体4后两端通过弹簧复位挤压弹片7夹紧固定,弹簧复位挤压弹片7后端连接复位弹簧体,弹簧复位挤压弹片7前端端面上设有防护胶片,真空抽气盒2为弧形盒盖体,真空抽气盒2上端为弧形封闭面,真空抽气盒2下端开口设置,真空抽气盒2下端开口边缘固定设有密封橡胶圈5,密封橡胶圈5与环形凹槽体4大小对应设置,真空抽气盒2弧形面顶端固定安装有电动真空抽气泵6,电动真空抽气泵6进气口导入真空抽气盒2内,电动真空抽气泵6出气口导出于真空抽气盒2外,真空抽气盒2通过密封橡胶圈5顶入环形凹槽体4内而紧贴遮盖在底盒1上,真空抽气盒2通过启动电动真空抽气泵6将内部空气抽离,真空抽气盒2通过电动真空抽气泵6抽离空气而与底盒1贴紧,底盒1和真空抽气盒2组成成的防护盒能够专用于存放叶轮体使用,叶轮体通过柄柱轴***叶轮体柄柱固定插孔3内而固定在底盒1上,叶轮体柄柱固定插孔3两端的弹簧复位挤压弹片7还能对叶轮体柄柱夹紧固定,避免叶轮体松动掉出,而叶轮体***底盒1后上端通过真空抽气盒2盖合,真空抽气盒2上的电动真空抽气泵6能抽出盒内空气,防止叶轮体氧化损坏,并且电动真空抽气泵6在抽离空气的同时让真空抽气盒2牢固的吸附在底盒1上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的叶轮体防氧化防撞击专用保护盒,其特征在于,所述真空抽气盒通过所述密封橡胶圈顶入所述环形凹槽体内而紧贴遮盖在所述底盒上,所述真空抽气盒通过启动所述电动真空抽气泵将内部空气抽离,所述真空抽气盒通过所述电动真空抽气泵抽离空气而与所述底盒贴紧。
